    The Last of Us 1 gave the industry a lesson in story writing, character development and made you care about the characters. The last of us 2 involves a terrible story line with absolutely no character development which is driven by a woke narrative. The graphics are good, the gameplay is clunky and the ending, very much like the repetitive nature of the gameplay is pointless.     The first part is a masterpiece, this one sucks. The only highlight of the game is political correctness but it contains lines of racism to Asian. Hilarious, Sony is not a Japanese company now? I hope Sony can sell naught dog to EA and get them break apart.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Everything about this game is perfect, except the story. The story certainly gave reviewers a lot to write about, but apparently the author touched himself to tears, and just wants to rub it in our faces.

    We didn't play the first half, hunting Abby down, just to see the story ended suddenly upon seeing her face but couldn't do anything. We suffered though the whole second half, as Abby, just to play her side of the past 3 days, and get back to the scene when Ellie meets Abby, and we didn't buy this game so we can play as Abby to defeat Ellie. And we didn't play the last part, to hunt Abby again, just to let her go at the end.

    The author knows exactly what he should've done, but he does the opposite on purpose.
    He wants to make "whether to kill or forgive Abby" an ultimate question, like the one we faced at the first game, but failed humiliatingly due to it's his self movement instead of a mutual sharing and udnerstanding with players. He forced us to feel what he wants us to feel, instead of what we really feel.

The story line seemed to continue where the last one left off.... early death of the father figure was both rushed and telegraphed in - and what followed became predictable ...... Its like we need to be told that doing bad stuff is bad mmmkay? Seriously this game makes got season 8 looks like a masterpiece. Then it turns into Dexter season finale.

    The force you to play the character that kills Joel - and just force feed you her story...when you already know what happens to everyone in her story. They try to make you feel back about the things you've already done - and it doesn't work.

    30 hours later - I give nearly zero fcks about Abby and her crew. The interesting characters get killed off and we're left with a shallow, on the nose story line and 3 characters surrounded in plot armor.

    I'm giving it a 0 - even though it's like a 6-7 because I want to send a clear message to any developer in the future trying to pull this nonsense again.

    It's entirely possible to make a game sequel without **** all over the original.

Это именно тот сиквел, который не должен был увидеть свет. К сожалению Naughty Dog начали скатывать ещё со времен Анча лост легаси, и окончательно скатились уже тут.     Joguinho de lacração achei a história bem merda que era o única coisa que diferenciava esse jogo dos demais tudo que foi construído no primeiro game foi jogada no lixo. E apenas um game para agradar os esquerdista da lacração

    They throw away so much good they could have leaned on from the previous game, even if the same people end up dying. The game rings hallow. Proof here that graphics cant save a game.

    The story ruined the entire game, I mean, this story does not need all this nonsense, I feel disappointed, after all this waiting, for this ?? This game does not encourage you to complete the game, all this nonsense makes me hate the game more, this game has the potential to become one of the best games ever, but the story and ridiculous characters ruined everything

    El final se lleva a una decepción que esta muy bien pensado pero mal implementado y las inclusiones no venden si pensaban que con eso era el todo ya que la historia y jugabilidad tienen que ser el arte de cada video juego, al final No me gusto nada en absoluto era el 1 pero con mejores gráficos y mal historia.

    I'm sick of political correctness. Death to SJW, I spent your money on something more useful and fun. It is rubbish in every way except the technical one, it is good there. But it looks like a pile of **** to me.

    Played it and I would give it a solid 5 just because of the game-play(murder simulator) graphics and soundtrack. though false advertising, and fake trailers made me want to give it a 0.

    It breaks my heart to write this, but I really did not expect such a poor story after all these years of waiting. While there were a few genuinely good moments, majority of game filled up with plot holes. It just took elements of what worked for the first game without understanding what made them compelling.     Worst history ever! very disappointed. forced inclusion, hasty deaths. They make you love the characters of the first installment so that later in this they erase them from the map without any sense

Покупая эту игру - вы голосуете за радикальный феминизм и унижение мужчин своими деньгами. Лучшее, что вы можете сделать - это поставить игре 0 баллов, и задизлайкать её трейлер. Возможно, я потрачусь на вагон дизлайков, и вам советую потратить немного денег на вашу законную борьбу за патриархат. Мужчинам нет никакого смысла терять нынешнее положение в общество и как куколды смотреть на то, как их свергают с трона, ставя на его место женщину, под соусом прогрессивности.     when a game pushes an agenda this hard with a lot of critics by their side, is easy to fall for the "best game ever" propaganda that money can afford.
    if TLOU 1 was a good game saved by charismatic and good character dev. this pushes all outta window to make space to boring and nonsense plot moments.
    tlou didn't do nothing impressive behind story telling. and when u remove that from the    when a game pushes an agenda this hard with a lot of critics by their side, is easy to fall for the "best game ever" propaganda that money can afford.
    if TLOU 1 was a good game saved by charismatic and good character dev. this pushes all outta window to make space to boring and nonsense plot moments.
    tlou didn't do nothing impressive behind story telling. and when u remove that from the sequel you end up with a mediocre game in mechanics but an unsatisfactory experience in terms of plot and char dev.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
