Telltale Games always making a good job when the subject is Story Teller games and this one is not different. This game brings to you a universe where the post Borderlands events has been concluded.
Graphics loyal to the franchise, good storyline, great game to play and have fun.

The incorporation of playing as two people served as a welcome addition to the franchise of TellTale as I really felt the diversity when playing as the two. The witty humor of the game also served well as it created great character building and story lines. The quick-action scenes with reasonably big set pieces and twists in the story were brilliant and unpredictable. I wouldn't say it's a must buy however if you are a gamer who loves a great story with interesting and memorable characters, this is a definite must have, Expand

Not fan of "game's" like this, story is fine but there is almost no actual gameplay and graphics is SO outdated (and poorly ported for PS4). Also there so many choice options but results are almost same.
Up to part 3 game was funny, later started to annoy me rather.

    I mean, sorta
Tales from the borderlands is a choose your own adventure styled game where you play as both Hyperion employee Rhys and con woman Fiona
The game starts out with the 2 of you kidnapped and through storytelling you tell your kidnapper how you go the point you’re at…
It starts with a deal gone wrong…
And the rest of the game is about getting to a vault for some treasure of course
I’ve heard such great things about Tales from the Borderlands and for me this greatness never really showed up…
I found the world, story, and characters here to be pretty bland…
All 9 and a half hours feel a little too samey in terms of scenery….
Though the game does a great job of having you guess whop the bad guy is, here…
I mean there are a bunch of bad guys here
just some aren’t as bad as you think.. Or as nice as you think…
Basically the game has you paranoid throughout as you should be in a land of bandits and vault hunters... not knowing who to trust…
There are few adventure game moments here.. This is for the most part conversation and making choices that may or may not have a large impact in the story later on
And despite the adventures pieces being gone... this manages to be a much slower paced game than what I’m used to from telltale...
episodes lasting an hr. and 40 minutes to 2 hours, it can make episodes feel like they go on just a little too long..
I found myself constantly looking at the clock... bored with what was going on…
I just couldn’t get into the story...
I couldn’t find myself to care for these characters despite 1 or 2 stealing my heart…
things would occasionally get exciting when characters I knew from the main games would show up…
But these moments were few and far between as it was time for these new characters to shine...
But they just didn’t for me…
    And sadly no claptrap here...
I was waiting and waiting but it never came…
The saving grace is the humor here as Rhys and Fiona will correct each others stories to remind you it is indeed a story…
And there are plenty of opportunities the be sarcastic which I can appreciate as that’s what’s most natural for me…
I just don’t see what everyone loves so much about Tales from the Borderlands
    it’s a good adventure…
But not one I’ll remember a month from now…
But this game gets praise from everyone else, so clearly this is a very subjective statement
I give tales from the borderlands
    a 7/10

The first three episodes are quality gaming. Great soundtrack, great writing, and actually funny. Good:
    - Episode title sequences ( very reminiscent of the games )
    - Occasional funny dialogue/ scenario
    - Occasional good reference to the games
    - Robotic companions
    - Team building and final fight in the last episode

    Mixed:
    - Currency System was an interesting idea but not properly utilized

    Bad:
    - Lamest gameplay of any Telltale game I’ve played
    - Episode conclusions are usually anticlimactic
    - Story tries to do too much without fleshing out characters
    - Rys and Sasha romance?
    - Certain characters that are randomly cut out of some episodes or the rest of the game completely
    - Death of Scooter
    - Handsome Jack’s prominent role throughout the episodes
    - Telltale’s engine ruins some moments that could have been great (rigid character models that have been utilized since the first Walking Dead series)
    - Choices ultimately don’t matter
    - Sasha’s death fake-out felt like forced drama for the finale
    - Open ended conclusion

If you enjoy Telltale's work then you know what your getting yourself into with their take on the Borderlands. The (long) beginning of the game is quite slow and boring. As it is the case with every Telltale game, laggy moments are frequent and don’t help with immersion either. I believe that it’s as from episode 4 that I really started to like this game. It has lots of qualities and patience is necessary to fully enjoy them.

The writing is done in a way that we encounter lots of funny moments and several nice plot twists. Animations of characters are good (better than in Telltale’s Batman for example) and a thing I love is that the Borderlands spirit is 100% well reproduced. Lots of details that are unique to Borderlands are shown in the game, which illustrates us that Telltale really took time to understand what Borderlands is. Most of the characters have a unique personality and they all have funny and/or cute traits. My personal favorites are the robots, I loved Loader Bot! Another very important aspect that is a success in this game is the choices system. Unlike some other Telltale games, in TFTB, choices can have a huge impact that can totally change significant parts of the game. Unfortunately, I didn’t love the game enough to be tempted to replay it. Nevertheless, the story is good (but indeed as I said slow in the beginning), but the two last episodes are by far the most enjoyable.

I wouldn’t say this game is worth much (that’s my opinion for any Telltale game because they are very short and very limited gameplay gives replay low value), but unlike some other Telltale games, it’s worth buying for a low price. Especially Borderlands fans will really want to play this game to have a very significant narrative addition to the stories they already know. It might even motivate some people new to the universe to try Borderlands games. Generally speaking, I liked it. The characters and some epic moments will allow you to remember it as a very unique game with a unique story.

A fun adventure with likable characters in the ever-chaotic wastelands of pandorra. Ultimately a good amount of fun but starts to feel a bit like borderlands jumping the shark. Also not much gameplay to speak of.

Its blend of humor and great characters perfectly complements the universe created by Gearbox. The best of Telltale since the first season of The Walking Dead.

An inconsistent but highly enjoyable season of sharp comedy and surprisingly affecting drama, that has plenty to teach more serious dramas.

The story crafted here isn't just a fine Borderlands sequel, but one of the most enjoyable sci-fi adventure stories in recent memory.
