Simplemente de los mejores juegos q he jugado en años. Tendría que haber más juegos como este, y sobretodo más desarrolladoras que hicieran juegos con el cariño que está hecho este. Si no lo has probado, tienes que probarlo.

Visuals: The visuals are perfect and it’s easy to tell someone spent a ridiculous amount of time on each thing that appears on screen.

Time: There is truly infinite replay ability and the day cycle really gives you a feeling of urgency and freedom to come and go as you please.

Worth the price? Yes. I’ve spent almost 1000 hours playing this game and will come back to it over and over again. It truly is a masterpiece and will remain in my top 10 games of all time.

It's a love letter to video games. Also the PS4 version is perfect apart from one small menu bug. If you want to play it on a PC go play it there.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Stardew Valley is one of those games where I don't understand why I play it so much. Spending time growing crops, meeting the town people, and mining ore all sounds pretty boring but from the art style to the music Stardew has easily won of the nicest games I've ever played. I started Stardew Valley with a crap farm and a few seeds, but after 30 hours I have 20 animals, a huge house, a wife, and have gotten to the bottom of the mine, yet I still want to continue playing, and it's a game you can technically play forever. It continues to make me want to go back and do something else in the beautiful valley from going to the fair or fixing the community center. Feeling like a perfect version of Harvest Moon but better. If you're looking for a clam game to just play Stardew is perfect, it doesn't have the annoying waiting of animal crossing or any microtransactions that this game would have had it been made by a AAA studio. Some people may not like this style of game and that's ok but to me it's perfect. P.S there aren't any microtransactions in this game! Expand

I just got this game on sale for under $15 and I know it's been out a while but this is a gem that can be time-consuming. The only downside on console unlike PC is there is no way to mod it but other than that it's a keeper.

One of my most favourite games of all time !!
A true spiritual successor to another favourite of mine (Harvest Moon) this game sees you inherit a farm from your now deceased grandfather and move to the town of Stardew Valley from the big city.

You are tasked with returning this farm back to its former glory and you can do this anyway you would like but I would say becoming well rounded and doing up all skills so you can get all of the unlocks to help you become the pillar of the community and get the most out of the game.
The usual foraging, resource collecting and wooing of a potential partner is all part of the process as in harvest moon though there is so much more within this game that has taken this to a much higher level of quality game than that franchise. Also add in the fact there has been lots of free content added as well as well as coop and you really will get your bang for your buck if you pick this game up. I even have it on my MacBook as well as PS4 and have put a lot of hours in on both versions.
10 out of 10 for me and a game that if you like this genre or as I said before the Harvest Moon franchise then there is a lot on offer to you in this game.

This game is an instant classic. I grew up playing the Harvest Moon games and this really brings me back to those times. So much to do and achieve. Although, I wish there was more to do end game after you've made all this cash, saved the community center and so on. Nevertheless, there are very few games where I've clocked over 150 hours. Worth your money if you're into this kind of game.

Stardew is definitely a gem. It takes elements from Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, adds a little retro Zelda-esque combat and mixes it all together to make an amazing package. While it can get repetitive after clearing the story elements, the road there is paved with good fun. There is something about the way this game starts that really hit home for me. It’s a very basic beginning where your character is an office worker who is clearly unhappy about his career. You open up a letter from your Grandpa that basically tells you that he has gifted his farm to you and you should drop everything in your life and find a simpler lifestyle as a farmer.

Once you arrive at the farm, you quickly realize that it’s run down and it needs a lot of work. After that, the game opens up and you can do whatever you want. If you want to wander around town, talking to people and getting to know them you can, if you want to work on your farm and harvest, you can. If you want to have livestock you can if you want to go to the mines for the day. You can do that as well.

The game is split into 4 segments, there is spring, summer, fall, and winter. The 4 seasons, there are 4 months in a year and each month is a season. Spring, Summer, and Fall are harvesting months so spent all my time working on that. I would work until my character was exhausted for the day and then I would go to bed. Often times I was going to bed by noon but I was okay with that. In my mind, my character wasn’t actually going to bed. He was just relaxing for the rest of the day. When Winter hit, I couldn’t harvest anymore so than every day during winter I went to the mines. This allowed me to acquire a lot of rocks and gems.

I used those rocks and gems to then craft sprinklers so that way when Spring of year 2 rolled along, I didn’t have to water the plants anymore. This made things a lot easier for me. It really turned my farm into a production powerhouse. To put it simply, I was making bank during the Spring, Summer, and Fall of year 2.

By the time Winter of Year 2 rolled around. I was just about done with the game. Unfortunately for me, I’m the type of person after 30-40 hours with a game. I’m usually ready to move on and that’s what happened here. I forced myself to keep playing through the winter of year 2 because that was going to be my defining moment of “I beat this game.”

I really enjoyed my time with this game and it was so peaceful and low stress. It was exactly what I needed but after 30+ hours with the game. I was starting to get bored and was looking forward to playing a game with a little more action.

This is a fantastic game and I think everyone should try it. It does become very addictive.

I love this game SO MUCH. I grew up playing Harvest Moon, but they haven't made a good version of it in a long, long, long, long time. Stardew Valley is even better than all of the really good Harvest Moon games. More customization. More storylines. More characters. More everything! I love it. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. What I like most about this game is that it demonstrates the feasibility of anarcho-capitalist principles. For example, there is a definite system of property rights which everyone (nearly everyone, more on this below!) respects and which operates without any state coercion or martial forces. Though, spoiler!, sometimes these little socialist blobs appear on my farm and I have to whack them with a sword and then plunder their corpses for material to manufacture ever greater death dealing implements. My friend Walter Block says that that's not a violation of the non-aggression principle, though. I also don't pay any taxes which is how I know I'm free.

The game is also structured in such a way that private initiative is the sole force sufficient and necessary to rescue the failing community centre (I'm not surprised it was failing: there's no such thing as community!) and the town more generally. I also like that transit in the game is obviously privately run because it's sufficiently expensive to exclude the people I don't like.

Speaking of which, one demerit for that hobo fellow who seems desperate to sunder our good society. He's also suspiciously rich—he paid me some obscene amount for a coconut. He probably lives on state assistance or something. All in all a very precious little game. (Though I haven't any idea how to access things diagonally on the Ps4, which impacts my profits. I should really score it an 8 but I'm feeling generous today.)

I play Stardew Valley because, well, it's fun. I don't browse the web to find the most efficient cooking recipes, the most useful crops, the best thing to say to some villager, etc... I don't care! I just want to enjoy myself. I make beer and wine on my farm because it's cool to do, not because it's the most efficient way to become rich. I've created an orchard not because it is the most efficient way to bla bla bla... but because an orchard is awesome and I dearly want one in real life too. I go fishing even if I have enough money already and I don't need more... because fishing in this game is just very fun. Mining feels great too! And I kiss my spouse every morning even if she has all her hearts "maxed out". I don't care because my spouse is a such a sweet pixelated avatar that she deserves a daily hug.

You get the idea. I play Stardew Valley not to "beat it" but to enjoy it for what it is.

    Highly recommended.
