Feb 24, 2021bad graphics bad motion bad face capture bad gameplay the story is nice but ever thing is like ps3 graphic bethesda comon!!
-
Nov 29, 2021Nothing like the first game, seems it tries to appeal to what was perceived at the time as a wider audience for open world games. Moved almost completely away from the Resident Evil 4 style gameplay and NG+ features and the like

May 4, 2022It's a good rent game but not worth full price. Gameplay is really good but the story is weak.
-
Mar 29, 2018Broken stealth, broken dynamic with repetative open areas, stupid 'cliche' story and changed characters, boring bosses, meh entourage - lost it's roots almost completely. What a shame, first game was pretty good survival horror.

Apr 18, 2019Nothing really to say except its boring as hell, open world stuff sucks, story is terrible , terrible pointless side quests, opening was fairly good tho ill give it that

May 17, 2021I didnt really care for this game , I really thought they should have kept the same format as the first game, although I feel like I need to play this game again to to maybe refresh my mind on it but to be honest for now I didnt like the whole hub world to mission type of format I didnt like it but it was still a good game and great looking game

Dec 7, 2020It was OK. I am not a horror game fan though. I enjoyed it, but didn't get any wow moment or feeling satisfied after beating the game.

May 15, 2018I think the gun-play and open world elements felt nice and fun to play, but the game took itself way too seriously. I enjoyed the last game's wacky and insanely cheesy story, but this game goes for a more dark and serious one. This is hindered the game a lot and the overall experience wasn't that memorable.

Oct 18, 2017Way better than 1, recommend this game to buy it.
but not 'fresh' as new, combine of well-known games
just like a "last of us", "P.T", "Division" you will easily find other games system in this game -
Oct 28, 2017The game about defines linear, almost as much as a certain other infamous game. If you enjoy jump scares and walking in a straight line, this game is perfect for you. If you have become numb to all that crap like I have, it's a pass.
Fun side note: who the hell is pushing the wheelchair in the opening? -
Nov 14, 2020I was a little bit disappointed with the gameplay of this game, I do not like that the character movement is very slow and clumsy. However, the graphics are very nice and the story is very good.

Jul 5, 2019la historia un poco rebuscada, muy repetitivo el juego, con un sistema de juego un poco aburrido.

Jun 23, 2020Story 7/10
Gameplay 7/10
Graphics 7/10
The Evil Within 2 is a slightly above average horror game with pretty looking graphics -
Mar 25, 2022aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
-
Aug 30, 2023It is significantly inferior to its predecessor. The open world doesn't add much to the game and the horror footage is based on clichés already seen in the genre.

CD-ActionJan 10, 2018Shinji Mikami’s philosophy is to focus on making the game’s good aspects shine even brighter instead of trying to eradicate its flaws. His latest work both benefits and suffers from that approach. The Evil Within 2 offers great exploration, but its story is laughable. It’s a thrilling shooter, but a mediocre stealth game. At the end of the day I find Mikami to be right – a game’s best moments count the most and make us turn a blind eye to its flaws. TEW2 fails to reach the level of my beloved Resident Evil 4, but in today’s circumstances a triple AAA survival horror without online components and intrusive microtransactions is a gem. Playstation Official Magazine UKDec 15, 2017A likeable follow-up that addresses valid criticisms of its predecessor and provides gory fun, but loses a little of what made it special in the process. [Christmas 2017, p.90]

Dec 14, 2017Exploring the game's main town, which is full of monsters, new weapons and items, is a blast. New discoveries will immerse you into the gameplay, and make you forget about that daughter you have to save.
