    I’ve very much enjoyed the game. The dark and foggy setting has given it a Silent Hill feel. There are definitely a few scares along the way and as far as the story goes I thought it was very good. The thought the characters were much better compared to the last. Well done to everyone involved, I look forward to the next.

    Having played it through it twice (in single player & movie night mode) Little Hope is a big improvement over Man of Medan. Everyone had fun in movie night mode and the intriguing story kept everyone guessing. Loads of fun, like-able characters and well paced. The ending was a bit divisive - but besides that its supermassives best story yet.

    В управлении (передвижении игрока) игра не подвисает, в отличии от РС версии. Иногда непонятные диалоги в русской локализации. Странная анимация лиц у персонажей. В общем не «Detroit: become human” но мне понравилось. Советую.

    I found the story to be gripping right from the prologue. I really enjoyed the game. I found the characters to be more interesting and I felt they were well performed across the board. I cared about them more so than in other titles from before. It looks amazing and I had no technical issues while playing. I found that the twist was earned (once I pieced the clues together and after a second play through)and made sense. Whether others like it or not is subjective, but I understand that people won’t like the twist. But I found the story to be great up until the twist. My problem with Man of Medan’s twist was that I figured it out immediately during the prologue so that ruined the experience. Not the twist itself, but when I learned of it. I liked that this happens at the end and made me think about the story again in a new light. There is a lot of walking around and they could do to streamline it a bit - or at least put more interactions along the way. All in all I liked it a lot and would recommend.… Expand

    I like the theme of the game. The mystery of the town,the fog, the unease on every step of the way. Definitely the game for the Silent Hill fans. The town looks beautiful. Story is good and the length of the game is perfect. Just as it should be. I recommend you to play it with a good headset, so you can enjoy the game 100%.

    The game is an improvement from Man of Medan and almost reaches Until Dawn. Good characters, nice plot twists and story. Buy it and try it yourself!

    OK, let be clear that this is a pretty terrible game in all the way that counts; the graphics are off (uncanny valley galore), the music/sound is meh and the story/ is absolutely atrocious. All that said, I couldn't help but like this game. We haven't really had many so-bad-they-are-good games in the world, but this is definitely in that camp. The best way of playing this is by getting aOK, let be clear that this is a pretty terrible game in all the way that counts; the graphics are off (uncanny valley galore), the music/sound is meh and the story/ is absolutely atrocious. All that said, I couldn't help but like this game. We haven't really had many so-bad-they-are-good games in the world, but this is definitely in that camp.     Had tons of fun playing this over halloween, having played Until Dawn and being an horror movie fan, in my opinion, asking Little Hope to be more like Until Dawn is the same as asking The Haunting of Hill House to be more like Scream. Although it's game, Little Hope gameplay and story telling are tied to its horror sub genre, leaning towards trauma, redemption and psychological horror,Had tons of fun playing this over halloween, having played Until Dawn and being an horror movie fan, in my opinion, asking Little Hope to be more like Until Dawn is the same as asking The Haunting of Hill House to be more like Scream. Although it's game, Little Hope gameplay and story telling are tied to its horror sub genre, leaning towards trauma, redemption and psychological horror, while Until Dawn it's a classic cabin in the woods story. So If you like slow paced horror that plays on trauma I definitely recommend this game. Acting is okay, Will Poulter is actually really good on his multiple characters and they feel distinct, game play is a bit tuned down when comparing with Until Dawn which again I think is intended as this game leans more towards atmosphere than action.… Expand

O jogo te entrega uma experiência completa, com jumpscares, personagens incríveis e bem desenvolvidos, ótimo cenário histórico, excelente trama com um final inesperadamente surpreendente e arrebatador, gameplay incrível, gráficos maravilhosos! Não dá para encontrar um único ponto negativo nessa história de Little Hope! Amei e é nota mil com louvor!É o melhor game de terror, sem dúvidas! O jogo te entrega uma experiência completa, com jumpscares, personagens incríveis e bem desenvolvidos, ótimo cenário histórico, excelente trama com um final inesperadamente surpreendente e arrebatador, gameplay incrível, gráficos maravilhosos!     I like Little Hope more than Man of Medan. Interesting story with a few jump scares, a perfect game for a Halloween night.
    What dropped out the score is the fact that some dialogues seem out of place here and there and another thing is that around half of the story the game crashed, corrupted my saves and I had to go back from the beginning.

    Very good horror game, loved the atmosphere and the soundtrack was beautiful. The story was much better then Man of Medan and Until Dawn. Amazing characters and twist ending too!

    Definitely a step up from Man of Medan. Doesn't quite compare to Until Dawn. I will say this game is an absolute blast to play with your friend huddled around the tv all night.

    Just... Absolutely amazing! A huge improvement from Man of Medan in my opinion. Love the soundtrack, setting, mystery, and story. The characters are decent but nothing really special. I give this game a 8 or even a 9! Keep up the great work! Can't wait for the next game!

    Ich liebe ja gute Horror-Filme und natürlich auch gute Horror-Spiele. Und nachdem mir Man of Medan schon sehr gut gefallen hat, war Little Hope natürlich auch Pflichtprogramm. Gesagt getan und für sehr gut befunden. Gute Grafik und gute Charakter-Animationen, gruselige und teils bedrückende Stimmung, ab und an mal einen Erschrecker - genau wie ich es mir wünsche. Die Geschichte ist auchIch liebe ja gute Horror-Filme und natürlich auch gute Horror-Spiele. Und nachdem mir Man of Medan schon sehr gut gefallen hat, war Little Hope natürlich auch Pflichtprogramm. Gesagt getan und für sehr gut befunden. Gute Grafik und gute Charakter-Animationen, gruselige und teils bedrückende Stimmung, ab und an mal einen Erschrecker - genau wie ich es mir wünsche.     Lo he disfrutado muchísimo. Es un juego donde lo más importante es la historia y me ha encantado la historia. He logrado salvar a todos los personajes por primera vez lo cual es un logro. No le doy el 10 porque el juego tiene un bug por el que se me corrompió una partida guardada de 3 horas y tuve que volver a empezar de 0 ya que crasheó justo cuando estaba guardando y leyendo en foros esLo he disfrutado muchísimo. Es un juego donde lo más importante es la historia y me ha encantado la historia. He logrado salvar a todos los personajes por primera vez lo cual es un logro.     My main complaints are A) that there were some glitchy moments (not many, largely graphics issues) and B) that the big twist of the game    I think this game is a MASSIVE improvement over Man of Medan. The mystery was much better (Man of Medan gave it away a little too quickly) and the atmosphere was even creepier. I also felt the characters were developed much better than in Man of Medan.

    I'm not usually one to do the "Oh, ignore the bad reviews" thing, but I will say this: Much like Until Dawn and Man of Medan, Little Hope is not an action-packed game. It's a lot of walking, relationship/character development, and making choices that determine the outcome of the game.

    Some people are into that, and some people are not.

    Also, re: the ending: Much like Man of Medan, whether or not the ending comes as a surprise depends entirely on how many "Secrets" you've found within the game. The dots connect a lot easier if you've been keeping an eye out for the Secrets.

    Enjoyed this alot more than the first Dark Pictures game.
    + Interesting story
    + Great characters
    - A bit short maybe.
    Would recommended playing for the story.

    Little Hope is an enjoyable interactive soft horror movie, almost as good as the first one of this series. I much appreciate the 60 fps on PS5 and the full audio translation. But for some reason the HDR implementation is completely broken, so I need to switch to SDR for the whole game and let PS5 apply the Auto HDR, which looks a way better than the native one.

    Сам сюжет мне понравился, но обескуражила концовка и её вариативности, что сделала её по сравнению с следующей и прошлой игрой, просто не реиграбельной. Итого, на один раз игра на 9 баллов, а на реиграбильность 7.

    Little Hope is a pretty good game for anyone. The story will get you hooked, it's pretty interesting. Little Hope does has it's flaws however, I feel as if the story is a bit slower, the Quick Time Events are way too easy, easier than Until Dawn and Man of Medan. The ending was shocking and a little bit disappointing but it will leave you questions. Jump-scares are okay in a firstLittle Hope is a pretty good game for anyone.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. If you were expecting horror as i jump scares, this is not that. This is a game that delves more into psychological horror than anything else. The whole fun of playing this was trying to connect all the plots together yourself as it was very apparent they were all connected. It is a bit of a slow start and can be finished in about 4 hours if you are ignoring everything. The graphics are as good as they need to be. I think the twist with Anthony imagining everything to try and cope with the loss of his family is 100% earned and made it worth playing, and made the second playthrough even better knowing how it is all connected. Way better than Man of Medan.
    I have played this game 4 times now, movie night, shared story, and solo story, and have not encountered any bugs. This game is all about trying to solve the mystery and dig deep into its themes, requiring multiple playthroughs to understand everything, which makes its "short" length appropriate.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. significant step up from man of medan. graphics are just as good but the facial recognition is a lot better. plot isn’t great but it’s decent and interesting enough to keep your attention, but i love the actual concept of the story and think it’s executed pretty well. the twist is a bit silly but also neat at the same time. one play-through is only about 4 hours, but i enjoyed that time significantly more than man of medan… Expand

    Little Hope iis my favorite dark pictures game. That’s b the subject matter is interesting , witches and witch trials. I am less compelled by old navy guys. Also the gameplay in this was a lot less frustrating than the ghost ship ib man ofv maden.

    My favorite title from the series so far. Great story, good caracters, great graphics and really scary. Way better than Man of Medan(6/10), better than House of Ashe(7/10). Great game for 10-20$.

    i played this game on PS5 / after Man of medan and before house of ashes(aint played that yet)
    the story IS MUUUCHHHH better than man of medan.its amazing its so scary and its fun. i love the STORY. the graphics is better than man of medan the animes    i personally love the whole The Dark pictures Anthology series and im dying to play next of the series The Devil in me and also the quarry/

    What distinguishes Little hope from horror movies is that you don’t get to be annoyed about clichés or numerous bad decisions by its characters. No it is not a good idea to wander off alone when a killer is on the loose, nor should you explore that creepy basement by yourself. Yet, in this game, only one person is responsible for his bad judgement: you.

    Little Hope is a return to form for Supermassive Games. After the somewhat slow and dry Man of Medan, Little Hope arrives with a narrative audacity and assured performances that place The Dark Pictures Anthology squarely on the top of the interactive filmic adventure game heap. With a rich, complex, and wickedly surprising narrative, Little Hope is well worth playing, despite some awkward moments and transitions.

    Little Hope is a fantastic horror experience that really shows what Supermassive can do with the Dark Pictures series. Though it's a short experience and it exhibited a crash during review, it's a fantastically crafted thrilling drama with amazing characters who are genuinely fun to interact with. If this kind of game is something that seems interesting, don't pass up on this experience!
