    Glass Masquerade 2: Illusions is beautifully crafted and brings hours of puzzling fun for those times you're fed up with killing and shooting. The difficulty is adequate and can be raised for the die-hard puzzlers. The resulting glass-in-lead windows are a sight. Sadly, the music is not diverse enough to keep entertaining and repeats often. Puzzlers don't have that much choice, but won't be disappointed by Glass Masquerade 2.

    Completing puzzles unlocks more for you to tackle, and bits of abstruse text will pop up from time to time in an attempt at some sort of narrative. You'll also accumulate Trophies pretty rapidly, with an easily attainable Platinum at the end of it. Really, though, this is nothing more than a highly decorative set of jigsaws. It looks and sounds rather good with its stained glass aesthetic, but gameplay consists of simply moving pieces onto the board until you have the whole picture. That's not necessarily a bad thing, of course; if you're looking for something relaxing to play with no real pressure, this is about as chilled out you can get.

    Glass Masquerade é uma série de quebra-cabeças em vitral, onde você precisa juntar as peças irregulares para formar uma pintura específica. O primeiro jogo te levava através de museus pelo mundo afora, com cada quebra-cabeça sendo temático de um país. Já no segundo jogo a série toma um rumo mais criativamente liberto, trazendo diversas frases filosóficas com quebra-cabeças que as complementam.
    Várias coisas mudaram quanto ao primeiro e este, a principal delas é a adição de um modo ‘difícil’. Nesse modo você tem a opção de rotacionar as peças em trezentos e sessenta gráus, e, embora não pareça muita coisa, isso pode significar que o tempo necessário para resolver um quebra-cabeça triplica.
    Logicamente esse modo é opcional, já que o objetivo do jogo é ser algo relaxante, então o modo comum, onde você só precisa achar o lugar certo de cada peça, ainda prevalece. Uma coisa que me decepcionou, no entando, foi o fato de que nessa sequência todos os quebra-cabeças são circulares, enquanto no primeiro jogo eles variavam de formato frequentemente.
    A variedade de quebra-cabeças é grande, e, por conta da opção de ser baseado em frases, não é muito claro o que realmente você está tentando montar até que esteja pronto. Ou seja, a maioria do jogo é tentativa e erro, até conseguir encontrar os lugares para cada peça.
    No geral é um ótimo jogo, eu adorei a trilha sonora e o visual espetacular.
    Com certeza tornou meus fins de dia um pouco menos estressantes.    … Expand
