MXGP2 is the newest game from Milestone that brings a more realistic view to the Motocross World Championship in the videogame universe. The game features renewed and challenging mechanics that, if we manage to master them, will take us to the top in multiple game modes.

MXGP2 is the best motocross game developed by Milestone, full of content and fun to drive.

Despite some minor flaws, MXGP2 provides one of the best experiences in the motorbikes racing genre. Be sure to activate the first person camera and the "pro" physics, and you'll be in for a real treat, made of a genuinely fun and thrilling gameplay.

Motocross fans are likely to be pleased, but those not into the extreme sport might not find it as enjoyable.

Regardless of its somewhat flat textures and oddly long loading screens, this is definitely a user-friendly title with potential for hours of fun with friends as they fly high and kick mud in each other’s face.

MXGP2 presents a right motocross experience but it needs a new engine and many improvements.

MXGP 2 desperately needs a new graphic engine. It's a solid motocross experience but there aren't many improvements from the previous chapter.

MXGP2 is a fun game, with plenty to see and do. Obviously, fans of Motocross will get the most out of it, but there are way worse driving simulations out there.

Milestone have failed in their second attempt with this license by applying their same formula of cutting all their games by the same pattern.

MXGP 2 is a typical Milestone game: a very solid base with lots of official content that's ruined by a lack of overall polish and quite a handful of bugs.

There really aren't many simulation motocross games being made anymore, but thankfully Milestone has made a good one. 'MXGP 2' lacks polish in its visuals and multiplayer, but I still ended up having plenty of fun once I got past the learning curve. While there is still plenty of room for the series to grow, fans of motorbike racing won't find anything better on the current generation of consoles right now.

MXGP2 will be able to appeal to most Motocross fans with it sheer amount of customisation options and playable events but the most important part of a racing game, the actual racing, needs to be greatly improved.

As many Milestone games MXGP2 is a pretty standard race game. The game does not look good, does not sound good, although it is pretty fun to use the dirt bikes.

It's a minor tragedy that there are so many false starts within. [June 2016, p.87]

What was supposed to be a fun ride, turned out to be a huge disappointment. The awful presentation, physics and controls makes me wish that Microsoft will announce a HD-remaster of Motocross Madness at E3 this year. Anything but this.
