Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaMar 31, 2016Played as intended, with three mates in one room, Screencheat is the most fun you can have in a local multiplayer setting. Worth owning, just to have on your HDD for parties. [April 2016, p71]

Mar 6, 2016If you’re looking for a fun and chaotic game to play with friends or online, you’ve found the one. It’s fast-paced, it’s intense and it’s a lot of fun to get stuck into. While £11.99 might seem like a steep price for the game, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Mar 3, 2016Screencheat is my favourite local multiplayer game on the PlayStation 4. It’s a nice, small, download that I’m going to leave sitting on the harddrive for whenever I have friends over, and while that might not happen on a weekly basis (I like my space, okay), each and every time I pull the game out, it’s going to more than validate its worth.

Mar 15, 2016Although fun in small bursts, it doesn’t have quite the same staying power or online community that other games enjoy.

Mar 3, 2016Screencheat is undeniably fun, party/shooter hybrid which brings back fond memories of the good old days of split-screen.

Mar 18, 2016A brilliant concept is hampered by a limited amount of content, while playing online doesn't have nearly as much charm as playing on the couch with a couple of friends does.

Playstation Official Magazine UKMay 8, 2016Despite the token attempts at longevity, the romance won't linger. [May 2016, p.94]
-
Mar 8, 2016To be clear, there's definitely some fun to be had here, and the goofy visuals and music help emphasize this, but the entire experience reeks of wasted potential.

Mar 17, 2016Interesting concept, and fun with friends, but a lack of online competition makes it rather dull.
-
CD-ActionMay 30, 2016Screencheat is primarily a party game and as such works well, because the idea behind it is cool, but if you prefer to play alone, look elsewhere. [05/2016, p.73]
