  • Summary: Hive is a futuristic multiplayer hero shooter with a frenetic 2.5D side-scrolling gameplay. Up to ten players can simultaneously fight in the Hexadiums, scenarios that are divided into six zones, each with its own gravity, different platforms, hideouts and open spaces.

    From an accessibility standpoint, however, HIVE: Altenum Wars does little to make the player feel welcome, and even less still to reward their perseverance in staying. It feels very much like an alpha gameplay demo for a game years down the pipeline.
