A fascinating mix of RTS and tower defense that uses the VR in a smart way and provides a level of challenge far from trivial.

Though it is basic, Korix is a great game to play in VR because it’s real time strategy games couldn't be a more perfect use of the medium. At $20, the game offers a fair amount of content spread between an offline campaign and skirmish mode. There’s also multiplayer, where up to four players can play against or with each other against human and AI players. Sadly, no one was playing so I didn’t get a chance to try it out. That’s probably for the best though. I can’t fathom going against a human player--I’d be ripped to shreds! Korix is a great entry level RTS that uses the technology of the PlayStation VR in a spectacularly immersive fashion.

This combination of strategy and tower defense turns out pretty impressive in VR. There's challenge and variation in abundance, though the game would do well with a more active online community.

Best strategy game on PSVR at the moment.
It gives me a mini Supreme Commander or Total Annihilation vibe by letting you extend out and build little firebases wherever you want, which I love.
Beautiful chaos with artillery and lasers lighting up the map, makes the simple retro-future graphics work nicely.
Personally I really enjoy the co-op versus A.I., with you and your teammate both struggling to overcome the A.I. swarms, helping bolster each other on different maps. The Developer held a community map design contest recently which was really cool as well.

I love this game, felt like a strategic mastermind when I finally beat it!.....and then realized that I had been playing on Easy. Still a lot of room for me to improve! :)

The feature that allows a player to freely hover around the environment makes it feel like I am playing a board game with live pieces. The developer is constantly pushing fixes, and minor content updates to the game. There is also a short single player campaign, but the real fun is in the multiplayer. Full Review »
