Lord Of The Hunt is an okay DLC. But, it's not as enjoyable and gritty as the game itself. Monolith has brought a new DLC for Shadow Of Mordor, a brilliant game, and it promises more hunt missions which everyone enjoyed in the game. The hunt modes were AWESOME! They provided you with a sense of pumped up energy and many ways to take out your enemies but it falls flat on some game breakingLord Of The Hunt is an okay DLC. But if you want more hunt missions it's a good package, that should last about 4 hours and costs 24.99 on PS store. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This DLC suffers the childhood problems of the original game itself in controls and smaller bugs/glitches, however it is a good expansion of the rather short and mildly challenging main quests. It is certainly for a given audience, namely the one that is not angered by not having a specific goal in the game given ready. The DLC is all the same but with more enjoyable options in riding, utilizing and dominating the new and old wildlife of Mordor. It is the base game with more content and a few limitations eg. fixed skin. Better in terms of conversation from uruks and their appearance. Do not expect an epic storyline, nor goals predetermined as that is not part of the game. You must create that for yourself by exploiting the nemesis system here too through manipulation and that is the fun factor, however it can sometimes require a considerable amount of patience. All in all this is a good DLC for a great game but you must be "that kind of player" so you can really enjoy it. Expand

It doesn't offer much in terms of gameplay, and, what's more, it feels completely detached from the original game. Buy at your own risk, rangers.

A decent slab of extra content that feels too disconnected from the main game to be considered essential.

There’s nothing really new or worth playing in this first premium DLC of Shadow of Mordor, and the few interesting mechanics are poorly developed.
