    Fine addition for the best game of last generation. And though addition very short (it is passed less than in 2 hours), but sincere. Namely modern games lack it, and always is at the Naughty Dog projects. If in a plot there was only 1 history - which tells chapter of history from the main game, it was trivial and simply, and here the second history - the prequel.     The Last of Us: Left Behind is the best DLC I have ever seen in my life. It's a rare case when you can say that DLC is sometimes better than the original game. This time, you will control of Ellie and experience about three hours of great game. There's nothing new, but it will add more time in your The Last of Us experience. I hope that Naughty Dog will release DLC for Uncharted 4: Thief'sThe Last of Us: Left Behind is the best DLC I have ever seen in my life.     Lovingly crafted mini episode showing a glimpse of Ellie's life before the Joel years... The flash back/forward narrative is a little odd. Great, but short. Like many DLC's for single player adventure games, this really felt like it belonged in the main campaign not as a separate DLC purchase. Playing this was all I could do to whet my appetite for TLOU part II!!!

    More of the same with a great story mixing prequel and what happens after Joel's injury and ellie saving him. I liked the water gun fight scene.

    An amazing prequel / sequel to The Last of Us. Worthy of the original game. Best DLC you'll ever buy. The writing is just as good as the main story, although since you know the story in the 'present' perhaps some drama is lost, and I wasn't captivated by the story of the soldiers. The prequel parts are worth every penny, though.

    This brilliantly made prequel serves as a strong addition to The Last of Us, although sometimes it feels a little bit like a deleted section of the main game that was removed for being unnecessary.

    This is a small prequel to the main game. Game play is the same as main game, not quite as much in terms of action though. Overall a fun addition to the main game.

    Left Behind is just as amazing as it was on PS3, but now it also comes with the base game. Just like The Last of Us, Left Behind is a masterpiece. Everything from the writing, to the performances, graphics, gameplay, and music are done at the same level of polish as the main game. This is the best DLC ever.

    Lo he jugado justo tras finalizar la historia principal. Me ha encantado, historia alucinante, gráficos igual que el juego principal (me ha dado para unas cuantas capturas más), banda sonora preciosa y jugabilidad mejor pulida que en el resto del juego en mi opinión. Tiene un par de fallos de diseño en algún nivel pero el resto es perfecto. Historia 10, Arte 10, Jugabilidad 10*.

    I just can't get over the fact that these are fictional characters created by people. Left Behind is an incredibly well written DLC.

    Ottimo se appassiona la storia principale, porta ad apprezzare ancor di più i personaggi creati dagli sviluppatori. Non è solo un'espansione della storia, è anche un insieme di possibilità di interazione con l'ambiente che gli sviluppatori non hanno inserito nel gioco principale, il che non fa sentire la ripetizione di alcune meccaniche anche giocando Left Behind immediatamente dopo laOttimo se appassiona la storia principale, porta ad apprezzare ancor di più i personaggi creati dagli sviluppatori.     JUGABILIDAD:
    Es llamativo para mí que un DLC tan corto corrija el único problema que le encontré a TLOU: lo lento de la narrativa. Left Behind tiene un ritmo muy veloz, tanto en jugabilidad como en cinemáticas, en ningún momento nos aburrimos puesto que siempre se está avanzando.

    El capitulo encaja perfecto en la trama principal, y el Story Telling de saltos entre dos épocas le cae como anillo al dedo. Lo anterior, no solo para crear un contexto, sino para que el jugador termine de introducirse en la trama principal. La historia del DLC me ha parecido más emocional que el juego base y el final me dejó bastante sentimental, pese a que ya sabía cómo terminaría.

    Left Behind is a DLC that you should play after completing The Last of Us in order to avoid spoilers. In this game you control Ellie and go through a short event from the first game that was not actually shown. While playing, you will go through a few flashback memories of Ellie that will reveal a bit more about her past and her time before the events of the first game.

    The game is short, it is just a small additional part to the main game. I took me around two hours to complete it. You might even be able to stretch it to three if you really want to explore every corner of it.    … Expand

Serving in part as a prequel to the main game, while also filling in a small timeline gap, Left Behind doesn't actually require you to have played the original title. So in a sense this can serve as a great way to introduce yourself to the game's mechanics for a pretty cheap price in order to see if it's forA brief excursion back into the world Naughty Dog's masterpiece, The Last of Us. Serving in part as a prequel to the main game, while also filling in a small timeline gap, Left Behind doesn't actually require you to have played the original title. So in a sense this can serve as a great way to introduce yourself to the game's mechanics for a pretty cheap price in order to see if it's for you or not. However doing so is kind of cheating yourself. One of the big payoffs of the DLC is seeing how it plays off that little endgame speech Ellie gives in the main game, as well as learning a bit more about her. Plus there's the fact that playing Left Behind first also has some spoilers.

    The DLC doesn't do too much that the main game didn't. The main difference being that you're playing as Ellie for the entire experience. It's still the same excellent mix of stealth, crafting, and brutal combat, but Ellie has a distinct feel that's much different from Joel. It's enough to keep the action fresh for the roughly 2 hour playtime. However the biggest change that's noticeable from the action is that there are encounters where you'll be dealing with both the infected and other survivors, something that never happened in the main game. This allows for the option to pit your foes against each other in a way that feels organic and believable. It's something I would love to see expanded upon in The Last of Us Part II.

    Left Behind is really too experiences in one. Half of it is set during Joel and Ellie's trek across the country and features the more standard TLOU gameplay. The other half is a prequel set before they even met and has an even stronger emphasis on storytelling. The gameplay in these sections are more linear and don't actually feature much combat. It's more like a series of mini-games. Yet, the way it's handled is fun. It really sells the feeling of hanging out and playing with a friend.

    Love and friendship are big themes here. The prequel story is sweet, touching, and very deep to the point of being outright profound. Of course this all comes with the heartbreaking and bleak nature of the world Naughty Dog has crafted. The writing and performances are just as incredible as they were in the main game, once again rivaling anything you'll see in movies.

    It's simply more of The Last of Us. Something that's by no means a bad thing. It's definitely more linear and over in no time at all, but when it comes to storytelling and inventive gameplay scenarios Left Behind delivers in spades. It's basically a must for any TLOU fan. For newcomers, I recommend playing the main game first, but this can still serve as a powerful introduction to one of gaming's best titles.
