I can’t say that I’d recommend sinking too much time into Raiders if you don’t have people to play with, but that could very well change with the sheer amount of effort MercurySteam puts into revisions of Raiders of The Broken Planet.

Sadly, while I enjoyed coming back to Raiders, checking out the new character and playing through the new levels once, my original assessment still stands — the multiplayer/replay premise of the game doesn’t make a lot of sense, and I can’t help but feel that the IP would be better served by recycling the assets into a different project. People who’ve put the time in, know what to expect and want more content will get it with Hades Betrayal, but it’s tough to recommend it to anyone.

Raiders of the broken planet: Hades betrayal is an amazing expansion for a criminally underrated game the concept is still very interestingRaiders of the broken planet: Hades betrayal is an amazing expansion for a criminally underrated game the concept is still very interesting and so are the characters and a really hope it gets more popular in the future. Infact after this review I am going to turn on my ps4 and start playing it again, but the only problem I really had with this expansion and the base game in general is it dosent know what its tone is trying to be one moment its trying to be extreamly serious one moment all of the characters are acting really goofy, so you guys should really check it out and support Mercurysteam so they can carry on making amazing games like this Expand
