You bounce soccer balls off your head across dozens of different scenarios, and a clever, mysterious narrative ties the whole package together. Also features trade-off multiplayer options for party play. One of the PSVR's sleeper hits.

If you love playing football you will not only love Headmaster but appreciate just how accurate a recreation of heading it captures. It takes that skill and throws you into a dark humoured carnival of mini games which get progressively harder prolonging longevity. A clear and fair points system rewards skill and patience whilst promoting competition among friends. The perfect party or solo launch game for PSVR. The technology creates all of the atmosphere and illusion that you are alone, on a full size pitch heading real balls into a full size goal. It is so accurate that mistakes always feel a fault of the player and never the game. Perfect use of VR and a cracking launch title. Expand

I actually am not a sports person in any way but a friend showed me Headmaster and it was not only hilarious but super fun to play. The action of heading the ball takes a little getting used to if you've never played soccer (I have not) but it gets very addictive to see what the next insane level is. We stayed up way too late advancing further into the game and the story gets BONKERS.I actually am not a sports person in any way but a friend showed me Headmaster and it was not only hilarious but super fun to play. It took me ages to even play the demo, I'd written this game off as rubbish. My mistake. I really don't like football, but this is more like Portal than Fifa. It's great, sinister and completely insane. Highly recommend.

PS4 VR Review: The combination of a enjoyable game mixed with good graphics and a very dark and wonderful humour is so much fun even down to the magical clipboard plonking itself in front of you, every part of the game has its own personality. You won't regret owning this game and since its initial launch they have added a few extra levels.

This is a pretty decent early psvr game and was decently fun and the tracking was great. It's an interesting use of vr.

A fun skill puzzler that just about achieves its potential. [Dec 2016, p.89]

It's rather good...You don't need to be a football fan to enjoy this. [Issue#180, p.47]
