A timeless classic to play on your TV, graphically nice and rich in content, although not all are valid. Interesting budget price.

    What the hell happened?

This version is the worse game I've got on my PS4. Here's why:

    > The addition of creating your own board is a nice gimmick. But it's been so poorly executed. If you change the picture on a station say, when you pick up a 'go to Kings Cross' card, it still shows the traditional station picture. That's incredibly lazy development.

    > The 'house rules' options are rubbish. Unlike the PS3 version with 4 tabs of options, you get to chose between 6 sets of home rules, and CAN ONLY PICK ONE. ie - you can't have the collect money on free parking rule AND block people from collecting rent while in jail. Why make the newer version with less options than that before

    > Speed die don't work. In the PS3 version, if all properties are sold and you throw the speed-die, you go to the next opponents property. This made for some great tactics of mortgaging lower properties so your foes would always land on your big earners with a speed-roll. Now it doesn't. You just advance to the next opponents card no matter the status of it. This can make long games last forever.

    > Auctions are turn-based rather than tapping upwards, even if you have a controller each. WHY? It's really boring, I much preferred a time-based auction whereby you can bid last second to beat a high bid. Now you have to wait for the person going before to make a bid, really really drags it out.

    > Cheating AI. That's right, the game cheats. On almost every occasions the AI controlled player has landed on a property that would usually make it go bust, the game freezes and ultimately crashes my PS4. I reboot and it reloads the game thanks to the auto-save feature to the AI about to roll .. not once, and I mean not once, has that AI landed back on me on the re-roll. It's the equivalent of turning back time and leaves me wanting to flip the board.

    > Online mode is rubbish. It calls itself family fun game, but online is a 1 player game. In months of logging in and occasionally playing online I'm yet to finish a single game thanks to players quitting - not even on losing, but not getting the set they want etc. Why no BOTs? Like the last version... ridiculous and lazy again.

    > Monopoly Deal. WTF. This is a one-player dull dull dull card game. Whys it on a 'family fun pack'. I'd rather log in and play Pokerstars than waste my time on this - its awful.

Terrible terrible version of the game, and while me and my partner tried to give this love, we both hate it. As a couple who like gaming, getting a board of monopoly out isn't the same without AI, but this game is so bad we can't bring ourselves to replay it anymore.

On a separate note - RISK has just come out and has been perfectly executed and is a worth while purchase. We had RISK Fractions on the PS3, and this version is far better - give up Monopoly on the PS4 and invest in RISK!!

The game itself is fun, but the experience is ruined by game-breaking glitches while playing with friends.

O jogo é ótimo, consigo perder horas jogando. Porém, as vantagens que o sistema apresenta na versão "Fun Pack" não são muito atrativas.
