    Even though Nickelodeon Kart Racers may appear to be another cartoon cash-in, it actually offers solid racing gameplay as well as plenty of fun tracks, power-ups, and customizable karts that the entire family can enjoy together.

    This budget kart racer fails miserably when it comes to production values and overall presentation, but there's a decent racing game in there that is ideal for younger audiences and, especially, some good family game-time.

    Graphically, the game looks quite dated. The music is, well, bad — and the effects, while capturing some of the characters’ uniqueness, is still pretty flat. Likewise in general for the game, while there is some fun to be had, especially in local multiplayer, the overall experience is more underwhelming than not. That makes this game very difficult to recommend to all but the most ardent kart racing or Nickelodeon fans. Even within those camps, who are more apt to overlook flaws with NKR, the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

    While Nickelodeon Kart Racers’ provides plenty of content and has smart references that integrate well with some very solid racing, the poor visuals and botched battle mode leave plenty to be desired. If you accept the game for what it is there’s definitely some fun to be had but its shortcomings are jarring enough to require some substantial blinders.

    Nickelodeon Kart Racers is a disappointing misstep. It handles fine with some mildly interesting track designs. Sadly, it struggles to really, really lean into the cartoons' individuality. This is a simple ride that won't offer much in the way of challenge and, overall, it lacks some care and attention that could've provided something more compelling.

    It's a fun game. I used to play MK8 a lot with a group of friends and we enjoyed this game as much as Mario Kart. Sadly, 12 characters aren'tIt's a fun game. I used to play MK8 a lot with a group of friends and we enjoyed this game as much as Mario Kart. Sadly, 12 characters aren't enough for a game like this. The majority of tracks are fun to play but there are some that can feel repetitive because of the excessive amount of slime. Driving mechanics are good, maybe not as polished as other karting games, but still lets you enjoy the game. I hope that this game could receive DLCs with more characters, this could make the game way better. If you are a fan of karting games or a Nickelodeon fan, you should get this.… Full Review »

    good that GameMILL Entertaiment revived Nickelodeon games

    Realy realy nice and smart game for two players! Its fun to race with spongebob, patrick and the rugrads!
