    I just finished the game, the graphics were amazing and the gameplay was good but the story was bad. These agendas were forced and the game was more of a shock value, the ending did not pay off.

    Absolute gem of a narrative experience. Please play this game. Unfortunate with the leaks before hand and how people have taken them out of context but this game is a masterpiece. best form of media i've ever ingested if you have played the first game you owe it to yourself to experience this game. It will be tough but not every story is supposed to make you feel safe and happy.

    Story: I can reduce this to two things, "political statement" and "forced drama". Amazing a game that was characterized by realistic characters with real motivations that felt like real people, went down to cartoon-ish versions of them, with surface level motivations and resolutions. It only happened to give room to the new characters, which can be compared to a 40s cartoon villain.

    Gameplay: It's literally the first game with some minor additions that barely get used, with some changes being for the worse, like the kill cam.

    Graphics: Once again I'm amazed that this game looks SO bad, SPECIALLY compared to the first game. If you don't believe me, there's a flashback scene to the ending of the first game, compare both scenes and you'll immediately notice how much better the first game looks.    … Expand

    Unfortunately Neil Druckmann made everything to ruin this game. Thanks to Anita Sarkeesian, that all female characters are ugly. Thanks for LGBT propaganda. Also boring game proccess which absolutely worse than first game

    Good graphics, but bad history and outdated gameplay. The game becomes to much political, and if you don't agree with creator's political ideologies, play this game is almost a torture.

    Good story. But not for everybody. It makes you think and not leave you indifferent. Sorry for Joel, but this story is not about that at all. That revenge will not lead to anything. Deserved mark. Thank you developers

    If you’re expecting a similar game to the first one then you’ll be disappointed. This game is divided in many opinions but personally I liked it. I think the people that expect it to be a fan service will be heavily disappointed with decisions in the game. If you want to take it how it is and go into it with an open mind then you will not be disappointed, the game feels like a movie withIf you’re expecting a similar game to the first one then you’ll be disappointed. If you want to take it how it is and go into it with an open mind then you will not be disappointed, the game feels like a movie with its narration and storytelling, naughty dog do extremely well with the dialogue and performances are incredible too. One thing to note is I praise naughty dog for its gameplay in this title, it feels much more of a game than the first Last of Us but that does affect pacing, sometimes it felt like a grind to go through some parts of the game but this was rare. Gameplay wise, it’s done very well, it’s one of the reasons why I want to replay it as it was satisfying to play through, graphics on a PS4 Pro were incredible too. Soundtrack is also a massive W. This game focuses on its world building and gameplay a lot which I quite like, the story won’t be for everyone as I explained earlier but the gameplay and satisfaction will keep you hooked.     Simplesmente o melhor jogo dessa geração. Rotwiro excelente que garante uma imersão absurda na historia. Personagens marcantes.
    Jogabilidade aprimorada.
    A Naught Dog foi bem ousada, porém coerente.

    So far I'm halfway through the game. The game play and graphics are astounding but the story is subjected to backlash for the story's questionable (controversial) narrative.

    So many years of waiting, and they did a totally different story most people expected, in a way that it's unlogical and doesn't even give you any closure. It's really messed up how they were able to destroy my favorite characters like that. It's like Joel is totally different from Part I, and same goes with Ellie. Just doesn't make any sense...

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
