    As a kid playing with 'Britains Knights' and castles, I have been looking forward to something like this for many years. The medieval timeframe has always been my favorite subject for gaming and I have often thought about how a game like this could be made. There are other games that have come along such as Chivalry etc. but each left me wanting something more fluid. I put about 10 hours into the closed beta and another 10 into the open beta. While I was happy overall, I still was being cautious in looking forward to the complete game. Ubisoft...I hate you. This game is so addictive in so many ways. The single player campaign is good...the multiplayer is outstanding...and i usually hate multiplayer! I've been playing games since the mid 80's and this is the best medieval style 'fighting' I have experienced. If you have ever wanted to play a medieval based combat game, this is the one. On top of that, i have the option to turn down the gore, which is a great added bonus as I don't need to see all of that. I'm hoping for more single player based DLC, but wow, this really is a great game.… Expand

    Just when I started complaining that games are becoming stale, here comes this gem of a game! People are complaining that the multiplayer is peer2peer yet go on about how great 1 vs 1 matches are. After sinking 12 hours into multiplayer, I have only seen ONE hickup!

    Those who have had the honor to play Bushido Blade back in the day will instantly love this game. I've been waiting for a spiritual successor to Bushido Blade AND THIS IS IT!
    Giving it a 10 as people are putting 0's because of the idea of Peer2Peer networking or basing their judgments on the BETA or "The controls are clunky because I have the attention span of a goldfish".     از همه لحاظ عالی بخصوص گیم پلی منحصر بفرد و داستان گیرا و موسیقی کلاسیک عالی که آدم را یاد نواهای باخ و بتهون و برامس می اندارد. بی شک این یک شاهکار کلاسیک در دنیای گیم است.

    an amazing original game, very addictive and fun to play. online multiplayer is definitely the best feature though, there are a nice amount of online modes. the campaign whole short is interesting to play as well. all in all a great game!!

    Beware! If you got a lower IQ than 60 do not buy this game it takes skill and common sense to become good at this game. I love this game it's a relief that it's not a hack ans slash game. I can't list of the fun stuff but if you want to become a true warrior just play against the bots in practice mode and check out the youtube videos too it's a learning curve but once you get it you willBeware! Anyway, for those who are actually thinking about getting the game, the first thing you should know is that For Honor is a multiplayer game, mainly, but still offers a decent campaign.

    The combat here is absolutely flawless. Its resemblance to Dark Souls is undeniable, which involves strategy, spacing, combos, perry, counters, and more (you can say it borrows from fighting games too). It has a deep and complex system that makes you pay attention to everything you do and prevents you -technically- to just spam one button. It offers 3 factions each with 4 warriors, so far. A balanced, a strong, an agile and a kinda hybrid class. All of them with a different playstyle. You choose your strategy. It has a lot of modes, including Dominion, Duels, Team DeathMatch, etc. It's an ideal game to play with friends.

    In conclusion, if you are looking for a deep, complex combat, in a game that is beautifully designed with outstanding graphics and has a lot of content and even a campaign , don't miss For Honor.

    9/10 BUT I'm giving a 10/10 for those mindless "reviewers" who gave this masterpiece a 0.    … Expand

    I bet the people who posted bad reviews for this game either haven't played it or just flat out suck at it. This game is great and definitely is a must buy. F**k these hater scrubs and buy For Honor, you wont regret it.

    The game is really AWESOME! The combats are so realistic, The heavy movement of the characters matches the context of the heavy armor, The only problem is the campaign, the characters are not charismatic, and you really do not care about the story or what's happening

    Choose one out of 12 heroes and fight 1v1, 2v2 or 4v4 battles. Game is quite polished. Outside from occasional d/c or minor balance issues, game is definitely enjoyable in its current state. Mostly a multiplayer game. There's a story mode, but keep in mind this game is before    Medieval warfare meets Dark Souls.

    Okay, honestly... People giving this game anything below a 6 are flat out over exaggerating and are most likely just upset because they aren't very good at the game. Yes, it takes some time to learn, but if you put in that time you'll be fine. There is no other game out on console like this right now, so it will take time to learn all the combos and techniques for each fighter/hero. PeopleOkay, honestly...     Awesome game. Great combat. Great graphics/ambience. Deep but forgiving multiplayer. Very skill based.
    It's probably going to get bigger with time and updates. awesome stuff.

    Ubisoft make something really new in game industry, some kind of mix fighting+moba+sims. All crying about steel purchase it's some kind of childish. Hope they roll new path soon to fix network bugs.

    The map is pretty small is because its 4 vs 4..if its 32 vs 32 like BF1 then we can have bigger map..i think its pretty reasonable..plus its hard to chase fast runners like peacekeeper..so small map will balance the game pretty well..and also the seasonal climate variation in the maps is brilliant..i cant wait for next update when they add more maps & character

    LEARN THE GAME folks..no more button mashing & frankly theres no combo in this game..the only combo you will get is by throwing your opponent against the wall,that is sure hit..so be prepare all the time..theres always a chance your opponent will parry or dodge your attacks

    if theres one thing i would like to add in this game is to be able to type text messages.. on pc we can do that..but why not on ps4??    … Expand

    Game is totally perfect for its purpose ! Havent even touched the singleplayer campaing yet, cause all i wanna do is fight for honor ! gameplay is awesome, no fps drops. controls are perfect. pure skill game for those who like the challenge.

    Viciante! Joguei sem parar no tempo que a beta foi lançada! Gostei muito do combate e da movimentação, espero que tenha um modo de historia bem feito, já que o online é sensacional!

    The game in it`s current state is much better than on release. Characters got reworks, new maps and game modes added, new Marching fire upcoming. The connection issues are no longer present for most of the time. Whole new faction incoming in September... Give this game a chance now. It`s worth it.

    I really hate ppl that troll in places like this... they are probably very bad at playing this because you need more skills than spraying your LMG and kill ppl by luck.
    Story is great and you get to play with many characters to check if you like them before unlocking them. That is very usefull because you can invest better your steel.

    PvP is awesome, gameplay is very different and enjoyable... obviously there are players with huge skills that can kill you in seconds... but rather than rage and give the game a poor rating, keep playing and you will get better. Get used to the fighting styles of each character so you know how to beat them.

    This was an excellent game. I beat the story on realistic and it was a very fun challenge. The story was bad, but this wasn't a story driven game. The multiplayer is still exciting after a month and it's just fun to outsmart your opponent. I don't like the p2p connection because I can't finish a match of dominion and everyone just throws guard breaks. Honestly this game is a 7.5 or 8This was an excellent game.     Вывод:"For Honor" - это игра нового поколения.Вы не найдете более атмосферную и реализированую игру в данном жанре.В жанре файтинга на холодном оружии.

    Since the first moment, I started to play to this game, the great graphics, sound and all the PVP are incredible. I had been played for honor around 3 days consecutive and I can not stop to play it, is addictive as hell.

    The game is awesome, the combat is super... It isnt even that hard for a Dark Souls player.. Ppl JUST HAVE TO PLAY THE ADVANCED PRACTICE .     Amazing PvP game with an "Esport aim". Yes, this game is for competitive play, not just for those who wants to have instant fun out of the box. You should learn timings and numbers to win rounds here. As for me, this game is a mix of fighting and moba genres. It looks quite fresh and it will take the spot in hardcore PvP games lineup for sure.

    El juego es la polla, a los que no les gusta es por que mueren tantas veces que se olvidan del significado de su propia vida y vuelven al COD corriendo.
    El modo historia esta de puta madre (15 horas)
    Y la profundidad del juego es tal que te sumerges pa dentro que parece el mar oiste to infinito.

The game is not a hack and slash and it is not a button masher, so if you approach this game in that light then you probably are the person giving it a low rating because you never learned how to play the game properly and frankly you suck at it most likely due to your inability to learn. That is the one thing this game requires, a steep learning curve. Once you get how to play and adapt to it, I would say this is the best dueling sword game since jedi academy two generations ago. Lastly there are other modes which is 4v4 multiplayer and dominion multiplayer which is like dynasty warriors mixed with 4v4 multiplayer and capture the flag. The multiplayer experience is why you buy this game. I have played the single player and it is good. Reminds me of RYSE a little bit. It has a solid campaign and it is enjoyable, but the campaign isnt on the level of other single player campaigns. Some parts are of the campaign are phenomonel, but most i would say I would rate above average and very good. So for campaign I would give it an 8, but for multiplayer I would give it a 10++. All in all the developers did a great job. It is the most unique experience I have seen in a long time. I will see you all next time we cross swords! :-)… Expand

    La campaña esta excelente una gran historia que no es nada del otro mundo pero a mi me dejo con un buen sabor y se agradece por ofrecer un modo campaña a la altura. Y luego el multijugador que para mi es excelente. Es una gram innovación a lo que estamos acostumbrados y su sista de guerra de facciones es muy adictivo asi como los campeones todos muy diferentes entre si e igual deLa campaña esta excelente una gran historia que no es nada del otro mundo pero a mi me dejo con un buen sabor y se agradece por ofrecer un modo campaña a la altura.
