    Shift Quantum is one of the best practical puzzle games that I've ever played. If you're a fan of these kinds of noodle-scratching puzzlers then do yourself a favour and give it a try.

    There were some levels I was pulling my hair out! But Shift Quantum was good enough to want to complete.

    Pros:
    - Good mix of simple and complex puzzles
    - Good interfaces and mechanics

    Cons:
    - I thought color would of helped as it was hard to see certain shades of blocks
    - The NPC girl that supported sometimes was confusing what she was doing

    Shift Quantum is an outstanding puzzle game with an original core mechanic, challenging levels, great music and a level editor on top. ThereShift Quantum is an outstanding puzzle game with an original core mechanic, challenging levels, great music and a level editor on top. There are plenty of levels and the difficulty ranges from easy to hard and downright evil. You know a puzzle game is good when you're smiling because you just can't figure out the solution.

    The shift ability let's you walk into negative space, which on its own is already mind-bending. In combination with some of the other mechanics this game features a variety of puzzles that keeps the levels fresh and interesting.

    In some levels Shift Quantum adds a few story elements to its otherwise no compromise 2D puzzle gameplay. There are general hints of a setting and the levels are put in front of a soothing, subtly animated cyberpunk themed backdrop. The music fits this theme as well and is a great soundtrack for puzzle solving.

    The game also comes with an easy to use editor where you can create and share your own levels as well as a community browser that lets you play others'.    … Full Review »
