Aug 9, 2023The game with very good graphics, the gameplay is very similar to Assassin's Creed in its best features, very interesting side quests, I do them simply because it is interesting to weaken the army of Sauron, the game is worth its money.

Jun 29, 2023Game story if good, game-play and combat is nice but can be improved especially climbing walls. If you are a fan of AC then this is a game for you.
Stealth kills, combat kills and many more. You'll enjoy. -

May 3, 2023SOM is a pretty good game! The nemesis system slaps. However, the graphics aren't the best, but this is compensated by the atmosphere.
- The story is a bit confusing, especially the ending and side missions get a lil repetitive by the end.
- Side characters and even the main character didn't stand out too much, but at least the Uruk's performances were captivating! -
Apr 23, 2023What is the point of stealth when enemies instantly respawn after you walked only 10 feet away lol. Terrible game design.
-
Apr 23, 2023This game is an assassin's creed clone but in the world of lord of the rings that is much appreciated.
-
Apr 15, 2023why the **** is this an Arkham clone. I will never understand the obsession with this kind of mindless button mashing combat, its good for Arkham because it makes you "fight like batman". why the **** is someone in a ****ing lord of the rings game fighting like this, and the detective vision is so ****ing out of place.

Mar 31, 2023This game is not worth the title game of the year. It's not a bad game by any means, but it's just a typical open-world romp with a LotR coat of paint. The combat is fun, but shallow, and has a very low skill ceiling. Two of the three boss encounters were extremely disappointing and the story has some issues, but you can still have fun with this game.

Mar 8, 2023How can you not add an invert X axis on a 2014 game? While not the majority, the number of gamers who can't play without it is still huge. Fastest 0 rating for a AAA game in my life.

Feb 6, 2023Okayy. If you like LotR like me than you will definitely love this game! Super ranger stranded and slaying orcs in Mordor? Sign me in! Graphics for its time are good. Story is great. And gameplay is fantastic. And most importantly the game is very immersive. Nemesis system is revolutionary and adds so much fun to this game... 9/10

Dec 24, 2022Answer: 75 characters is between 10 words and 19 words with spaces included in the character count. If spaces are not included in the character count, then 75 characters is between 12 words and 25 words.

Nov 18, 2022to put it eloquently, this game is fun assassins creed. not much more to say about that.
-

Oct 24, 2022I hate to tell you, but this game just sucks. I got so board I quit the game. It is nothing like the Batman games. Batman is a 10.

May 23, 2022plot of the game takes place between The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. Talion's family is responsible for guarding Black Gate, Talion is killed by Sauron's servants, but just before his death, Talion's body is taken over by an elven wraith with whom, after reaching an agreement, they plan revenge.

Jan 24, 2022An extremely good game, bought it for $5, but I would easily get it for $50. Gameplay and combat are good. Story is so-so. The nemesis system is a nice addition to the game. That's how you create a game.

Jun 12, 2015For people who are alright with playing fifteen hours or so of Helm’s Deep-style carnage, Shadow of Mordor is a delight – and even for people who couldn’t care less about Lord of the Rings, the exciting combat and unique Nemesis System are more than enough to make the experience worthwhile.
-
Dec 24, 2014As a gamer you owe it to yourself to experience Shadow of Mordor if not for anything else other than the Nemesis system because playing a single-player game never made you feel less alone.

CD-ActionDec 13, 2014Batman’s Creed: Shadow of Mordor – Monolith’s inspirations are so obvious that you could call their game a rip-off. Its greatest sin though is the fact that it fails to vary gameplay the way Assassin’s Creed or Batman do and offers almost nothing apart from killing stuff and playing with the Nemesis system (which, I admit, has its moments). I got so tired with its repetitiveness that I wouldn’t have finished the game if I didn’t have to. [Dec 2014, p.48]
