Even though i personally love this game and it kills me to give it a 6, I honestly believe the average player and reader will rate this game between 4-6.
Campaign is horrible, but the fighting is where the game shines. This game SHINES in FRIENDLY COMPETITION. Fight friends, it's a 8/10 when you play that way.

I do enjoy playing this game but I really wish they'd given them better interactions during the little intro fight things.

JJBA had a decent enough preflight dialog at least in my opinion they did.

Gameplay still remains broken, fragmented, and outrageous, whether playing online or offline. With bad framerate, and uncertain defense moves, it is frustrating nearly all the time. The story is also not entertaining. The characters all have the same expressions no matter the context, and the story comes down to, each hero fighting a villain, then the villain turns and walks away. While it may have good looking visuals, they end up static due to the framerate. A celebration that simply brings favorite characters together, but not much else. Expand

I could have been a little better with actually going the smash ultimate way by showing what anime a character was from. It was a cool idea at first but it felt mostly empty.

Once you get over the bizarre visual style, what you are left with is mediocre fighting game with the only real appeal being the anime/manga properties. Mediocrity is the key word here. Everyone giving this a 0 or a 10 is just trolling.

Juego recomendado para fans de V-Jump ya que estos sí encontrarán un mínimo de interés en él. Expand

This was developed by the same company that did the Zero Escape series.

    Pros
+Includes a decent roster of characters from various anime series
+Voice acting from the actual anime VAs

    Cons
    -Horrible Loading times
    -Very low FPS during cutscenes
-Majority of the game consist of non voice acting scenes
-Enemy AI and power level is absurdly high
-Extra and optional missions do not offer as much experience points and the game gets grindy
    -Boring and plain storyline
-Due to the online network being turned off/shutting down, a lot of features have been turned off or will be turned off after 2022.

I had fun playing this one
This game has many characters to choose from and a nice hub area. The story is forgetabble but the fights are fun even though you dont rly now what is happening at times.

A story that gets us struggling to go through it, and not in a good way. Other than that, the number of characters is big and the combat is very satisfactory and fun.

Las animaciones son malas, el sistema de cámara para dos jugadores locales también, pero es muy bueno en sus dificultades más altas y la variedad de personajes que hay se mantiene relativamente fresco y un poco más con los que están por venir

*Original Voice Actors/Seiyuu from each Franchise reprise their roles and each of them gave a great performance.
    *gameplay is easy to pick-up
    *stages look cool
    *Particle effects are great

The Roster really pissed me off - now this is a Shonen Jump Crossover game and yet half the F'n Roster is Dragon Ball, Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece characters. and I get it these four are the most popular ones but for Christ's sake do we really need guys like Piccollo , Cell, Majin Buu, Kaguya, Renji, Yoruichi, Zorro, Sanji? they should have used those slots and given them to characters like Yoh Asakura from Shaman King, Medaka from Medak Box, Gintoki From Gintama, Oga, and Baby Beel from Bezzelbub, and Arale from Doctor slump. or gave some love to add characters from other franchises like Yuyu Hakusho, Yugioh

It’s really pretty to look at, but at its core, Jump Force is an unimaginative, derivative, distinctly average fighting game. It could potentially interest hardcore manga and anime fans thanks to its myriad characters, but that’s about it.

A fighting game that won’t appeal to anyone. Newcomers won’t be endeared to the Shonen Jump series, and longtime fans will know there’s better out there. [Issue#160, p.96]

Jump Force has plenty of potential and source material to work from, but falls flat. It is a little disappointing to see such a beloved franchise celebrate its 50th anniversary with Jump Force. The only thing that the game has going for it is the graphics. The story is dull. The combat is disorienting. Unfortunately, Jump Force does not live up to the hype.
