    J'ai pu tester la demo et je n'ai absolument pas été dessus.

    La conduite est réaliste et même un peu difficile en enlevant les aides.

    Le jeu est vraiment joli et propre, même sur PS4 classique.

    J'ai vraiment hâte 'avoir le jeu en main pour y passer plusieurs centaines d'heures.

    At first I was on the fence because of the new focus of multi-player game, I played it, and got to do some races and I was hooked. All the fans of the series need to understand that this isn't GRAN TURISMO 7, it's Gran Turismo in COMPETITIVE mode. I come from playing Overwatch, trying to win a game by team work with online strangers as all you know is a fail project. All the fans of the series need to understand that this isn't GRAN TURISMO 7, it's Gran Turismo in COMPETITIVE mode. GRAN TURISMO SPORT, gives me the fix of playing competitive on a DRIVING SIMULATOR.     Me parece muy buen juego, obviamente, no es un Gran Turismo como estábamos acostumbrados, es más bien... un Spin off. Por eso os digo, que para mi este juego tendría un 10, si tal y como está contara con el contenido del 6, por eso le pondré un 9. He jugado muchas carreras estos días, y el acertado matchmaking sumado a un sistema de conducción que me parece    (Opinión basada en la DEMO)

    One of the best exclusive racing game to date and it is the real driving simulator, you won't enjoy this by just using the controller, play this with PSVR, Thrustmaster T-GT, Playseat Challenge, 4kHDr55" TV and Logitech Z906 5.1 channel. The gaming experience is one of a kind for sim racing lover.

    The released version of GT sport impresses with stunning visuals and the superb handling we know and love Gran Turismo for. The approach for the online match making is also great and I hope that we will see fair and great racing in GT Sport.

    As it is now, it certainly lacks a bit of content (I especially miss tracks) but I am very positive that we will get this content soon.     If you think that there's no campaign etc, you're wrong, the "Campaign" IS "GT Mode", it's just laid out in a completely different manner which actually makes more sense, although it won't at first (more on that further down the review).     You need to do yourself a favour to enjoy this game = just stop comparing it to old GT games, Forza, Project CARS, Assetto Corsa, and the rest, because this is an entirely different game compared to those and let's be honest, it's fairly idiotic to be comparing those games to each other in the first place, they're all amazing in their own ways.

    I'll be honest, I initially I hated this game, but, I was rash to judge it based on my first impression, I was foolish to believe the wave of snarky comments against it and after 1hrs I detested it, pressed eject and started playing Assassin's Creed instead... yet I found myself going back for more, and that's when it all changed.

    I thought there was no campaign/single player (when there really is one) and I failed to realise that this is basically the racing version of Overwatch = it's for competitive eSports first and foremost above all else, a mass market accessible version of iRacing that caters for everyone.

    This is not the typical Gran Turismo, it's no longer the quirky Car-PG which was cannon-fodder to jokes about having 200 variations of the Mazda Miata. This is a stripped-down Gran Turismo designed specifically for eSports and while on paper I thought "no way, that's a terrible idea", it actually works, you just need to let go of this idea that it has to be a typical Gran Turismo or has to be identical for Forza or Project CARS, because this is an entire different beast on it's own.

    So firstly, about that supposed lack of a single-player mode, it's nonsense, there is a single player mode = it's a campaign mode which I realised that it actually IS the old GT Mode that we all know and love, it's just in a more 'linear' story-mode like format with a more chronological progression instead of making you grind or giving you the ability to jump straight to beefy part of it. Put it this way: Driving School + Early parts of campaign = Licenses, mid-latter parts of campaign = GT Mode.

    I know, it sound like an idiotic change and it just infuriated me at first to the point of absolutely not wanting to give the game a change, but it makes so much more sense than sandboxing it.

    The graphics: you don't really need me telling you how good it looks because it is stunning, as a photographer with some motorsport experience I personally found it jaw-dropping absolutely jaw-dropping, almost everything is amazing, the 1/8 exposure like motions blurs, the low exposure highlights and so much more, there is an absolutely insane amount of detail and this is before I've even gone into Scapes/Photomode, but no doubt I'll find myself recreating some of my real life shots.

    The AI: So much more better, the key thing here is to make sure you have the boost turned off in the options of course, but the AI is so much better than before, they'll give you room, they'll try pass you, they'll fight with each other, take each other out, use traffic against you in endurance races and even seek revenge if you ram them now and again.

    Physics: It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst. It has it's short comings and odd nonsensical moments, but it somehow manages to feel fun, you know it's not the best physics, but it will feel so good when you're at the limit.

    Now for the meat and potatoes: the online, your first few races aren't going to be fun, there's no two ways about it because you'll be in at the bottom with the worst of the worst, but just focus on your safety rating because once you end up being matched with the better racers this game is so much more fun, I've been no stranger to sims in the past (actual sims), and while this is absolutely no sim, I've already had some of my most fun clean races in GT Sport that I've ever had, there are some seriously good racers out there playing this.

    Obvious cons of this are:
    - Shallow car and track list, but apparently this is going to be regularly updated so hopefully it will grow, Polyphony devs/scanners have been recently spotted at several high profile races getting alone-time with cars.
    - Online only (even though it probably makes more sense than we realise)... but I've seen some people being able to play campaign while offline, so maybe this is a case of misinterpretation like with campaign itself.
    - No Group 2; I don't know what it is, or why it's missing, but I'm damn curious about what the hell it could possibly be if it appears at some point.
    - No changeable conditions (weather/TOD).

    BUT, even with these flaws and omissions from the game which I was pretty infuriated over in my first judgementally closed-minded foray into this game.... it's just so damn enjoyable.    … Expand

The focus is on the "Sport" of racing or competition. It's no frills in that sense and gets it right but would I mindlessly grind to collect cars to upgrade them in a single player setting?     With an update in late December, they added a single player campaign and several new cars, giving the game the content it needed besides online racing. Anyone that complained about no single player should update their review because now GT Sport is definitely worth playing and a way better driving experience than other racing games.     Lets start with the most obvious reason why this game gets so much hate. Yes, of all the racings sims out there, this game has the smallest car pool to offer. So its just fair that I'm taking a point away for this. You cant give this game a 10, cmon people, be more critical!
    But lets talk about the cars. Its unquestionable that at this moment, this game has the most beautiful car models. The only competition is Forza 7 but its not as good because it lacks the ridiculous amount of little details which Gran Turismo has to offer. It has been said many times and I say it again, this game is basically car porn.

    Surprisingly this game has also improved in the sound department. Gone are the times when the engines had put me into sleep. Whats coming out your speakers now, is the true sound of a roaring beast. You know what I mean when you turn up the volume and drive an SLS AMG GT3.

    Now the games receives a monthly update with free cars and sometimes tracks and I have to say, those update are awesome. Not only they are free! but the cars are always awesome and each update tries to satisfy every taste. You get classic cars, street racer from Japan, high performance cars and some weird cars like the VW Samba bus or an F1 car.

    Unfortenately the game has little to offer when it comes to tracks. Sure, they look extremely good but I wish it had the variety of a game like Project Cars where you can go on a nice sunday drive on the Californian highway or Azure coast.

    Anyway, another very controversial topic is that you have to be online to enjoy the game. When offline, you can play the arcade mode but you wont have access to your garage where all your cars stored. Now I cant really understand the criticism here. Troughout the years gaming has changed drastically and many games require you to be online aswell as platforms like Steam or Origin. So why is the outrage now so big?

    I would like to talk about the driving physics now as in my opinion, this is the part where game succeeds way ahead of the competition. I'm not a passionate driver in real life but I love driving in GT Sport. It feels very accessible yet very demanding. Cars react very comprehensible altough sometimes the oversteer is to much but you can easily compensate that by adjusting your vehicle.
    As an example, Forza 7 feels great but there I have the feeling that the car is kinda stuck to the street while in GT it requires a lot of practice to master a curve.

    And mastering a track is what makes this game so much fun. The attention to detail is amazing, for instance you have cones on the track giving you a clue on when to brake and when to take the turn.

    I hope Polyphony Digital wont take those user reviews from kiddies into consideration. Its not the best Gran Turismo but heck, if you own a decent 4K TV whith real HDR support, then you're in for an eyegasm.    … Expand

    The last and only GT I played was back on PS1 and it was quite the AAA title back then.

    This here now is a multiplayer racing sim without much content, but I was informed. The good thing though is the actual gameplay is very very good. The steering and the feeling on the road is impressive, responsive and real to all settings and racing situations there are.     I had some seriously awesome racing hours online and was glad it didn't disappoint me there. The racing just feels good. That already makes it better than project cars where the steering is just unbearable with a controller (yes the steering wheel faction is the minority of players, get over it)

    What I don't like is the penalty system. The idea makes sense but you get penalty too often for situations you don't cause and vice versa.
    I also didn't liked the fixed time slots for online races and the duration of many time trials and races.
    Sometimes you just want a quick match and that can easily be 15-30 minutes depending on the race.... that's hard to get used to.

    If you know that this is multiplayer only and want a managable racing sim (not like project cars) I can recommend this. If you want offline racing and just some fun this is not for you.

    It is needless to say that forza is still the king of racing with their main series and their arcade offspring horizons. In my opinion forza horizon is the most fun racing game series of this decade. You can't get a better one. (Mario Kart doesn't count)    … Expand

    Na początku gdy kupiłem grę miałem mieszane uczucia, lecz po kilku ładnych godzinach gry, zakochałem się w tej grze, tym bardziej że cały czas producenci starają się uszczęśliwiać nas nowymi autami czy trasami. Gra wygląda niesamowicie, auta prowadzą się bardzo realistycznie, a rozgrywka online to coś wspaniałego.

    Although the reviews from the release of the game were understandable, the game continues to evolve through scheduled updates that keeps the game fresh and fun to play. This isn't Forza and it shows... In a good way. Trading paint isn't the standard set here and penalties are given for not following racing etiquette. The cars have been painstakingly crafted and look beautiful. TheGran Turismo Sport, while lacking the traditional single player campaign, still has a lot to offer in the way of teaching one how to properly drive, brake, take turns etc... This isn't Forza and it shows... In a good way. Trading paint isn't the standard set here and penalties are given for not following racing etiquette. The cars have been painstakingly crafted and look beautiful. The scapes mode is something to behold and achieves photo realism. Racing online is great fun and provides some tense showdowns as well.

    As long as you're aware of what this game is meant to be and aren't holding it to the same standard as Forza, then there is a lot here to enjoy. I highly recommend it.    … Expand

Its fair to say that GTS is head and shoulders above GT6 in every way. The cars have more weight and grip to them, its no longer as easy to throw a car into a corner like GT6 and expect to come out the other side still doing 120mph, you really need toGT Sports is simply a masterpiece, from the jaw dropping visuals, to the slick menus, to the brilliant handling physics, "This is Sport". Its fair to say that GTS is head and shoulders above GT6 in every way. The cars have more weight and grip to them, its no longer as easy to throw a car into a corner like GT6 and expect to come out the other side still doing 120mph, you really need to break early and catch the curb perfectly to get the best out of each car, each cars characteristics are very well implemented and the cars feel alive. The Sound Department has had a major upgrade and each car sounds as they should, backfire,gear whine and chasis judder are just some of the sound effects that are present, tire squeel has been updated, sounds much more realistic and quieter as it should. Graphically GTS has the best lighting engine of any console racer to date, its simply stunning, especially with dynamic 4k HDR on the PS4 Pro, PD spent 4 years working on HDR and it shows as its the best representation of HDR so far this gen. GTS features a non traditional campaign instead focusing on teaching people how to drive, race etiquette and mission challenges which can require you to pass as many cars as possible before the time runs out or simply knock down all the cones on track. the car rewards alone are enough to encourage you to get gold in all of them, top it of with Lewis Hamilton as your racing guide to show you the fastest way around the Green Hell and the package really starts to come together. For people who enjoyed the online lobby racing in GT6 fear not as GTSports has this same lobby system but much much better, you literally have a tone of features to set up your dream races with friends and is very easy to navigate through the menus and settings.Sport mode is were players will compete in Esports competitions in conjunction with the FIA with the goal of attaining a real world racing license. All the tutorials that you will play through in campaign are designed to help you be a better racing driver in Sports mode. With dedicated servers in Sports mode the connections are rock solid as you would expect and racing is fun and exciting. Scapes, a place you can lose hours of your life snapping the perfect photo with over 1000 scapes to chose from the possibilities are endless. Livery Editor were you can create your own unique graphic designs for whatever cars you like, its something the fans have wanted for a long time and PD have delivered. overall while GTS offers less cars and tracks then its rivals, the level of detail is unrivaled and the decision to focus on quality instead of quantity is justified. With 500 cars still to come and more tracks through free/paid DLC, GTSports is going to be around for a long time. I highly recommend GTS to anyone who loves racing games.… Expand

    This game is a great racer yes its doesnt have a career mode as such but it does have a very good ling chalenging tutorial that teaches you everything you need to know about raving and the tracks at hand.
    Plenty if variety with the tracks and cars after all ive never needed more than 170 cars in a game.

    The online races are the best multiplayer races i have experienced in my long gaming life the community mostly play clean from what ive experience. You do get the odd one idiot that will try to ruin everyones race but these are few and far between, and this brings me to the only negative i can give and that is it iritates me that ive waited ine hour to race a specific race im interested in only for on the odd occasion an imbecile to ruin it by smacking me in the back going into a corner.
    Id rather there be more races in the 24 hour period and not just the 3 races at daft intervals meaning i spend alot of time practicing the same rrack waiting for the next race especialy if like today one of the 3 raves on offer dont interest you.
    All in all a great racer every race fan should own but please keep your racing etiquette clean.    … Expand

    Controls exceptionally well, but the sparse single player offerings makes this a tough sell to anyone that doesn't have both a reliable Internet connection and a PS Plus account.

    It's good gameplay-wise and visually satisfying, but the game modes falls short and is online-only, and limiting at that- but get used to that as many more games are headed in that direction. Kaz needs to rethink the Gran Turismo franchise if PD wants to stay competitive with other racing games like Forza.

The UI and overall presentation of racing is one of the sleekest / smoothest I have seen. I just started playing this game and have barley scratched surface but there is a form of spirit and love in this racing sim which shows throughout this title. Sure it's not perfect but I have not encountered one bug yet and online racing itself works beautifully like a Swiss clock... I have a wheel but I am surprised how fun this sim racer is actually playable with a controller... If you do already have a PS plus, with a decent internet connection for your ps4, this game is really enjoyable. There are loads of content, and I've spent time dabbing myself with most of them. I would say that I spent 80% of my time in offline content and 20% of my time in online races. I would see thatI see 2 extreme camps of folks. Either you have an internet connection, or doesn't.     I still haven't spent enough time with the game to determine if the netcode is adequate, or if it will be just as difficult to get out of the lower safety ratings as it was in iRacing; the issue with that game was how difficult it was to get a clean lap when you are grouped with the worst class of drivers.     Before I start let me mention that a lot of people fail to realize that GT Sport has been created to be an eSport racing title. It was not made to have modifiable cars, a campaign or extensive car lists as past titles. If you're a sim racer you will see the similarities between this and iRacing. This is the first racing game that is officially licensed by the FIA. If that doesn't tell you how great GT is I don't know what will. Remember, this is a game to give you the best online eSport racing experience nothing more, nothing less. I personally have been in 3 races so far, each of them were podium finishes and I was surprised to find that no one rammed into me and everyone had great driving etiquette. Each time about 3-5 of us were fighting for a podium finish which gave me the biggest rush I've had in a racing game in a long time. Visually it is extremely beautiful, better than any racing titles out now (I game on Xbox One, PS4 and PC), and the sounds have gotten way better. You'll hear the whine of the dog boxes and V8's sound like V8's. The only thing I would change if I could is the FFB, I'm currently using a Thrustmaster T150 PRO. FBB in pCars on PC is crazy accurate. If you want a serious, adult racing experience go for GT. If you want an arcade pick up type game go for Forza 7.… Expand

    But then I realized, that this online approach may work. And thats all that racer wants. To compete. Its like in starcraft, where single player is good but multiplayer is excellent.

    Ok, here single player content is mediocre but multiplayer is still excellent.

    And that is something you should realize before you buy this game.

    Everything other is same. On every step you feel the love for cars that you dont feel in other games. Advanced matchmaking system should put you into race with similarly gifted racers. Daily races give you opportunity to try short 15minutes races druing whole day without all that hassle around.

    You can adjust your cars to your like, but what is important here, you have car classes here which represent real life classes (like gr. 3 -> GT3). Cars here are factory tuned to fullfill FIA rules (its not only pushing HP higher or lower). So cars which dont exist in GT3 class are virtually rebuild to fulfill the rules.

    You can sign contract with your favourite manufacturer for whole season. You then get from him "borrowed" cars for relevant classes. And you will race with them in Manufacturers trophy.

    There is of course a lot potential for future.

    For example:
    Real sportmanship school, not only two short videos.
    More cars, veteran packs, classic supersports packs, etc... (I can imagine Ferrari, Porsche or Ford history DLCs)
    More tracks.
    Some interesting challanges for single player (like red bull challenge in GT5).

    This game is fresh restart. Its hard but try to approach this game with open mind and heart without expectations and without comparing numbers to pc2 and fm7. I tried all of them. In terms of numbers , combinations and content, pc2 and fm7 is much better. But in terms of car enthusiasm , love and admiration, gt sport is (for me) still on the top. From racers for racers!

    Just dont judge this game according to number of cars, tracks, weather situations and number of SP missions. Its not relevant.

    Of course all is promised for the future. But nobody knows how many cars, tracks and SP content will be added and if it will be paid or free.

    This is like stripped down car without radio, climatization, passenger seat but with great feel when driving.    … Expand

I’ve noticed on numerous occasion when I’ve driven off the road and blindly pulled back into traffic, that the CPU driven cars avoided running into me by swerving around my car. In the past, they’d instead show no regard for the player’s presence on the track by plowing into them, and push their car out of the way and keep it moving. It’s a delightful sight to behold, while racing and during replays. This adds yet another layer of realism to the game for sure. I’m starting to see that technical polish was done during that 4-5 years of development. If you’re looking for more of a single player experience though, get Project Cars 2, which is also awesome. Or get them both if you can, like I did, you won’t be sorry with either.… Expand

I also get the others who say that adding the 'Sport' to the Gran Turismo tag makes it different … it is not called 'GT7'.

    Funnily enough, I have come to this PS4 for 'Gtsport' because I had/have the very same issue on Xbox with 'Forza Motorsport 7' … different platform, different franchise, same problem. FM7 is not what I was expecting based on my play of FM5 & FM6 .. things have changed big-style, gone are the bits I loved and a different style of gameplay has been introduced. Exactly the same issues on both 'new games' on both [primary] platforms. The ''Forza' and 'Gran Turismo' communities are both split because both franchises have branched out in diversity.

    I wont get right into the meat of these arguments, I am just going to say .. I got a refund on my 'Forza' game and I bought 'Gtsport'. Gran Turismo brings the visceral experience of racing against other humans to your living room. The game does an incredible job of matching your skill level to that of others for close clean racing.

The layout and depth are second to none. Yes its lacking content but honestly once you get over the fact its primarily an online game you'll probably start to really enjoy it. Id tell you more but honestly,It has it's faults, it really does. However i cant give it less than a 9 as im addicted! The car mechanics are solid. Yes it does mainly rely on mostly online play and lacks a content heavy single player campaign such as GT5. Some will see this as good or bad or both. My score is based on what it does do well. It plays smoothly and better with a steering wheel. I'm using a Thrustmaster T150.
    Visuals are good, but not great (2k res) Could have been sharper and more detail. lighting and clouds are impressive. I'm not a huge fan of online multiplay,but it's nice playing against players, rather than tedious AI bots. It's a welcome change. The sportsmanship they've implemented seems like a waste of time. You'll still get shunted and forced off track by other players. Not sure how the rating system works but I'm certain u get penalised for collisions that are not your fault. I suppose it's meant to make you a cleaner, safer driver without the need to cheat to get on the podium. I do like the 15-20 mins before a race to qualify, try a car, get a fast lap time to get a better position at the start and practice the course.
    The single player campaign is made up of three sections, driving school, missions and circuit experience which are basically mini to more challenging games to help improve your driving skills.

    The lack of a proper single player campaign similar to GT5 will no doubt put people off, the reduced number of cars, and tracks is disappointing. The cars available are good higher spec, with alot less low spec cars. The livery editor is good, without the need to use credits to customise your ride, as it's free. My only gripe with the livery editor is that on most cars u can't apply livery to the sides, rear or roof of the car because of a ridiculously small area given to edit. I'm hoping this is only a bug.

    There is a levelling/points system which gives you points based on mileage driven, winning races, completing challenges etc which gives you new cars, access to tracks, liveries.

    Gran Turismo Sport is a good game. It could have been great, if it didn't seem unfinished in places. If your looking for another GT5 or 6, you'll be disappointed. But if you like a change in direction and can overlook the online specifics, you'll still have fun. I know I am. It's a shame there isn't alot more tracks. Hopefully more will be introduced via DLC. And lastly, the dynamic weather system or lack of it. NO rain? So why are there rain tyres in the options menu and windscreen wiper button in the controller menu. Mmmm, something else to be included in a future update.    … Expand

    this is a great ps4 game flawed, in the fact its always online. kept me busy for two days of each day consisting of 2-3 hours of gameplay. what a bummer, i would wait until its $20 or under.

    Si se documentaron un poco antes de comprar el juego debían de saber que el foco era la competición online, por lo que el modo clásico de GT no estaría aquí. Si es así, el juego es maravilloso. Es estable, no hay lag, ni netcode, ni problemas de matchmaking!
    Y le pongo 8 unicamente porque tiene muy pocas pistas reales. Deberían agregar más en las siguientes expanciones.

    Most of the cars in the game have detailed interiors, and all of them actually look great. There is no jagged lines, and there is no imports from Gran Turismo 4, which was a main issue in the past. Most of the VGT cars has no interior, but does substitute for other camera angles. There is no infuriating color chips like in GT5 & GT6, which was stupid and infuriating. Also, for once, there is no microtransactions. Like in the past, you can earn gift cars. In fact, any car in the next update or now can be your gift car, either by Driving School, Mission Challenges, or Daily Workout. For now, the new cars and tracks are imports from GT6, but also makes the car sounds better and the tracks more detailed. No car in the game fells like an exact import from the previous games. Also, to point out, Carrer mode is NOT completely dead. Even from the start, since you could complete the Mission Challenges and the Driving School. The cars sound amazing. The tracks are gorgeous and are beutifully made. Online lobbies were as good as on GT6, with a few additions to it. The new flagging system adds realism, and the penalty system, while flawed, is a great addition to the game, as in realisitc races in the lobbies, or basically the FIA Manufacturer or National Races, or even Daily races, as people who play dirty, gets their Sportsmanship Ranking dropped a notch, and a time penalty, which would be added to your final position if ou choose not to slow down. Gran Turismo Sport seems as though it is trying to improve driving skills, teacg driving skills, and try to be a great Simcade racing game. Howevr, some adjustments needs to be made in order for that dream to become true.
    The car list has to be one of the issues. Sure, now it has a lot of tracks, in fact, more than Gran Turismo 4. However, that game had over 500 more cars, and it's from 2005! GT5 & 6 together had about 11 times more cars than GT Sport. Sure, Project Cars 2 may have around the same amount, however, that game is part of a new franchise, not one that is 20 years old. Yes, the developers did say they wanted to "restart" the GT franchise. Howver, just why? Maybe I'm being too critical. Remember, not every great racing game needs 1500 cars right? Also, while carrer mode is there, it does need much more effort and work placed into it. Another issue is the museum. It serves no puropse, but only to teach you history. Not only racing history, but other things such as the inauguration of President Barack Obama. Ok? Another big issue is the only online issue. If you don't have a PlayStation Plus subscription, or does not have Wifi, you are out of luck, as you cannot save the game, and is only limited to arcade mode, which is a huge issue. For the most part, the pros overpower the cons. This game gets a 8.2/10. Please buy this game IF you have Wifi, a PlayStation Plus subscription, and a PlayStation 4. I mean, everyone should know now that any Gran Turismo game is PlayStation only. Anyway, see you later, and take care!    … Expand

Игра очень и очень хорошая. Отдельно хочу выделить главное меню, это лучшее меню,что я видел.Лучшая гонка на рынке. Машины фантастические , физика уникальная для каждого жеребца. Саундтрек хороший, трассы фантастически красивые. Не хватает сюжетки и динамической погоды/времени суток. Игра очень и очень хорошая. Отдельно хочу выделить главное меню, это лучшее меню,что я видел.

I'd love to have some more real tracks, like Monza or France, more cars (where the hell is Dodge Challenger?!), but it might be just sentiment to previous GTs that offered a loooot of cars.     Gran Turismo Sport release was a fluke. But the recent updates adding cars, leagues, tracks, the game finally deserves a brighter spot on racing games in this generation. If they continue adding content, by the end of 2018, it maybe possible be one of the best if not the best racing game of the past few years.

Praktycznie o każdej porze dnia i roku wchodzimy do gry, wybieramy jeden z trzech dostępnych "codziennych wyścigów" i w kilka minut ścigamy się z innymi osobami o zbliżonym poziomie umiejętności do nas. Dzięki temu praktycznie każdy wyścig to walka o setne sekundy zderzak w zderzak. Świetna rywalizacja.

    Teraz największa bolączka gry. Jest to bez wątpienia system fair play. Zbyt łatwo osiągnąć najwyższy poziom fair play. Zbyt łatwo wypchnąć kogoś z toru bez otrzymania kary. Czasem zdarzają się takie absurdy, że ktoś inny uderzy w Ciebie, a to Ty dostaniesz karę. Ten problem dotyczy jednak głównie graczy na niższym poziomie. Lepsi kierowcy na poziomie skilla B i w górę jeżdżą już całkiem uczciwie.

    Polecam, aczkolwiek kierownica to konieczność. Nie musi to być sprzęt za kilka tysięcy, ale musi mieć FFB. T150/G29 to minimum.

    Gran Turismo Sport is my first foray into sim racing. Even though it isn't a proper sim (like iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Project Cars, rFactor, etc.), it's an excellent launchpad for people who want to get into sim racing and start with something a bit simpler.

    Gran Turismo Sport does several things well. For one, I love the driver rating system. It allows me to race against people with a    Gran Turismo Sport is my first foray into sim racing.     Gran Turismo Sport does several things well. For one, I love the driver rating system. It allows me to race against people with a similar amount of pace and skill as me, and it has really helped me improve quickly. I like the presence of Daily Races, albeit I wish there were more than 3 daily races. I also love the FIA races. The Manufacturer's Series and Nations Cup are two of the most competitive sporting environments I have ever experienced, and they're extremely fun. Next, the heads-up display in Gran Turismo Sport is outstanding. It is intuitive and extremely beneficial for new racers. It even allows you to enable and disable traction control mid race, a minor feature that actually helps many users with standing starts. However, the standout feature of the heads up display is the radar view. Radar view allows you to see if there are cars next to or behind you, and it is extremely helpful. I wish more racing games had something similar to it. If you want an introduction into competitive racing, this game offers that.

    However, there are things I want to see improved. First off, sportsmanship rating was not created well. I have driven against countless dirty drivers who somehow have the highest possible sportsmanship rating. That's a problem, and it has created some frustrating races. I also find the track selection to be quite disappointing. There are 31 tracks in the game as of this comment, some of which are original circuits, but most of which are real circuits. I just find that to be quite limiting. Next, we have the tutorials. While there are many great tutorials, there are many driving techniques that you don't learn. For example, the tutorials do not cover how to drive with no assists on. This makes the jump to online racing very difficult as online races will only allow anti-lock brakes and traction control. It also means you don't learn how to perform a non-TCS-assisted standing start. Finally, the penalty system is an absolute joke. I understand that it's difficult to build an algorithm that can properly determine what is an is not dirty driving, but it is completely broken. I have had races where I punt people off the track and get no penalty, but later get a 5 second wall collision penalty for getting nudged off the circuit and into a wall. The wall collision penalty has made street circuits impossible to race on, and the poor implementation of the game's penalty system has ruined so many races for me. It needs to be fixed.

    I noticed that the online nature of this game rubbed some the wrong way. The lack of career mode and lack of offline features were central to their comments. I think these people have misplaced their expectations for what GT Sport wanted to achieve. I haven't played the other Gran Turismo games, but in my experience playing Forza Motorsport 2 more than 10 years ago, I understand the thrill of a good, offline racing game. I also understand the frustration over the necessity to buy Playstation Plus. My comment is this: if you want a game with tons of offline racing features, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME. The offline features are severely lacking. However, if you want to get your feet wet with sim racing, buy this game, because it is extremely competitive, extremely fun, and an excellent place to start before graduating to a proper racing sim (such as the ones I mentioned.)    … Expand

    In its 2019/2020 form it's a leading racing sim. In terms of race physics, graphics and content the game is still the best on PS4. It plays and looks great on the standard PS4, but is also incredibly well built for the PS4 Pro, where the game looks photorealistic. It has all the single player races, licence challenges and race challenges that a Gran Turismo veteran would expect. Furthermore, it allows licence and challenge scores/times to be set in comparison to your PSN friends, so it's possible to develop competition even if not online at the same time as friends. Of course, there are global leaderboards too with some exceptional times. The game is well optimised to play with a controller, which is a big win over Project Cars which has struggled with controller optimisation. Of course a racing wheel is advantageous with any racer, but Gran Turismo is the best choice for a controller racer. Additionally, it's one of the very few racing games that includes split screen 2 player counch play, which is a welcome inclusion for that competition with your siblings or friends on the same screen. I had a race off competition with my brothers, which was a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. With all the praise comes a few points of criticism. Firstly, the damage system is not existent which is unacceptable at this point. It feels absurd to be able to hit wall at 200mph and only have a scuff on the car, it takes risk away from the racing and encourages wreckless bumper car racing. It's unrealistic and for a racer that provides itself on depth of realism, the lack of a damage system is a real let down. Furthermore, while the online play is highly competitive and has a good system to filter between people who want to race for real or for fun, the offline AI isn't great. It has improved over time through patches and is viable, but won't blow you away. In conclusion, this game offers massive shelf life after being criticised for limited content at launch. Since then single player has been revamped and expanded, the car library has grown significantly and the game has been well optimised in the mean time. It's a proud addition to the perfectionist studio at Sony, but still is missing key features of other racers. If you have never played the game then it's never been a better time to try, as it's usually available on the PS store and at retailers for around £15/$20. That's a great price for this established AAA racer.

    They had one job to do, and they pulled it off with finesse - make driving fun. This game is both accessible and challenging and addictive. The visuals are superb, the controls are refined. I don't always win, but I'm never blaming the game. Totally worth the money.

    My first gran turismo since gt1 on psx and I have say it's great. I play it only single player and after many patches it's also great solo game. Have much fun with goldins dirving school and circuit experience, also mission chalenges are fun. Unfortunately Gt League is quite boring but still game is superb.

Gran Turismo Sport today has numerous cars and is considered by the (FIA), by the majority of World Motorsport Drivers and Builders, as the best Racing and Simulation game.     Acquistato dopo l'aggiornamento contenente la 'gt league' che, secondo me, doveva essere sin da subito parte integrante del gioco e non un aggiornamento seppur rilevante e soprattutto legato all acquisizione di qualche trofeo. Comunque un gran titolo dove traspare sin da subito la cura per i marchi presenti che lo rende una sorta di museo dell automobilismo

    The game was missing alot of GTs mainstays at launch but everything has been added via DLC. Personally one of my favorite Gran Turismo games now and it deserves a 2nd chance from people who turned away 3 years ago

    Between the driving lessons, mission challenges, circuit experiences and leagues, to win everything will keep you busy for a while.

    Missing a lot of the typical Gran Turismo content but if purchased on sale this game is great. Amazing graphics and physics provide an awesome experience. I just hope GT7 steps it up a notch.

I think I drive too "real" that is why sometimes I loose position because some dude thinks he can push me off track first....in real, there would be much more penalty. Another minus point is for "ghosting" either you leave it completely or you extend it longer, sometimes I do not know if I can get through or not, suddenly the car is "back" and I hit the back, bam penalty for me...if it would be OFF complete then I would know, ok I have to hit the brake or take another line.     One of the best racing games ever made. Personally I prefer arcade racing over simulation. The balance between both types of games are pretty good in GT Sport. From the technical perspective this game is a master piece. A lot of optimization techniques was applied and some sort of pre-rendered textures and 2d parallax scrolled layers to make such a beautiful 4K HDR in 60 FPS possible.     Hands-down, one of the best Gran Turismo games I’ve ever played in my life. The handling of the cars in general is phenomenal without assists. Don’t think I’m ever gonna put this game down, this game is superior to Gran Turismo 7 in terms of handling the only thing that I truly lament is that there is no proper off-line single player, campaign mode huge bummer

    Engine sounds are the same and look like a vacuum cleaner. Landscape graphics are weak, lifeless and with few details. Game animation is very bad or is practically zero. No details of the workshop or podium. Game without emotion.
    Even though it is an arcade game, the Xbox Forza is much better. Sony needs to change that for us PS games.

    Long time favourite racing game on the PS4, still play it frequently! The graphics are amazing even in the PS5 era. Nothing beats a sunset ride on the Nordschleife in one of the VGT concepts!

An advise: The easiest and faster way to get money in my opinion is by wining the Professional Vision GT League races, with the Dodge SRT Tomahawk X VGT. As soon you get your first 1 Million Credits, go on USA Dodge Brand and buy it. This is by far the best car in the game!     - Outstanding track and car graphs;
    - Lot of Vision Car;
    - Realistic Driving;

    - Poor playlist (actually terrible);
    - Impossible to have a side view of your car while driving it;
    - Poor graph out of the track;
    - Championships simply doesn't exist in this game. You do not accumulate points through a championship, you just get a race and get a trophy for your position at the end.    … Expand

This game is actually phenomenal, it is the best Gran Turismo experience i have had! It not only got me hooked on racing games again (after years of a brake), i got to actually learn to enjoy online racing andDue to the rather underwhelming reviews, i did not pick up this game until very very late (2022) because i thought it's just online and that online sucks. Boy, was i wrong... This game is actually phenomenal, it is the best Gran Turismo experience i have had! It not only got me hooked on racing games again (after years of a brake), i got to actually learn to enjoy online racing and appreciate the skill that is required to be a high level esports racer (this game made me realized how unskilled i am myself). It all comes down to the great driving model, excellent online multiplayer and, the biggest surprise of all! the single player mode is actually very good, obviously not quite the scale of a regular "numbered" GT game, but the driving school, challenges is an excellent introduction for those who wish to understand racing better.

    I just bought this game two weeks ago, and I love it. The campaign really doesn't deserve the hate it gets. The driving is great and gives you the standard gran turismo feel. The Split screen works flawlessly as well. The one thing is the car list. It's okay as it is, but is nothing compared to my other Gran Turismo, that being 5.     GT7 is actually not bad, it was just ruined by microtransactions. THE GT SPORT ALSO HAS THIS PROBLEM, BUT NOT AS SERIOUSLY AS THE GT7. For me, both the GT7 and the GTS are good driving simulators to help me practice my cars.

    GT Sport boasts an excellent driving model and superb car models, but primarily it’s a paramount step towards blurring the line between electronic entertainment and sport, and on a global scale.     Standard online races built on proven-by-the-years core of the Gran Turismo series. However, it suffers from an acute lack of content. In addition, if you play solo you have to avoid Sport. [Issue#280]
