Sep 14, 2018Love this years version, player control is way better this year finally you don't float away like trying to turn a semi truck. The New trait upgrade system is a good inclusion. NHL 19 for me is a better game all round.

It's definitely one of the best sports games availables, a must have for NHL fans. -
Sep 1, 2020One of the games that EA made that is actually good. The Madden team needs to look at this and try to make their game like this. Best modern sports game.

CD-ActionFeb 13, 2019Kaleidoscope of available modes guarantees that everyone interested in hockey will easily find a way to enjoy NHL 19, whether they crave 15 minutes of accessible fun or prefer to dig into statistics and play whole seasons. Learning basics is easy, but if you want more (e.g. success in online modes) you will need patience and a lot of practice, as controls are deep and some tricks require uncommon skill. [12/2018, p.72]
