    When I first bought this game, I would’ve ranked it more like an 8 or 9 but being Rockstar has milked it for so long, it’s shortcomings have become more apparent. First off, there should’ve only been 1 playable protagonist, at max 2. Franklin sucks as main character and feels more like a side character than a main protagonist. There’s so little to his character and he whines too muchWhen I first bought this game, I would’ve ranked it more like an 8 or 9 but being Rockstar has milked it for so long, it’s shortcomings have become more apparent. First off, there should’ve only been 1 playable protagonist, at max 2. Franklin sucks as main character and feels more like a side character than a main protagonist. There’s so little to his character and he whines too much despite how everything is handed to him on a silver platter. I think they were going for another CJ character but he is a total failure if that’s the case. CJ was a far more interesting and likable character who went on more of a journey and had more of a character arc. Franklin is essentially the same from start to finish. Michael isn’t a great character either being he’s a selfish prick going through a mid life crisis but at least he’s got more of a story arc and can be considered more of a main protagonist. Trevor is honestly the most entertaining of the 3 and also works as a playable protagonist. But honestly, either Michael or Trevor should’ve been the main protagonist, Franklin as an NPC. Next issue i have is the plot. It’s so boring and padded and predictably cliche. There’s almost nothing to it and it’s just an excuse to have a reason for the robberies to happen. Honestly Rockstar barely tried to write an interesting story and just gave us a few robberies with pointless filler missions and tedious set up jobs for the robberies. There’s even a mission dedicated to the pointless yoga mechanic. That’s how lazy the planning for the missions was. The few interesting missions are Trevors missions. The rest aren’t that interesting or fun in general. Next issue is the general lack of enterable environments. It’s extremely lazy and a huge step down from GTA 4 which had a decent amount of enterable locations. Apparently there were plans to have more locations to enter but Rockstar cut them to rush the development. I could’ve forgiven this if they added them back in later but sadly they haven’t which is just lazy. GTA Online is even worse. They make you not only buy this mediocre game to play it but they force you to have a save file where you’ve gotten past the prologue which is stupid. It honestly should’ be mandatory to take up tons of space for it if you’ve already played it and aren’t interested in playing the story again. GTA Online isn’t even worth it unless you have some friends you want to play online with. It’s a tedious slog and is littered with framerate issues, annoying try hards, micro transactions, repetitive missions that pay very little, long load screens and more issues that make it unfun to play. Yet Rockstar is extremely content milking both mediocre games for as long as not enough people get upset over it. I would much rather have a Bully sequel than keep putting up with these updates that are fun for a bit but quickly get tiresome. But of course they canceled it and are content on milking GTA Online and Red Dead Online.… Expand

    Juego del 2013 explotadísimo, con una historia que se ha pasado (un mínimo de 3 veces) todo el mundo que lo haya tenido desde su salida. Las carreteras se las sabe todo Dios de memoria, los coches nuevos que sacan son los mismos de siempre pero con otro nombre y el Online es la mayor basura que existe en este mundo.

    Singleplayer is okay but no anything like GTA Vice City and San Andreas and the movements are too slow and bad. No fun cheat codes and can't train or control npcs. Not as good characters as San Andreas or Vice City. Online is fun to play with friends but too expensive and forced what you need to. The phone keeps ringing telling me to buy this and that.     Mediocre game, mediocre story, serious input lag for everything, boring map, pointless torture scene, unlikeable characters, poor controls. Could literally go on for hours just listing issues and problems with the game, because they never cease.

    Literally a terrible game compaired to other shooters like fortnite and call of duty. Like yes its fun to steel cars and stuff but in the end of the day its jsut not the morally correct thing to do anyway. Gta will always be a immature game to me with morally wrong desisions. This is whats wrong with the country. Also if you support trump you are literally the devil!

    The gameplay here is terrible, the shooting is point and click and has no depth, there is also a lot of boring and tedious missions in this game, where you operate machinery or drive a tow truck...if that sounds like fun this game is for you but if you want an open world game with good and interesting gameplay this isn't the game for you.

    This game was hot garbage. The story line had no build up to an ending and was very hard to follow. The combat is rockstars usual lock on aim easy mission trash. This game was way to easy. On top of that the online version is terrible and rockstar will milk every dollar from it. This game was a huge disappointment and made rockstar into a scummy money milking corporation

    Я хочу сказать пару слов о гта онлайн, которая является основной частью гта 5. На данный момент гта онлайн является забагованой вещью за которую я не советую отдавать деньги. Почему? Да потому что экономика в этой игре сломана полностью тебе развиться в этой игре, тебе надо надеяться на то что люди найдут хоть какой-нибудь глитч, заказывать прокачку в группах (что возможно приведёт кЯ хочу сказать пару слов о гта онлайн, которая является основной частью гта 5. На данный момент гта онлайн является забагованой вещью за которую я не советую отдавать деньги. Почему? Да потому что экономика в этой игре сломана полностью тебе развиться в этой игре, тебе надо надеяться на то что люди найдут хоть какой-нибудь глитч, заказывать прокачку в группах (что возможно приведёт к бану), тратить дофига реальных денег на кредитные карточки "акула", ну или конечно же тратить своё время, и может когда-нибудь часов едак через 200 ты сможешь купить себе что нибудь нормальное, и после тебе надо будет надеяться на то что их "рука" правосудия не решит забанить тебя. Так же ещё хочу отметить просто невыносимое комьюнити мелких, обозлёных на всё "детишек", которые будут удовлетворяться за ваш счёт, ведь что бы иметь возможность нормально копить деньги, тебе тоже нужно использовать уязвимости игры, дабы какой, нибудь индивид на орпессоре не убил твою поставку. Так же ещё хочу отметить просто ужасную оптимизацию где при 30 людях в сессии, фпс падает до 15. Даже современные новинки так не лагают, ещё не забываем про временные подвисания игры когда ты едешь на машине, и то насколько текстуры плохо прогружаются. И чуть не забыл о том что тебе нужно для начала выходить в сюжетную часть гта, а после закрывать игру, ведь иначе тебе надо будет проходить пролог, который ещё бесит тем что катсцены в нём не пропускаются от слова совсем.

    another stupid game where you can only play online with people from the session, i.e. you have a robbery on 4 people, you have to find them in your 25-person session, you can't send invitations to other sessions, so to play online anyway you have to use discord or reddit to find a community. you can't just sit back and play gta.

    GTA 5 Los Santos you can go Sightseeing and your camera phone is a nifty tool, you can hunt, and there's an advertisement.
    You can Go to the Movies. Several short films are available for your viewing enjoyment in Los Santos's theaters, ride the rides, become a real estate mogul, and you can play a round of golf, and play tennis and there are so many other things that you can do so its really fun!

    To start Gta V is a good game I enjoy playing. Has good graphics and overall just a fun game. Although one big takeaway from the game is that Gta has mostly guy characters and they are portrayed negatively while females are rarely throughout the game or shown as objects, or scenery. This game is overall fun but I do think a change in the game for sexualty can be great.

    Rockstar launcher is trash
    after initially starting to play the game there was an automatic update to the launcher and GTA5. After that the game would no longer launch. Rockstar support did not have a solution reinstalled the launcher which still did not fix the problem I don't know what their update did but the game cannot be played after, and they don't seem to have an answer.     This review would be a 9 were it not for the fact that online exists. I've spent many hours grinding to buy weapons, vehicles, weaponized vehicles, and others, just so I could enjoy the game. However everything is insanely overpriced and the only ways to make money are drawn out and extremely repetitive, the heists are tedious, the ceo missions make the npcs have aimbot, and the mcThis review would be a 9 were it not for the fact that online exists.     However that's not even close to my biggest problems with the game: The matchmaking and the servers. See, I could be playing this game like a regular human being and then I'll get thrown back into story mode or have everyone in the session disconnect at once all for no reason (this has happened in the middle of fights 4 times this week), and whenever I try to escape the horrible and unbalanced freemode experience I'm greeted with having to wait 5, sometimes 20 minutes just to load into an activity. Once you're in, prepare to be severely disappointed as your team completely ruins everything for you.

    Never have I had a more annoying experience than just playing this game for more than 10 minutes. It's everything GTA V's story mode made fun of, and it feels like rockstar just does not care about the playerbase anymore.    … Expand

    Online is pure cancer and why I'm rating it as a 2. Griefers have these insane vehicles/weapons which would make sense in a GTA game set in 3015, as GTA V is closer to 2015, they are BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Heists are even more cancer, relying on randoms to not suck horrendously, pure cancer. The sad thing is, that because of the cancer this    GTA V single player is about a 7-8/10.

    The sad thing is, that because of the cancer this entire game now is, it makes so much money through Shark cards, and little kids buying them (it's an 18+ game, however I doubt you will ever find a full lobby where you can't hear an annoying 7 year old screaming down it's mic) Dan Hauser and Benzies left. GTA V single player, was the last enjoyable single player game we will probably see from this franchise. And GTA V online will survive a few more years before GTA 6 without Hauser and Benzies is even a thing.

    One of the worst games I’ve ever played. I have no idea how it has such high reviews. It controls horribly. Looks great and has a lot of detail, but what’s the point when it is zero fun to play?

    Terrible when you want to upgrade to next gen you loose you character on old gen now I can't play anymore with friends what can't afford a next gen console they offer to transfer back to old gen but then I can't use the game I paid for on next gen wtf This is one of the worse upgrade procedure to next gen ever

It contains too many drugs. And sex, gays, naked people. And extreme gore for no reason. If its a horror game i will love it but its a action game why it have gore more than horror games?     Idea dát nám možnost přepínat mezi třemi postavami na papíře zněl skvěle. Bohužel zejména Lincoln je naprosto nevyužitá a zbytečná postava. Díky propojení zápletky jednotlivých postav je příběh rozmělněný, nezajímavý. Zejména na začátku vše vypadá dobře ale zhruba ve čtvrtině až třetině se do hry nutí tedy. Laxnost vývojářů ne dodat a ne rozšířit pomoci příběhových DLC příběhIdea dát nám možnost přepínat mezi třemi postavami na papíře zněl skvěle.     I was a fool and bought it for the single player which is awful. If you go off corse for a split second and try to experiment you fail the mission you on and a lot of the time the you don't know what the game wants you to do so all your doing is experimenting then failing because the game doesn't want you to experiment.

    After that I thought to try online and my first experience was 15 min    I was a fool and bought it for the single player which is awful.     Most money hunry and anti-consumer game on the market.

    New updates remove existing content, which will later be sold on a more expensive version of the game, on a new console and only accesible with a subscription service.
