    This game is fantastic! The amount of stuff they've crammed into this package is impressive. There's quests, collectables, side missions, and all sorts of variety when it comes to gameplay. The characters are always amusing, the multiplayer is enjoyable, and the whole this is just so entertaining! Highly addictive.

    An absolute blast to play. Love the ability to play splitscreen on the couch with friends, and being able to play any mode with or against any set up of AI was a huge plus for me. Characters are wacky, maps are gorgeous whats not to love!

    It's been a long time since I've sat down with a game and genuinely had FUN. For the past several years I've been completing games for the story, or some other reason. Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 is, in my opinion, perhaps the best PS4 game to date.
    The card packs are by far the most addicting thing in the game. Collecting coins to open them and see what character you get to play    It's been a long time since I've sat down with a game and genuinely had FUN. For the past several years I've been completing games for the story, or some other reason. Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 is, in my opinion, perhaps the best PS4 game to date.
    The card packs are by far the most addicting thing in the game. Collecting coins to open them and see what character you get to play as is thrilling.

    Great game - really enjoying the single player campaigns .. The graphics are great and everything runs smooth and quick. I will put a lot of hours into this .. Will try to platinum.

    I received the version one for free and was thinking, what can be new in this one.... But love some much the previous version that I bought it...
    No regret, so much fun, collectible etc.

    So fun to play with your kids but alone as well. A total must have. Total FUN!

    amazing game. Before i tried it i was skeptical. Once you play it, you will realise how well they have made this game, and how you wont be able to put it down. Its one of those games you will find yourself still playing months from now.

    I will admit I was a fan of the original game for its unique blend of arcade-y shooter with interesting mechanics that made the game fresh, mechanics so well like that EA ended up taking many of the same systems into the game Star Wars Battlefront.

    All that aside, EA's second iteration includes many of the same mechanics, which personally I enjoy as they are more action/gameplay    I will admit I was a fan of the original game for its unique blend of arcade-y shooter with interesting mechanics that made the game fresh, mechanics so well like that EA ended up taking many of the same systems into the game Star Wars Battlefront.

    All that aside, EA's second iteration includes many of the same mechanics, which personally I enjoy as they are more action/gameplay oriented then realistic shooters, but Garden Warfare 2, unlike its forebearer, is fully fleshed out and has many innovative features of its own. Even on PS4 it had quick load times in its mostly seem-less, menu-less system, giving a feeling of contingency and fun not prevalent else wear. As a multiplayer shooter it is intriuging, and as a single player campaign it is interesting, but if you enjoy splitscreen this is the best game I have seen in a long time.

    2nd best artstyle+graphics I have seen on my Ps4 Pro. This game has a 10 - 15 hour campaign and allows you to continue playing for hundreds of hours. What they have done is give you weekly tasks and many unlockable character variants. Must Buy!!!!

    The perfect sequel. Impoved off everything it's quirky predeccesor had yet kept the charm and the flair. A story mode, more classes, upgrades, maps, game modes an open world aspect, collectibles where all added along with having class graphics for a kids game released in 2016. SO SO sad in the direction that this series went, i would have loved a third game but PopCap really did the bestThe perfect sequel.     I feel like this is the best PvZ game I have ever played. While I do know that the main point is about the online playing, I do like the fact that you can play offline! All of the types/classes, both plants, and zombies, are really enjoyable to play. They have their own abilities, weapons, and accessories. The maps are also really enjoyable and cool! In my opinion, the game is better thanI feel like this is the best PvZ game I have ever played.     I think everyone should play this amazing game with over 100 variants, lots of customization, a big hub world, splitscreen, i think this game needs a resergence.

    PVZ 2 ist für mich eines der besten spiele auf dem markt die mischung aus dem kindlichen und einem shooter wurde hier perfekt umgesetzt und bockt es zu zocken egal in welche altergruppe man ist.

    I think Plants versus zombies garden warfare two takes what the original game had and adds onto it,with now a campaign and a whole new mode with a mysterious new foe, it isn’t just limited to online anymore for the main source of fun like the original game,wonderful.

    The Best Plants Vs Zombies Shooter Game in my opinion. They took bad aspects of Garden Warfare and fix them More Characters better graphics and a addition of a hub is great. Even if they stopped updating it it’s still fun to play.
    Would Recommend.

    Love the new features and game modes. But were this game really excel is in his presentation aspects.
    The developers had a great time making this game and is really easy to tell. I prefer this kind of shooter rather any other gritty and over real one

    asymmetrical, class-based, 3rd person shooter featuring 14 classes and anywhere between 5 and 9 variants of each class. This adds up to a total of over 100 playable classes in the game. the game will have free dlc over the course of 2016. looking forward to playing it more now.

    Pros: **This game has character and charm! It's bright, colorful, goofy, and fully commits to its IP. **Character variety is insane, with tons and tons of unlockables to earn. **Speaking of unlockables, if you've played the first game, you can transfer almost all of your character unlocks to GW2.    GW2 takes all the feedback about the first game, and creates a totally worth sequel.

    Pros:

    **Character variety is insane, with tons and tons of unlockables to earn.
    **Speaking of unlockables, if you've played the first game, you can transfer almost all of your character unlocks to GW2. That was a lot of work, and taking them with is a very nice gesture.
    **Players have been entrusted with choices about how to play the game. Wanna play the whole game, every mode, locally with no online play? Do it. Wanna play with a friend/spouse in every mode in local split-screen? It's there. Wanna play with tons of unique modifiers like low gravity or playing against a team of only Super Brainz? I don't know why you'd want to, but it's there. Players have options, and that's fantastic.
    **There's single-player content resembling a "campaign". It's not very long, and it mostly exists to set up the three new characters on each side. But it's nice to see the gesture in a historically multiplayer-only game.
    **Backyard Battleground is sort of a hub world that replaces the main menu, but it's got little side-quests and activities to partake in, not the least of which is getting caught up in this perpetual, escalating fight between the two sides. It's clever.
    **It may not be dark, gritty, or rated M, but it's a totally competent shooter for all ages.

    Cons:
    **I've experienced some game crashes.
    **Some occasional bugs like characters suddenly not being able to move.
    **Occasional promotional garbage.

    Overall, GW2 is a totally worthy successor to the original game, and deserves much better than 7/10.    … Expand

    I havent played it too much yet, but I'm really liking it. Classes need a little balancing, but if they can sort that, this could be a Game of the Year candidate. It looks great, the classes are varied, and there's alot to do - multi player or solo.

While it's goofy (and often hilarious) there's just so much going on with the various characters, abilities, maps, modes, and customization that it feels like there is a lot more variety to the action than most of the standard shooters. The game is competitive of course, but somehow the game is packed with alot more pure fun. The only downside is that this new iteration, at its core, is very similar to the original game. There's definitely alot more than your typical CoD yearly iteration though (without $50 or more in extra DLC), so it's still a worthwhile purchase.    … Expand

    The online is great and the characters are all fun to play. The skins are great to collect and fun to buy new ones. My only complaint is that money takes forever to collect.

    This game is not just for kids! I am a dad in his thirties and I love this game so much. Other FPS are too dark and take themselves too seriously. This one is silly, fun and bright... yet requires skills and has a lot of depth.

    This is currently my favorite game in my library. Also loved the original Garden Warfare. This one has a lot more content. The solo mode has been improved a lot,    This game is not just for kids! I am a dad in his thirties and I love this game so much. Other FPS are too dark and take themselves too seriously. This one is silly, fun and bright... yet requires skills and has a lot of depth.

    This is currently my favorite game in my library. Also loved the original Garden Warfare. This one has a lot more content. The solo mode has been improved a lot, but personally I only care about the multiplayer modes. Suburbination being the absolute best (Team vanquish ends too quick and Turf Takeover takes too long)

    The pace in GW2 is more frantic than the original... it can be frustrating at times as you have no idea what just killed you. Also feels like your health drops faster in this one, if you're not careful you'll be caught in a depressing Die-Revive-Die-Revive cycle. If you are the type of player who get frustrated rapidly, I suggest that you start levelling up your favorite characters in garden ops and hone your skills as a player before going to the unforgiving (but fun!) multiplayer modes.
