Sep 24, 2017A game blooming with life that left me bored. Puzzle become dull almost immediately after a new mechanic is introduced and traipsing through a beautiful but ultimately and ironically soulless forest was not very appealing.

Jul 5, 2020I liked the artistic visuals for this game and the story was ok. However, going back and forth without a map will confuse you and that is my biggest problem with this game. Everything else is ok and deserves a look if you like nature and movies like Princess Mononoke.

Feb 17, 2022Love the music, love the atmosphere. Even though it took me a while to solve the abilities of seasons i still enjoyed it a lot. Difficulty was good, not boring not too hard. I love it.

Feb 14, 2023Nice and short. Puzzles are not too hard, though there is a little backtracking needed to 100% the game. Perfect for parents and kids to play together.

Jun 23, 2017Seasons After Fall has its share of issues, but it has enough going for it that there is an audience out there that will gain some enjoyment from it. The game's production values are top notch, so if you can look past the game's problematic level design and simplistic gameplay then you may find it to be a very serene and immersive experience. It is a shame that those issues exist though, because the game's mechanics show some terrific potential. There are scattered moments when all of the game's elements -- its atmosphere, its gameplay, and its graphics -- come together to provide some memorable experiences. In the end though, the story in Seasons After Fall is too vague and confusing to be satisfying, and a game's graphics and music can only carry it so far. There is more than enough art in this package, but there is not enough game.

Jun 14, 2017At first glance, Seasons After Fall looks like a pleasant and relaxing experience; and it actually is if you decide to just sit back and look at its gorgeous art style and listen to its beautiful music. But when you decide to start playing, you find yourself running back and forth through repetitive levels and puzzles all the time.
