    South Park is best known for its humour and not shying away from controversial topics and this game is no different, although I feel that SOT may have done this better and exceeded FBW in most areas.

    The combat is the core of the game, and we are gradually introduced to mechanics at a manageable pace.     The combat is the core of the game, and we are gradually introduced to mechanics at a manageable pace. Whilst these are entertaining at first, the repetition of farting grated on me long before the game's end. Having to call up my buddies to clear obstacles became a chore quickly. Furthermore, the range of moves available for my own character were relatively diverse, yet you can see that each character follows a very similar format in terms of what effects and range their moves have, although this leaves room for you to choose your favourite characters and not get bogged down by strategy. After all, this fulcrum of this game is humour and it's not a JRPG, which the game is great at self- satirising.

    The story was very interesting for the most part, however by the time Mitch was introduced I felt it had outstayed its welcome and actually became rather bored by the end. I appreciate longevity in a game, but this is easily marred by repetition and boredom. Another example of this are quests where you have to collect lots of items scattered over town. This is a very cheap and omnipresent concept in gaming these days, unfortunately.

    SOF is included with this game but BEWARE, because it is a code you must redeem to download the game; IT IS NOT ON THE DISC! This irritated me a bit, since many people buy their games second-hand these days but then again it's not too difficult to work around this.

    Overall, this is a great game and well worth a price tag of £20 or less that it is commonly found at now.    … Expand

    Just plain bad. Some of the lowest frame animations I have ever seen.

    Humour for 10 year olds. Thank God I played for free.

    The game isn't as funny compared to the previous game. However there are still a lot funny moments like in the church, Randy keying his car and Towelie. I wished however that Randy was a bit more in the game. I hope with an third installment that they fix this. The battlesystem has improved and the battles now are more dificult. There are also more bosses and they all feel very unique.The game isn't as funny compared to the previous game.     The game is for South Park fans only in my opinion. A side person won't find here an interesting gameplay and won't understand all the humor of the game. But for the real fan of franchise it will be a pure diamond.

    It was the first game in the last few years which I passed through in a week or something.     It was the first game in the last few years which I passed through in a week or something. I played almost everyday for few hours, in a weekend I played 5-6 hours and I wanted more and more. For me that is the main sign that the game is very-very good. I didn't get tired of the gameplay even by the end of the game.
    But the most wonderful things are the whole story, the characters and all the collectibles in the game, I found all of them and didn't tired too.

    I reduced the score because of two things - there was a drawdown in the last third of the game, and even with all these great sides of the game for me it was a little bit moments of a backtracking which sometimes made me tired. And of course it cannot be nine or ten because it is not a big game with gorgeous graphics, mechanics and a cinematic story.

    The game is great, but I prefer TSOT. For me, the story, jokes and gameplay of this one are a little bit more non sense and a bit less funny than the previous game, but it still is very good.

    Some people are completely sure this second part is a worst game than the first one, but I'm not sure about that. There are so many (and more) things in Fractured But Whole that aren't in The Stick of Truth, that I actually can't decide which game is better. Both games are masterpieces from the show, and probably the best game ever made of any comedy TV show, by far. Nevertheless, if ISome people are completely sure this second part is a worst game than the first one, but I'm not sure about that.     This game was decent, but I missed the simplicity of the stick of truth. I felt too much more was added to this game, making the fights longer than they should have been. They were still fun, and I really enjoyed the powers. Switching between different super powers, and trying each move out was fun. But at times, I missed the stick of truth combat.

    Good game with an excellent history and very nice rpg combats. It has a normal duration, a big map inspired on the TV program and some funny secondary missions.

    Grandissimo gioco sia per gli appassionati di south park sia per i neofiti della serie. Un'altra avventura firmata cartman, kyle, kenny e stanley capace di divertire grazie ad un gameplay molto valido ed alle solite assurdità tipiche dello show televisivo.

    Era molto tempo che aspettavo un nuovo titolo dedicato alla serie malata di South park. Il gioco è costruito molto bene, si basa essenzialmente su esplorazione e combattimento ed il risultato finale è ottimo con solo qualche piccolo difetto. Risate assicurate

    South Park humor in perfection. Made me laugh so much, that I recommend it to every SP fan. Gameplay is also good.

    If I would put in context with the other game reviews I did it would get less points. But I think you can't compare it to other games because this is 100% about South Park. Gameplay, animations, grafics, music... everything is just a basis for the story, the characters and the whole South Park feeling. And woooow did they great.     After playing the stick of truth I couldn't wait to play this! As I was playing it I got easily bored. There was some parts that made me LOL But I was mostly bored with this one and in some cases just couldn't wait for it to end. I'd definitely think a about picking it up if I didn't have it already but only on sale. I got stick of truth and the fractured but whole as a package deal onAfter playing the stick of truth I couldn't wait to play this! As I was playing it I got easily bored. There was some parts that made me LOL But I was mostly bored with this one and in some cases just couldn't wait for it to end.     I should probably write a review for Stick of Truth. It was a romp through South Park with turned based combat also, but I just completed Fractured But Whole so here we are. If you liked the previous game, you will probably like this one, however, the change to the combat was a little jarring to me at first. It grew on me though. And while not quite as funny as it’s predecessor, this game really captures the TV show with offensive humor and some omg moments. I really liked the DLC as well, but it is probably considered by most to be expensive relative to the time you get out of it. All told I spent 60 hours in the base game and DLC, and did everything to get platinum, except the difficulty. That’s probably twice as long as most people would spend. I’m not sure what happened. So I’d have to play it again. If you like the show, definitely get the game or at least watch a review on YouTube to see if it is up your alley. #spontaneous #bootay

    One of the **** games ever made. Boring, lame and unfair. The story is bad, the fighting system is bad, the gameplay is bad. And it is all about farts. And wokeness. The enemies, especially the bosses, are totally op, you have to restart the fights again and again. There is no fun in this game, Ubisoft made it only for cash grabbing. Better don't even touch it.

    Great game. If you like the South Park series you’ll really enjoy this game. Fun, relaxing, and challenging on harder difficulties. Loved the puzzle solving and Easter eggs throughout the South Park we love and know. I would love to see another game created. Maybe a mixture of turn based and action RPG elements. The mini games they have mixed into the game also add great variety.

    Als Fan der Serie ist es großartig, und die South Park-Energie, die Fans lieben, ist auch in diesem Spiel vorhanden, es ist dumm und clever zugleich und vor allem macht es einfach Spaß.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It is probably too late to add the "Please skip the **** epilogue to Stick of Truth section" but maybe for the next game please. Some of us do play this **** more than once.

    Oh, and on second playthrough, the first time you open your bedroom truck, you have to click accept item for almost 30 minutes. I almost had to hand off the controller to a friend, just because I got so **** sick of hoping I could on **** day be done opening my **** trunk.
    And then the best part: I could not put on ANY of those **** customizable costumes, until I finished being non-consentually God-Moded through the "tutorial".

    Oh, and the Cartman not letting you skip **** bull**** is only **** funny on the first **** playthrough.

    Can't wait for the next game though :)    … Expand

    Muy buen juego de una serie, tiene mucho amor hacia todo lo que es South Park y es un imperdible de los fanaticos del humor adulto, no se contiene en nada y su historia y chistes son excelentes. Lo malo entra en la jugabilidad que a veces cuenta con errores y mucha complejidad de primera, mete como muchas secuelas hacen, todo lo posible para ser mejor que su antecesor pero por meter tantoMuy buen juego de una serie, tiene mucho amor hacia todo lo que es South Park y es un imperdible de los fanaticos del humor adulto, no se contiene en nada y su historia y chistes son excelentes.     Ok, so it basically same game as previous one but developers improved gameplay and changed a theme. Previous game was great so this one and improved a little bit is great too. For me personally theme is worse because I like LotR way more than Marvel but its still SP and its funny as hell. 8/10

    The Fractured but Whole might be a better game (mainly thanks to significantly improved combat) but The Stick of Truth was a better South Park by a long shot. The Stick was brimming with humor and creativity (remember the 8-bit Canada?), this one is a forced compilation of jokes that are mostly either lazily rehashed (City Wok’s owner mispronouncing words, they took our jobs, poof! It’s gone and many, many more) or shallow. Where’s the show’s brilliant satire!? I’m not just disappointed by the fact that Parker and Stone botched this. As a die-hard fan of the show I’m simply embarrassed. [13/2017, p.46]

    Return to South Park with an improved combat system and superheroes instead of Elves. It's still entertaining, but the first game (included in the pack) was more hilarious and had better side missions. [Issue#280]
