    Here’s a wrap up:
    Story 10/10
    Graphics 10/10
    Gameplay 6/10

    At first, I was angry after Joel died. I wasn’t even sure if I’d play through the whole game. I felt angry, shocked and…confused.

    I think it shows how Naughty Dog wrote an amazing script.

    Characters had interesting background stories. The diversity was great and Ellie and Abby were two strong females leads.

    My only issues is the redundancy in the gameplay. I felt I was doing the same thing over and over again. If there’s another chapter, I’d think about changing the gameplay or controls.

    To conclude, I recommend this game to anyone who likes a good story.    … Expand

    Techniquement c'est parfait, c'est inhumain de faire tourner ce jeux sur une PS4 de première génération, il est incroyablement beau.

    Bon concernant l'histoire, j'ai pu comprendre qu'elle divisait beaucoup, moi je trouve que l'histoire est très bien écrite, la réalisation est efficace, les cinématiques sont presque invisibles (passage du gameplay aux cinématiques sans coupures). Le    Techniquement c'est parfait, c'est inhumain de faire tourner ce jeux sur une PS4 de première génération, il est incroyablement beau.

    Le gameplay est d'un réalisme... s'en est frustrant de retourner sur d'autres jeux ensuite, techniquement c'est très propre, les ennemies réagissent à la mort de leur collègues en criant leur noms, par exemple. Les détails apportés dans le jeux sont nombreux et vraiment plaisants à découvrir.
    L'IA est incroyable, en mode "Réaliste", le jeux est d'une difficulté tellement l'IA est intelligente, ils vous contournent quand ils vous perdent de vue, si vous vous cachez sous une voiture, ils viendront regarder en dessous de celle-ci, etc...

    J'ai fais le jeux plusieurs fois, dont une fois en VF et une fois en VO ; les deux versions sont parfaites, la VF (me concernant) est impeccable, toutes les voix sans exception sont parfaitement doublées avec une synchronisation labiale parfaite et raccordée.

    Pour moi c'est un très bon jeux même si on peut noter une dernière heure de jeux inutile à mon sens, vers la fin ça traine un peu en longueur malgré un finish très convaincant et qui me donne des frissons à chaque fois que je termine le jeux.    … Expand

    This game is almost good as the first one. Story is cool, gameplay and graphic seems great. Imo it's must play.

    The narrative is Bad, ok. It would be better if the Game started with the scene of Abby finding her dead father at the hospital, so the concept of Revenge gets clear in the story for the players. The Game lacks a Lot of dynamics that the first part has, and You just keep going from point A to point B. But I really liked how is showed Abby's past. However it is Bad developed how AbbyThe narrative is Bad, ok.     The graphics of this game is awesome and the world is really well designed. I wish it was more open world where the player has some freedom in choosing where to explore. The story is interesting, but borders on being a movie more than a video game at times.

    It was everything I expected for this second installment in terms of gameplay, instead the story confuses me a little about what they want to teach, the ending left a bitter taste in my mouth despite that I enjoyed the game a lot

    Juego bastante largo, gráficos excelentes, mantiene la excelente jugabilidad del primero y mejora los combates contra humanos, un juego extremadamente detallado que fuera una obra maestra de no se por algunas decisiones estúpidas del guión.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I believe that a lot of the poor user reviews to this game were caused by a sour introduction with the leaks. There is also the aspect that the Last of Us Part 2 defies AAA narrative rules and kills a beloved character in the first few hours, in bad taste. It is my belief that the disgusting departing of the best character is exactly the point. It did exactly what it was supposed to. It caused outrage. That rage towards the death of Joel is exactly what is supposed to spur on the tale of revenge that the game follows with Ellie, and makes it extremely difficult to sympathize with the person that caused this feeling in us. Of course I don't think this game is perfect. There are certainly flaws, but it is also certainly not deserving of a 1/10.… Expand

    I get the reason why some people are not happy with the game. But for me it was very enjoyable for the most times. The story, graphics and gameplay are well done.

    You need to be open-minded in order to understand what the creators wanted to do in this game. I like all the drama it had and also that it didn't have a happy ending because in my opinion it would have been a cliché

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I don’t know what people expect in a video game they kill of a main character that’s what happens in post apocalyptic worlds! It makes Joel’s story even more fitting. Abby you wanted vengeance for her fathers murder.. and therefore so did Elly. It’s not hard to understand what the writers were going for - an eye for an eye. If you enjoyed the first game then you will like this for the mechanics and graphics. The storyline wasn’t as strong and people moaning about a very small LGBQT storyline really need to look at themselves in the mirror- stop foaming at the mouth about something that’s nothing to do or impacts you whatsoever.… Expand

THE LAST OF US PART 2... a mi me encanto per me gustaría muchos mas si Abby hubiera muerto. ósea Joel tenia que morir aunque de pena en paz descanse pero ABBY tenia que morir así el juego hubiera sido genial increíble magnifico pero Naughty Dog quiso alargar una saga innecesariamente no existe un TLOU 3 el juego acaba en el 2 o tenia que acabar en el 2 aparte de eso el juego fue genial entretenido y difícil si se juega en encallado, mas difícil mas que en el 1 por la inteligencia artificial
    es muy buena de la mejor que e visto en un juego un aplauso a Naughty Dog por la programación pero abby tenia que morir aparte se le hubiera echo una referencia al 1 con la muerte de Marlene con una bala en la cabeza hubiera sido increíble.

    tengo que decir que la muerte de Joel me dejo un trauma mas en el final donde en un pensamiento de ellie dice

    Si, es buen juego, me disculpo con esta joya por tirarle demasiado hate, la historia es buena pero el orden y la manera en que los acontecimientos están contados considero que son malos, no le entendimos a esta maravilla, tampoco fui muy fan del final pero creo que eso ya es subjetivo, eso y lo que dije anteriormente es lo único malo que ahora considero que este PUTO JUEGAZO tiene.

Но по факту, история завершается максимально логично (жизнь, полная насилия, заканчивается насилием), несмотря на некоторые бесячие сюжетные повороты. Геймплей доработали, персонажи стали мобильнее, а схватки с ИИ еще более жестокими, что пошло игре на пользуНа выходе игра разочаровала комьюнити игроков - что же вы сделали с мейн персонажами?     Part 1 has been & continues to be my favourite game of all time, because I believed that no other video game can extract a certain emotional response, like it did.     Part 1 has been & continues to be my favourite game of all time, because I believed that no other video game can extract a certain emotional response, like it did. I genuinely bonded with characters like never before. I was completely overwhelmed by anger, hate & sadness. Joel Miller, had been brutally killed off! Okay so we've now established the motive in the game right? "Kill Abby No Matter What!" Wrong... now we must continue to play as Joel's murderer for just as, if not longer than we play as Ellie. They both killed each other's "Dads" I guess, but they both lost their partners, family, friends & peace... not to mention that Ellie loses her fingers so she's unable to play the guitar the way she could.

    I guess the point was to enlighten us on the topic of empathy, but here's the thing... we play video games to escape reality in a safe, healthy & entertaining manner. After I finished this game, I was genuinely depressed, I didn't feel to play anything after that... Fast forward 2 years later, I decided to play again but this time I had a "better" take on it. I appreciated the gameplay, the graphics, I noticed the amount of effort that went into making this game. This game is extremely well made & it plays so much better than the first one. The AI are almost impossible on grounded mode... But I also realised something else, there is no other game that can do what this game has done for me... the amount of rage that I felt for characters in a game cannot be replicated, so Naughtydog really knows how to "tickle" your emotions. If I never played it a second time, I would have probably given it a 4... it loses points for Joel's death but I think it deserves a 8 (extra points for adding Permadeath.) I think it all boils down to personal preference, but in my opinion... overall fantastic work Naughtydog/Sony, but story-wise, I think it could've been better told. I also like dark stuff, but I would like to see the person I've bonded with get to live & preferably not play as the person I want to kill. P.S. I'm currently trying to get the grounded trophy. It's very difficult, you should play through couple times to get all the other trophies before attempting this.    … Expand

    All developed as should.
    We already knew TLOU1 Ellie, but this Ellie, she was different. She wasn't the sane person Joel tried to "make". She was reckless, driven by fury with only one goal in mind. Revenge. She had the chance to get what she wanted, twice but deep down she knew that by killing Abby she was no different. But it was too late at that point. All was lost.

    Abby started as a character meant to be hated. And she was. The first hours as Abby were a punch in the gut, as if the story tried to make fun of the love we had for Joel. But...was she right after all? Was Joel's actions really the correct ones? Or was Abby right to act the way she did. The answer lies somewhere in the middle. Her motives were right but here actions, just like Ellie's were driven by the wrong reasons. She overstepped and she ruined the lives of many people including her own. She changed however. She had the chance to kill Ellie but because of Lev, the "thing" as Isaac described him, who he saved and who, in my mind, was a mirror of TLOU1 Joel and Ellie.

    Lastly, the irony of it all. The only thing that Ellie managed was to save Abby. And that completes a perfect circle in my opinion making this game one of the best storytelling experiences.

    I can't be bothered to analyse the next part but the only negative was the gameplay. The stealth mechanics were unchanged and boring and every time I came across Scars, or Wolves, or zombies, or in the end Rattlers, the game was more of a hassle than an enjoyable experience.

    First thing first, I have played the original on ps3 and ps4, so I’m quite aware of what is going on. As non-spoiler as I can go, I understand peoples hate with this game. Is it as good as the original? Some ways better, some ways not so much. I think everyone can say the gameplay is improved from the first and I love it. The ability to lose enemies by laying in tall grass or the dodgeFirst thing first, I have played the original on ps3 and ps4, so I’m quite aware of what is going on. As non-spoiler as I can go, I understand peoples hate with this game. Is it as good as the original? Some ways better, some ways not so much. I think everyone can say the gameplay is improved from the first and I love it. The ability to lose enemies by laying in tall grass or the dodge mechanic just makes it feel amazing. Now the story… I’m gonna say it, it’s okay. Again, non-spoiler, but I understand peoples frustrations and being upset, especially the order of things to come, but I feel it was necessary for the game to progress as it did. Now that being said, it is not as good as the first game. In my opinion, the reason so many people hate this game is because they gave up on it at the start and never gave it a true chance for you to experience it but instead they shut down and refused to give it a chance. If I had to pick, of course I would pick the original but only because, like all things, the sequel can be good but never as good as the first.… Expand

    Сюжет очень интересный, не хуже чем в первой части, мир интересно исследовать, записки, левлдизайн, атмосфера умершего мир, всё на высшем уровне, графика на моей слимке выглядит невероятно, безумно красивый саудтрек.

    как сильно я обожаю эту игру, так же сильно и ненавижу...
    вторая половина игры за эбби, это ужас.
    её мотивы мне не понятны, она выглядит как танк, мне не жаль этого персонажа, у меня нет никакого сопереживания к нему, она просто ужасна.
    к тому же, после того что она сделала, играть за неё буквально не хочется, омерзительная женщина.
    но финал игры опять даёт кучу эмоций, на которых ты уже и строишь у себя в голове вывод о том какая это игры.
    в чём сюжет собственно?

    джоэл убил отца эбби задолго до событий второй части, чтобы спасти свою дочь в виде элли, потому что под конец первой части игры, он любил её как собственную дочь, заменив сару в лице элли.
    после чего эбби начинает искать человека который убил её отца, собирает команду людей, которые хотели отомстить, отобрав жизнь у джоэла.
    они таки свершили месть на глазах у элли, после чего уже элли готовит свой план мести этим людям.
    идя по их головам по голову эбби. после чего она решает встать на путь истинный, когда эбби даёт ей шанс, понимаю во что это может перерасти. в конце концов месть забирает у элли всё и она остаётся совсем одна.    … Expand

People need to understand not every game has a happy ending. Main characters are not made of kryptonite! Every thing else this game has is great. The gameplay is fresh, the graphics are good.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After 2 years, I replayed this game... In terms of gameplay, is the best game I've ever seen. The combat, the stealth and the storytelling is beautiful when you're playing. But, in terms of story, I can understand why people got mad at this sequel. The way it tells you the deaths and how it affects the main characters was not the best option, and in my personal experience, I've waited for years to see the conflict between Joel and Ellie, but the way they kill Joel is so quickly that it confuses me. The flashbacks and the fact that you have to play with Abby doesn't help. But on the other hand, the revenge path of Ellie is enjoyable and the ending is good if you ask to me. So, the game is fun and it's a "good" ending for Ellie's story, but it could have been much better.… Expand

    The game itself is an absolutely fine linear Action Adventure. The writing feels forced at times, but the atmosphere, acting and polished game-play makes this a worthwhile experience - at least if you're not a homophobic person who bursts out with rage if fictional characters are handled differently than you want them to.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
