    In one word awesome! It's not possible playing this game and not stopping every 5 mins to just take the surroundings in just look at the beautiful world rockstar has created. The story one of the best in any game I've ever played and Arthur Morgan will forever be the legend of the west.

    the best game ive ever played in my life everything in this game is amazing the writing and the character develepmont are the best the acting is beyond good the music is great the graphics are the best no game can beat RDR2 in graphics and beauty the gameplay is a little slow but is amazing and the side quests are better than most of the ubisoft games stories

    Out of my 25 years of gaming no other game has even come close to Red Dead Redemption II in terms of content. Not only is it a work of art but this masterpiece takes you on one of the most thoroughly genuine open world rides I've ever experienced. From the raw companionship you feel with your gang to the mesmerizing action scenes and dialogue, the vast landscapes and animals, to theOut of my 25 years of gaming no other game has even come close to Red Dead Redemption II in terms of content. Not only is it a work of art but this masterpiece takes you on one of the most thoroughly genuine open world rides I've ever experienced. From the raw companionship you feel with your gang to the mesmerizing action scenes and dialogue, the vast landscapes and animals, to the smallest detail of a weapon, bug, or foliage....You actually felt like you were apart of this world and it hit every level of entertainment for me in terms of comedy, love, sadness, and horror. Not to ramble on or sound cliche but I don't ever think I will play a game as good as this again. I still watch RDR2 related content although I've taken a break from single-player and online. I played the game daily for nearly 2 years after its release inspecting of inch of what Rockstar and these wonderful actors created. I'm honestly thankful for the experience.… Expand

It has one of the best endings I've ever seen even. The Epilogue is just awesome I was so disappointed when Arthur Morgan died but oh boy din't they just nail that Epilogue with John Marston starting off as ranch worker and eventually showing how he built his own ranch. I spent days after completing the game just to improve my ranch when a game makes you open after beating it's story mode you know it's one of the best game ever. No one can't beat R* on Game design. Can't wait for GTA VI or whatever their next title is :)… Expand

The gameplay makes you a part of the world as you really feel how it felt like living as an outlaw in the Wild West from hunting, horse riding, personal care and general interaction with the rest of the world.     A masterpiece. Excellent and refined gameplay. Incredible storytelling. Amazing characters who feel fleshed out and real. The most immersive open world I’ve ever encountered in a video game full of realistic events and interactions. It’s visually and audibly stunning. It truly is the greatest most detailed and well written game I’ve ever played.

Эта игра стала для меня нечто большим, чем просто проходняк. После основной сюжетной линии я продолжаю играть в сюжетный режим, любоваться горами, пустыней и вообще фауной игры. Я следу за людьми, разговариваю с ними и натыкаюсь на различных странствующих ковбоев. Как жалко, что век их истек и игра передала это очень и очень хорошо. Когда наступает конец игры, то у тебя появляется еще одно маленькое, не законченное дело - проехаться по могилам тех, кто отдавал за правое дело жизнь. По могилам своих друзей. Игра научила меня, научила помогать тем, кто этого действительно прости, а главное помогать родным в любой ситуации. Чтобы не оставаться на грустной ноте, то если вы дочитали до этого момента, то я скажу только одно: I have a plane ;)… Expand

    The Good:

    The graphics are pure eye candy, there are so many little details you will miss

    The Story is masterful, it can get you so emotional at times and every character in the gang is memorable

    Arthur Morgan is an INCREDIBLE protagonist and I cannot talk about it without spoilers so you have to see for yourself

    The Open world is not your average copy paste Ubisoft game, it is on par with The Witcher 3 in my opinion and the side quests are incredible

    The Bad:

    Rockstar has often advertised red dead as being realistic but imo the gameplay is a bit too realistic, everything becomes slow and clunky and simple things like looting take too long and become tedious as the game progresses, the shooting is especially clunky because the cover system sucks and the camera keeps shaking and you can't shoot straight

    There is one chapter which is small but feels very pointless and makes the pacing worse

    Even with all these issues imo, Rdr2 is a masterpiece of a video game    … Expand

    Amazing not only for Western lovers. No other game has probably offered so many options to express yourself in the open world, and at the same time did not have such an interesting, rough and moving story. A magnificent experience, with a slightly slower start.

    Sometimes the gameplay is kinda clunky because of the realism approach, but the graphics, the story, the acting, undoubtly, one of, if not, the best of the decade, revenge arc for Arthur Morgan executed perfectly, the easter egg and all the reference from the 1st game implemented flawlessly, considering they never planned a sequel when developing the 1st game, absolute masterpiece.

    0. Arthur is slow. He likes to loot slowly, walk slowly etc. Which is fine for me, the game more like a life sim.
    1. Horse riding. A lot. If you bored with riding horse- go cinematic mode and enjoy autorun. 2. Money balance. From few hours of the game    Awesome story, awesome writing, awesome motivation, awesome gameplay. Litterally my second wild west life. Awesome in every way except:

    I rarely ever give a game a 10/10 …. I would only do so for classics I played and enjoyed as a kid for nostalgic reasons at best…. However, Red Dead Redemption 2 is without a doubt one of the most breathtaking and enjoyable modern games I have EVER played on the current and next gen. I would definitely put it within my top 3 games of all time…

    (I did play the original Red Dead Redemption    I rarely ever give a game a 10/10 …. I would only do so for classics I played and enjoyed as a kid for nostalgic reasons at best…. However, Red Dead Redemption 2 is without a doubt one of the most breathtaking and enjoyable modern games I have EVER played on the current and next gen. I would definitely put it within my top 3 games of all time…

    (I did play the original Red Dead Redemption when it came out and I would admit , there was a bit of nostalgia that came with this game , however the original RD doesn’t even compare to this game… I wouldn’t even put RD in my top 20 games of all time…so going into this I was not a fanboy of the original series or anything) Now …. Going on here I see people blasting this game for it’s awkward controls and walking being the reason for its low score …. Honestly If you grown men/women can’t use this game properly and don’t give it a chance because of that , it’s seriously sad… controls are everything I understand that …but in this game , especially on console I had not bother adapting to the controls at what … 16. Three years later it fits like a glove… so to speak. In terms of the slow story. Yes this games start is very …. VERY tedious and slow … especially the first Snow missions… in the beginning it was actually really cool and fun but having replayed the game 2-3 times … this is definitely a slow start, that doesn’t mean it isn’t enjoyable… but please trust me , if you stick it out this games story is one of the richest and unique , the most heart warming and heartbreaking stories…. There’s moments of laughter and utter sadness.. In terms of the realism and open world , I’m personally not a fan of role playing to the the extreme , but this game balances it out somewhat Nicely. I can understand people from the original game wanting to just run and gun but feeling restricted…. There is …. But there is two sides to that … if you want the Main Character with a high honour and a pretty redemable and rounded story , you play as he would , the options for a killer badass with low honour and outcome is also there. This games world is , just really **** gorgeous and Beautiful and it’s just WOW Three years later I’m STILL finding , side missions , secrets … loot … things to DO … for people saying it’s boring … it has such a VARIETY of well EVERYTHING… Please , please just … give it a go TRUST ME … if your bored … stick it through … hating the main missions … go off do your own thing and then come back … Just don’t ever pass on this game.    … Expand

    En contenido y margen de decisión, es una de las joyas que tenemos en la actual generación de consolas. Este y GoW son para mi los dos mejores de la generación (dado que soy poco de juegos tipo souls), quizás no sea un juego de 10 objetivamente, pero viendo el panorama que tenemos de juegos en general, es una joya en el desierto.

    Me ha dado casi 130 horas de jugarlo de diferentes    En contenido y margen de decisión, es una de las joyas que tenemos en la actual generación de consolas. Este y GoW son para mi los dos mejores de la generación (dado que soy poco de juegos tipo souls), quizás no sea un juego de 10 objetivamente, pero viendo el panorama que tenemos de juegos en general, es una joya en el desierto.

    Me ha dado casi 130 horas de jugarlo de diferentes maneras, y es un mundo en el que perderse. Lo recomiendo 100%, aunque entiendo que los gamers más avezados le den menor puntuación, aquí sólo puedo reflejar lo que ha supuesto mi experiencia con este título.    … Expand

    Greatest game ever. Like that’s really all you need. I could go on and on about graphics mechanics but the story is amazing. Like this games only flaw is the horse running into rocks and stuff apart from that it’s perfection.

    The atmosphere of this time is impossible.
    Very good storyline.

Arthur Morgan is such a great character, as is the rest of the group.     Juegazo por donde se lo mire. Una historia totalemente atrapante de principio a fin. Los graficos totalemente impresionantes, todo muy cuidado, dudo que haya un juego que se le iguale en este aspecto.
    Por momentos un poco lento pero esto hace que tengas mas afinidad con los distintos personajes y con la historia. Uno de esos juegos que te deja enseñanzas para la vida, cosa que es    Juegazo por donde se lo mire. Una historia totalemente atrapante de principio a fin. Los graficos totalemente impresionantes, todo muy cuidado, dudo que haya un juego que se le iguale en este aspecto.
    Por momentos un poco lento pero esto hace que tengas mas afinidad con los distintos personajes y con la historia. Uno de esos juegos que te deja enseñanzas para la vida, cosa que es practicamente imposible de ver en los videojuegos. La banda sonora descomunal, sobre todo en la parte final del juego.

    This game conveys the definition of a masterpiece. Spend at least 200 hours in this game and not gonna lie there are no such games as this one out there. Truly a game experience I’ve never seen or felt before. Hands down best game I’ve ever played. (Thank you Rockstar!)

    Love the whole journey. Arthur Morgan is the best protagonist of this generation. The landscapes are mind blowing, the music is heart melting, and although the script can sag from a moment to moment perspective, the general ark of the story and it's epilogue are still absolutely fantastic. A worthy companion to the first game, and, in my humble opinion, a superior one.

    Really amazing graphics even for my ps4 fat.
    For me this game is not a 10 because it has a very slow pace in certain parts of history and some gameplay mechanics could be much better.
    One of the best games of the current generation.

    So, im writing this on the PS4 section because there is no PC section available here. This game is amzazing. I finished it on a G4560, 1030, 8GB Ram, at low settings and I can still say this is a masterpiece, and my favourite game ever. Just play it

    It’s an huge, outstanding piece of art – worth the hard-earned cash as well as countless hours that are needed to get to know at least some of the attractions of Rockstar’s rendition of Wild West. For those who put story first – the biggest virtue of Red Dead Redemption 2 is that it sets the stage for RDR 1 and does it wonderfully. [13/2018, p.40]
