Aug 11, 2019I played just the pro bowl while waiting for the game to install..nothing but glitches, really low AI IQ, literally had AI players walking in the middle of gameplay. Only thing EA cares about is improving microtransactions.

Aug 11, 2019Lol why do people still buy this crap? There's no excuse for charging more when the only change is the roster year on year. This is classic EA Greed. No Probowl in 2019 but they bring it back in 2020 and that's the change? Seriously they are not even trying anymore because they know the Madden fans are the most gullible in the industry and will buy it anyway.

-
Aug 10, 2019EA added nothing to the game...EA just wants to make money off of your ultimate team...please stop buying this game so we can actually get a REAL NFL game made

Aug 10, 2019Same microtransaction BS as the last few years. Same garbage character creation as the last few years. Same bugs as the last few years. Literally the same garbage football game as the last few years, but with a slightly altered user interface. Oh, and they added Pro bowl back to the game, they took it out just to add it back in again as a "new" feature

Aug 9, 2019This game is absolute garbage and is a carbon copy of madden 19 and madden 18 with very minor changes
-
Aug 9, 2019The game is the same. Like it is always. Cept its a worse version of the one you can get on a **** emulator of a ps2.
-
Aug 9, 2019The game is the same as last year and even worse the removed the refs during the the play. Do not buy this game, take the 60$ and invest it its a way better alternative.
-
Aug 9, 2019absolute trash, same exact game as like 3 years before. The people at EA have the best jobs, they get paid for doing nothing every year.

Aug 9, 2019How do you release a buggy game when you have not changed anything in the game in years?
I will say you will enjoy this game if you want Madden 2018 with an updated roster or if you enjoy spending real life money for digital collecting cards -

Aug 9, 2019This game is recycled garbage. They shove microtransactions down your throat and they have scummy business practices
-
Aug 9, 2019Sick and tired of EA making so much money and putting out the same crap every year. Wake up madden fans
-
Aug 9, 2019Just complete and utter garbage. They consistently do nothing to improve any of the modes that don't make them money from microtransactions. Franchise hasn't had an upgrade in years and the "big" new feature this year is the pro bowl, which was already in Madden in the past.
-
Aug 9, 2019This game is utter garbage. Anyone buying thisn cash grab should take a good look at their life choices and make a change. EA keeps putting out the half ass, regurgitated crap every year and the Madden faithful eat that garbage up.
-
Aug 9, 2019Slightly better than 19 which was arguably the worst football game ever made by EA. 20’s new features are ripped out of previous madden games just thrown back in. Game is glitchy in every aspect with clips to prove it post day one patch. Time to sell the license.
-
Aug 9, 2019Madden 20 has the exact same create a character faces as 19 and has nothing new worth raving over stop EA just STOP
-
Aug 9, 2019Grats EA... you hit the pinical of garbage... every year you sell the same game over and over yet you pay reviewers to give good scores... **** you, just... **** you.
-
Aug 9, 2019Best Madden that i play, Until madden 20 gameplay was horrid (unplayable worst in a sport game), this game fix this, and gameplay is heart of a sport game no doubt about it. Franchise can be improved but we can wait for this because he is acceptable instead the gameplay. For you know how horrid was gameplay in md until 20 every qb play like mahome and brady
-
Aug 7, 2019It's a fresh coat of paint and nothing more, anyone paying full price for this is insane (I regret buying madden 17-19 full price) we need competition in the football game genre, this is a disgrace

Aug 6, 2019I really like the game. The running feels like NCAA compared to last years game and the throwing mechanics feel great. The players on the field feel fast and agile which is something I really appreciate. Still not enough depth in franchise mode.
-
Aug 6, 2019I firmly believe either A) the critics were paid or B) they just flat our lie. As of now there is no critic negative review. Yet.... the game is absolute filthy (in a bad way). I was done with the AI. I was done with the glitchy running. I was done with the same gameplay with minor graphic tweaks but not gameplay improvements. This game gets a 2 because of the NCAA play.

Playstation Official Magazine UKAug 27, 2019The unveiling of Superstar X-Factors had long-term fans of the series cowering, but happily they inject welcome freshness into a stalwart that had grown a tad stale. [Issue#166, p.86]
-
Aug 16, 2019Madden NFL 20 is still one of the best videogames if you want to simulate any sport but it's very clear that it needs more: more graphics, more gameplay changes, more news in its modes... X-Factor is a good new, but still insufficient to sense that gameplay is different that last year's edition.

Aug 14, 2019Madden NFL 20 takes a step in the right direction and I really enjoyed the X-Factor additions to the series. While I still think some form of competition would force EA to make more drastic changes, I’m not optimistic with any developers taking a spin with the football genre (maybe the XFL?). If you haven’t caught the pigskin for a few seasons, Madden NFL 20 is the right route to run for this year. With the new consoles coming (most likely) next holiday, I’m looking forward to seeing what EA builds upon from Madden NFL 20 and brings over to next gen. For now I’ll enjoy taking the Broncos to the Super Bowl, while beating up the cover pretty boy, Mahomes (not bitter at all).
