Nov 7, 2016The rock-n-roll bro concept is very amusing, and the variety of weapons available to craft adds plenty of motivation to replay it. However, until the developer adds in the ability to save your dungeon progress, not many will stick around long enough to craft any of them.

Jan 4, 2017What we have in the end is a game that charms you with how it looks and feels, but then does nothing to keep your attention. It shows you that it doesn't want to be generic; that it genuinely wants to be an entertaining and memorable experience. However, it's shallow, repetitive, and tedious- things that were probably meant to be obscured by its broken online mode. With its likable premise and art style, this one really makes you wish it were better than it is. There seems to be a gore-free gem in every genre. Super Dungeon Bros is not one of them.

Nov 14, 2016Super Dungeon Bros is a strange case. It's a pretty good dungeon crawler, with decent variety in its gameplay and enough of a fun factor in its scrappy multiplayer to keep you interested. However, the rock theme is underplayed; it lends the game some personality, but is largely ignored, leading to a muddled presentation. Some bugs also hold it back, and the online side isn't very healthy right now, but this could still be a fun distraction in couch co-op with a few friends.

Nov 7, 2016A decent attempt at a dungeon crawler, but there just isn’t the same appeal or craftsmanship seen in games like Diablo 3 or Baldur’s Gate.
-
Nov 3, 2016Super Dungeon Bros is the very definition of average, with bland art style forgettable level design and floaty controls. Whilst more fun can be wrought out of the multiplayer, the chances of finding other people to play this game with is near non-existent. As a result you’re left with a single player game which seems to be poorly balanced and liable to crash.
-
Nov 28, 2016Super Dungeon Bros has little to no originality. It is repetitive and there is almost no variation. The weapons are not effective, but on the bright side the game is a bit more fun in multiplayer. Still, the game is just not worth buying.
-
Nov 16, 2016Hardly original and poorly executed, Super Dungeon Bros could have been a lot of fun, were it not for the annoying bugs, slow controls and unforgiving difficulty. Shame.
-
Nov 8, 2016Falling short in just about every way a title of this ilk can, everything Super Dungeon Bros attempts to do, the three year old Diablo III does better. Avoid.
-
Nov 18, 2016React Games may have had good intentions with Super Dungeon Bros, but it's miles off competing with the likes of Gauntlet or even older games like Castle Crashers. The game lacks originality, starving players of any truly enjoyable gameplay and its half-hearted attempt at embracing a rock theme doesn’t amount to anything particularly unique or cool.
-
Nov 18, 2016Yes, this kind of game is better in multiplayer, but if you’ve got any sense, you’d grab Brut@l for an action-roguelike experience, or Gauntlet or Diablo 3 for multiplayer heroics. Even for groups that are willing to go into Dungeon Bros with the right spirit, I seriously struggle to imagine a scenario in which this game has any longevity to it.
