    Strengthen yourself stop reading game journalism find a YouTuber whose gotten it right in the past and trust their opinion. They may not get it right every time but clearly with such bias infesting our genre it’s safer to go with the public then these cancerous fake news toads.

    The game itself has clearly got some incredible graphics ultimately however it's a polished turd wrapped up in a egocentric writer's fantasy. Zero character development compared to the original and a gameplay loop that's repetitive with poor AI (stealth is completely broken).

    This is a sequel no one ever wanted. Its a mere cash grab what I think of it. Its a surprise how the characters in this game don't have a proper development. This game is nothing but an utter disappointment.

Guess they cant come up with an actual good story in the time that most studios can. They did so much right in terms of character design in the first game. You played as a smart man who was alive due to the sole reason that he wasnt stupid. So what do they do in this game, that make him into the prize clown. Who the hell just announces who they are to a bunch of strangers. And when he can clearly tell that something is very wrong when he says his name, what does he do? He blindly remarks to them, you guys act like you know who we are? Stupid and lazy story telling. Also, they make you play as the person who killed him. Maybe it would have worked if we played all her back story before she kills joel, that way we can understand her side. But instead she does it right out of the gate and it makes her completely unbearable to play as for the rest of the game… Expand

    Bad storytelling ever, i mean, the graphic and the gameplay are great, the soundtrack is so-so. However, the story? Wow, it really annoys and make me disapointed in many ways. I hope more than this after 7 years.

Ruining and killing a great character like Joel, just at the beginning, when they clearly advertised him as a part of the game, then filling the emptiness left behind with a bunch of cliché and half-arsed stuff meant to please SJWs?     I paid full price for this game and gods it’s horrible, the same lame repeatedly gameplay, graphics is good, but the facial animations of certain characters is horrible, and of course main problem is story which truly horrible piece of brown substance. Don’t waste your money and time, save your money for cyberpunk or any other game

    I dont know if i can finish this game. The part where you play as Abby is just horrible. I just made an acc to give this game a 0/10 :D

    This game would be a goty like TLOU1 when they didnt **** up the story so much. If Neil is part of TLOU3 or any other game from Naughty Dog, no one will buy another copy from them. It´s sad to see people getting brainwashed by Anita Sarkeesian. Look at    I dont know if i can finish this game. The part where you play as Abby is just horrible. After seeing Joel being brutally murdered, Ellie got angry and went to get revenge, although it failed but a year later, after hearing about Abby, she left her whole family to get revenge but then when she was about to finish purpose Joel "appears" and she forgives Abby? what? should at least add a few segments to show that Ellie was hesitant about whether to continue revenge or something like that? The end is absurd to the indescribable, after all if it is impossible to create a good ending like the first part to be remembered, then there is no need to make a disastrous end to achieve the same effect.… Expand

Then ellie goes on a chase after the killer but in the end lets her go. The gameplay is nothing new, but the visuals and graphics are amazing. But I don't play games for the graphics.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It was very boring and repetitive. I'd be lying if I didn't say that I've been wishing it would end instead of enjoying it in the moment. The thing about forcing you to play with HULK when I think NOBODY WAS INTERESTED IN HIS HISTORY and knowing what he does at the beginning, is forced to such an extent that it gives even anger. The ending is the most WTF you can imagine, in fact I'm sure they had planned to finish it at the Farm but what is the Epilogue they did it one last hour to try to move the player. They did not know how to end it after how the story has gone. Anyway, saving the graphics and artistic design, (which would say that RDR2 is there and that's the open world), rough gameplay, plot of the first game thrown in the trash and that I got really bored playing it, I can't give it more than a 00000… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
