    Wow! This is the DLC that fans truly deserve. And it displays that this game had real story telling potential! I wish the whole game could have been that intense!

    YES YES YES! So much better than the other DLCs! Episode Ignis is one of the most emotional pieces of gaming I’ve ever experienced! Ignis, Noctis, Ravus and Ardyn have some of the best character development and the gameplay is intense and spectacular. Square Enix went all out on this one. There’s a lot of content here and all of it is tied to stuff that is actually important to the storyYES YES YES! So much better than the other DLCs! Episode Ignis is one of the most emotional pieces of gaming I’ve ever experienced! Ignis, Noctis, Ravus and Ardyn have some of the best character development and the gameplay is intense and spectacular. Square Enix went all out on this one. There’s a lot of content here and all of it is tied to stuff that is actually important to the story and stuff we care about like the big Altissia event instead of...dumb sequeways like...Gladio’s random departure...… Expand

    Hands down. This is one of the best DLCs that has ever been released. Episode Ignis is a missing puzzle piece to the lacking side stories of Final Fantasy XV. This game has it's own elements, and they're remarkable! The combat and story is so good that you can even consider just playing this without the main game! The emotions that were showcased were outstanding. And the story told isHands down. This is one of the best DLCs that has ever been released.     If only the base game was handled like this episode, it would be a masterpiece.

    Episode Ignis has everything, the gameplay is refined from the original game, and it tells a story worth telling. You'll know how and what things happened at a pivotal moment in the base's game main campaign, and it sure delivers, the boss fights are good and you'll have a fair amount of Ardyn as well.    If only the base game was handled like this episode, it would be a masterpiece.

    One of the highlights of this DLC is that you can have a "what if" scenario, and I won't spoil it but is a pretty neat addition and also gives a lot of charm to an already likable character that Ignis is. Speaking of Ignis, I wasn't prepared to the emotional punch fo the ending, it was beautifully crafted, scripted and acted (the Japanese voice acting never fails to amaze), so by the end of it, I was literally moved to tears.

    From the three main episodes, I can't recommend enough episode Ignis above the others, it was beyond everything I imagined and I'm sure anyone who liked or loved the base game, would like this DLC a lot.    … Expand

    If the base game had content of similar quality and entertainment value, it would've actually been a memorable iteration in the franchise's history. While episode Ignis isn't entirely flawless, it's fun, polished and adds a refreshing amount of variety in both offensive and defensive combat features that are dynamic and fairly easy to get into.     Episode Ignis is a crappy to ok dlc.

    The bad: -It lasts 1 hour -Ignis could have died like 4 times easily but it just doesn't happen (even knowing he gets to the end of the game he shouldn't have according to what happens in this dlc) -Ravous had many chances of wining but it just doesn't happen -So predictive how Ignis gets blinded -Weird voice performance (when he screams for    Episode Ignis is a crappy to ok dlc.

    Ignis is hands down my favorite character in Final Fantasy XV, and he got the most impactful Expansion of this game for sure. Not only it develops Ignis and few other characters, but it even introduces a "What If" ending that enhances the story. Ignis plays better than any other character aswell, making it a worthwhile experience.

    Ignis is hands down my favorite character in Final Fantasy XV, and he got the most impactful expansion of this game for sure.

    Not only it develops Ignis and few other characters, but it even introduces a "What If" ending that enhances the story.

    Lastly, Ignis plays better than any other character making this a worthwhile experience.

    Final Rating: "Great" ~ 8/10.

    worth it and glad to play this game again. so much memories and nostalgia within this fifteenth game in the series.

    Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis is the most impactful character episode yet, and it's easily the most essential. Those already invested in Final Fantasy XV should find a lot to like in terms of additional story elements, and Ignis' flashy, fast, and fluid fighting style keeps enemy encounters engaging. Here's hoping that future episodes build upon what this latest scenario gets right.

    Episode Ignis remains a good DLC. While inheriting some problems from the original game, the combat system revisited to adapt to the skills of Ignis is dynamic and pleasant, and the ideas to liven up the progression are not lacking.
