Jul 1, 2020Don't listen to the people! This game is 10 out of 10! I played this game, just finished it. Thank you, Naughty Dog! This game is amazing! Thanks from Russia.

Jul 19, 2020Great game. Loved it more than the first installment. Great story. Lovely characters and great deaths

Jun 23, 2020The gameplay is similar to the first one with a few tweaks for the better. The story is actually really good, the only problem with it is that it was spoiled so people knew the big spoiler without the context for it. I love this game. It is better than the first one.

Jun 20, 2020The characters from the last game are unrecognizable. The new characters are not likable on any level. That on itself could be excused if the plot was worthwile which it unfortunately is not. It's like the #1 priority was to write something unexpected. I am dismayed that this was made by the same studio that made TloU1 and the Uncharted series. 3 points for the graphics and servicable gameplay.

Aug 21, 2020I've beaten this game 3 times already, I don't get the hate. Enjoyed it more than the first game. The story is bold and the gameplay is much improved over the original. One of the best games of the year.

Jul 3, 2020Great game! I loved the storyline and gameplay. Violent, polemic, immersing and epic.

Jun 21, 2020this is **** how come people enjoy this crap? don't buy it, there are better options out there.
-
Jul 1, 2020It could have been better, outdated and monotonous gameplay, flat characters, the wrong order of narration not revealing the second heroine.

Jun 21, 2020Games like that move the industry forward despite the hate and bigot resistance. The tone is darker, the scenes are well directed, combat is intense. It's not "fun" to play but it keeps your interest till the end.

Jun 20, 2020I wanted to love this just like the incredible first one, but it's just violence porn. Had to quit an hour into the game, the devs have mental problems.

Jul 9, 2020When I finished the game it was 6/10. Few weeks later 9/10. A great sequel for a great game.
-
Jun 20, 2020Really disappointing. Graphically good but a game that has added pretty much nothing new to the original (gameplay) apart from an over convolution of sjw/pc story telling which basically destroys any story arc. The detraction from the story by woke politics throughout the game completely ruins any story telling and makes it unbelievable and unbearably bad...

Sep 13, 2020The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.
-
Sep 5, 2020Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

Game World Navigator MagazineSep 3, 2020If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
