Red faction 2 and the red faction series known for its realistic destructive environment. now the plot you play as dude with the nickname atlas and during the years terrorists and other governments stole nanotechnology created by alex capek in mars and your first task it's to get back the nanotechnology for the commonwealth. after atlas gets back the nanotechnology and destroys the facility that the other government stolen that technology they enhance atlas and other 4 people with the technology that atlas took back and the chancellor of the commonwealth became paranoid that the soldiers that he enhanced will betray him so he orders to kill the enhanced soldiers but they escaped and joined the red faction a rebel force that tries to throw the chancellor of the commonwealth out of his place and after that atlas and the 4 other people became a crew and stopped the chancellor of the commonwealth but the leader of the crew betrayed them and now atlas trues to stop the leader of the crew and to stop the production of the processed which are zombies that don't react at all when shot at a part of the body and mostly they are in packs and they listen the orders of the the leader of the crew. now the tech stuff and also mechanics in red faction 2 you can destroy walls and floors with the geo mod engine the combat is good when you shoot somewhere at the body of the enemy the enemies react to the hit in their body and they get a bit stunned and by this you have a window to kill the enemy while they are stunned but there is an exception the processed don't react to that and this can be annoying
    In the later stages in the game. Now the tech stuff the game is emulated it isn't a remaster or a remake it is a port and also the game runs at smooth framerates at all times and it doesn't have graphical glitches at all
    And it has trophies suppirt but if you beaten the game at normal for example it will only unlock the normal difficulty trophy not the eazy difficulty so you have to beat the gane 3 times to unlock every difficulty trophies. And also red faction 2 runs better than the ps2 version while the fps drops at the 20,s in the ps4 it runs at smooth 30 fps all the time do i recommend the ps4 version of red faction 2? Yes i do highly recommend playing the game casually on ps4 and the best time to buy the game is when it is on discount and if on discount it will be at 3£ or at 2.75£ without the discount it costs 10£ on psn    … Expand
