    Symmetry is a beautiful and deadly puzzle of survival that successfully emphasizes the loneliness and tension in this most dire of situations. However, the collision issues that affect the player’s controls and text notifications that are too difficult to read can turn this gripping experience into something intensely frustrating in an instant. For those willing to push through these rough edges, Symmetry is a unique experience that should not be missed.

    Symmetry has interesting gameplay that combines resource management with a survival game. It has a minimalistic art style that we liked very much. But its high difficulty will quickly make you lose your patience. On some occasions you'll feel that the game is being unjust with you, no matter how well you think you're playing.

    Symmetry is a challenging survival game. The gameplay is one-note and never changes or evolves but the struggle to finally escape can become addictive.

Set in a retro-futuristic universe, its objective is to administer the resources we have and we get to survive, repair our spacecraft and escape from that remote and inhospitable planet.
    It is a difficult game, it is not the typical game of survival in which the characters survive easily, on the contrary, it is necessary to be constant so that nobody dies. Will you be able to fix the spacecraft and escape from there?    … Full Review »

    I found this game incredibly difficult, which apparently is intentional but some concepts made it unintentionally difficult to play.

    The controls can be frustrating. When I am trying to move along the screen I often highlight a character accidentally which pauses them in their tracks.

    The characters move far too slowly to complete tasks, and the most frustrating aspect was the random breaking down of machinery, forcing me to use valuable resources to fix.

    The gameplay is a struggle. The developers intended this, yet I found it too much of a struggle to enjoy any of it. I didn't see any point in playing the whole way through when after 20 minutes and three attempts it seemed little was going to change in terms of gameplay.

    The game is cheap and if you love the challenge then I could recommend. Other than that I'd avoid.    … Full Review »
