    The first one was a true masterpiece and the second when we speak abou graphics and gameplay is good but the turned the story in to trash, if you play because you want a good story thinking about the first one you will lose your will to play after 2 hours or so

    The last of us was primary the relationship between Joel and Ellie for me, what is definitely ruined in the part 2. Big Part of this game is also absolutely without motivation and does not make sense

    If you haven’t bought this one then you are the luckiest among us it is a complete sh*t show and a seriously bad writing of the second part after this i am boycotting all of naughty dog upcoming games and my final words are DO NOT BUY IT.

    I wish they handled differently the story. I felt so disconnected to the characters. The UI, Music, Voice Acting, Gameplay, Graphics are so good, but not good enough to overtakes the terrible writing.

    Gameplay- About the same. Moving things around to get from place to place replaced with jump. Story- Pretty much uprooted the first game, put into a fire pit, and burned. The characters are turned 180 degrees and pretty much unnoticeable. Post apocalyptic doesn't mean anything in this game. The characters are dumbed down and the story is nowhere near logical, we play the entire game on a revenge spree where the game forces us to kill several human characters and by the end teaches us to refrain from violence, like it never occurred to us before. Hideo Kojima gave us a lesson of not using violence in MGS 3 Snake Eater and that worked way better than here because that game never forced us to murder people. The gameplay is nearly the same as its predecessor. 3/10 for only for Ellie singing Take on Me, that was freaking beautiful.… Expand

    Honestly most dissapointing game of the generation for me. I saw the leaks but still wanted to go in open minded and enjoy the game for what it has to offer. While the gameplay is ok and the grafics are good everything about the story turned out to be even worse than exspected. First time being dissapointed with ND. I really don't get how all those reviewers brought this game up to a 95.

A game that is centralized around a compelling story, has decided to take the important story element out, and just place a bunch of random characters, while getting rid of the ones you grew to love.     What a way to **** on the first game. Shouldn't even be canon. The developers made their best to piss off the fans in every way possible but graphics. Just goes to show how you can't make up for a **** game with good graphics.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
