    This is a very disappointing game. from the first two hour, where you barely played anything, You already wanted to quit and bend your disk. This is a huge letdown for players who loved The Last of Us part I, and fans who believed trailer was true. This game includes every mistake a bad game have, and they did everything they could to make you buy the game. Save yourselves 60 bucks, you don’t need to eat the **** to know the **** is taste bad or not. I wasted mine 60. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE TO ANYONE. And the only way to forces these companies to change is to boycott then. Players let’s stay strong. 2/10 and this is the highest I can give.… Expand

    I'm not going to ruin this for anyone with spoilers, but I am highly upset with the direction the story took. I already knew some of what was going to happen from the spoilers but I was really upset when I realized I was mislead and lied to by the naughty dog. The trailers post fake cutscenes misrepresenting things that happen. The story is ludicrous and incomplete. It is all over theI'm not going to ruin this for anyone with spoilers, but I am highly upset with the direction the story took. I‘m glad everything got leaked before it was released.. this game has a bad story and kills off Joel, the best character.. also political correctness is just destroying everything and is now sadly making a move onto games, Don’t buy it, don’t support naughty Dog with this garbage they put out..… Expand

    Graphics and level design is the only factor that should be appreciated. The whole storyline are full of ideilogy agenda and try so hard to push it. Sincerely I can't recommend this.

    Estava Hypado há anos esperando o desfecho, e posso dizer com todas as palavras que estou decepcionado.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. We assume that on a technical level it is truly spectacular. If you have to look at the story, it is really horrendous. The behavior of Joel and his brother at the beginning of the game is created specifically to allow the plot to take the turn it should, but in reality Joel and Tommy would never have acted like this. Do you remember, for example, how in the first chapter Joel sees a man asking for help in the middle of the street and instead of stopping he accelerates and runs over him? That is Joel's real behavior not to trust anyone, not to help anyone. they tried in every way during the game to empathize with abby but I never empathized with her, all I felt was hate that I hoped to be able to alleviate by taking my revenge by playing as Ally (which did not happen). To break the vicious circle of hate Ally decides to save Abby's life and let her go on her way. Just the core of the actions that Ally performs do not make sense, because having spared Abby's life does not imply having ended the circle of hate, in fact, the daughter or a friend of a npc randomly killed during the game may simply appear looking for Ellie to kill her since she killed her father / friend, as they decided to do on tlou2. If at the beginning of the game I was angry about Joel's death but hoping to have a nice revege story at the end of the game I realized that I was depressed and even more angry.… Expand

    Part two has the same lacking mechanics, decent gameplay, but its spread out so very thinly, you spend very little time enjoying it and more time just getting through it.     The reason "Game of Thrones" was so successful in this, was because GRRM wasn't getting rid of characters for some political messages for the real world.    Absolute, sheer, idiocy. The entire thing is awkward and clumsy. It's like Druckmann is trying SUPER hard to be edgy and waste beloved characters with a "no one is safe" narrative" whilst forcing some clear agenda down our throats.

    The reason "Game of Thrones" was so successful in this, was because GRRM wasn't getting rid of characters for some political messages for the real world. He did it because they were well times, and made sense. This was just downright sloppy and offensive and a slap in the face. So incredibly forced just to push more "inclusive" archetypes into the narrative. I would say story, but its not even a story because it's like they just took bullet points and made a script from them.

    Abby is trash. I don't give a flying farquad if she is non binary, or identifies as a fish or is asexual. That's all fine and dandy. I loved Whiterose in Mr. Robot....because she worked and made sense from a narrative standpoint. There is no "bigotry" or "hate" when fans are uniting across the board to trash this monstrosity (see twitter to notice a LOT of the LGBTQ+ community are also apalled at this analfissure, and fail representation of their community - its so flipping patronizing when you force these things, and its an obvious backhand to anyone who can see it).

    The gameplay is so lackluster. It's one of the easiest games I have played in the last year or two... It's clunky and the mechanics are all fine but...when I am given choices and they lead to the same place...its just stupid.

    This game left me feeling depressed and confused as I watched the characters I grew to love in the first game, killed and beaten up repeatedly by new characters that no one cares about. Then the game put you in the shoes of these new characters and try’s to make you sympathise with them. It just doesn’t work. Great graphics, okay gameplay, horrible story. Overall, this isn’t a good game.This game left me feeling depressed and confused as I watched the characters I grew to love in the first game, killed and beaten up repeatedly by new characters that no one cares about.     One of the best games I've played in a few years. Naughty Dog did an excellent job with this sequel and I find myself deeply immersed in the story everytime I play.

    Disgrace to the videogame industry. First they delayed cause of the pandemic to potentially garner more profit, got leaked, and they are releasing it early. Played the game and it's even worse. They have to make all kinds of excuse, this doesn't justify how bad the story telling is. They are blaming nothing to blame but themselves.

    Then, this pile of **** comes out. I played through the first 5 hours - after 3 hours I had the Urge to throw out my ps4: It just is not satisfying. I want a good Story and not some lbgtqWHATEVER junk which focuses more about that than a    I loved the first game. I loved the characters. But: I loved the Story.     This game is great having alot of fun with it. Looks beautiful. I loved the first one and this is there with it. So many salty snowflake xbox players just giving it a bad rating because they dont have any good exclusives is sad. That's what happened with Days gone. Do what I did dont listen to the ratings just play the game yourself and you will enjoy it .

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
