    What the f*** is the defence AI? It is the most horrendous thing I have ever used. It just doesn't help. Players with the ball inches away don't make the least of efforts to tackle it. Defenders only run when the attacker is already 1on1 with the keeper. Goals are so easy that every single one is equal to previous. Go waste your money on a knew sweater!

    I havent bought it, but played at my friends. We both are really good players, eve though we were able to score easily 6-7 goals. Defending is just shambles in here. Like last year the game is scripted towards the end

    FUT is shocking I wonder if my keeper is actually playing or if it is just a hologram. Every single shot goes into the net. It’s all based on pace again, yet low shot, low strength players still beat your slightly slower but supposidly better stat players. Awful !!    … Expand

    I've been playing fifa for nearly 20 years and this is the worst one they've made yet. They release the same terrible game every year now. I've never had so little fun playing a game, especially one that is based on something I love so much. If they removed the pay to win scheme in FUT the game wouldn't sell a copy.     Just everything is so bad the passing the gameplay so scripted every ball is coming back to the opponent to score the perfect rebound goals every game just no logic anymore just money for the company nothing more

    Absolutely terrible game. Been a user for almost 15 years and i can say I'm switching to pes. I've been ranked the last 6 years and been making excuses for this game but not anymore. It seems that when the game decides you are not winning you can't win easy passes go off, steal the ball but goes straight to the opponent, easy goal hits the bar or they take an extra touch so the defender orAbsolutely terrible game. I was expecting Fifa 21 to be the opposite of its predecessor, and help EA rise to glory again, but oh how I was wrong. This is easily the worst Fifa game I've ever played. And it's not the just gameplay.. Playing in the days of Fifa 12 and Fifa 13 with players like Welliton, Eminike, Agbonlahor, Dede etc. Instead of improving every year, the game is becoming worse and worse. This is the first ever time I've reviewed anything in my life, but when you get the feeling of relief, rather than joy, when you win a match of Fifa, thats how you know the game is in a bad state.… Expand

    Absolutly a pices of $#!7. Pay to win game! Defenders does not do anything. Meanwhile the Attackers can do everything! Kick off glich, script, 100 of bugs! DO NOT GET THIS GAME!! Pathetic. The ball always bounce back to your opponent.

    Absolutely awful. The animations, defending, ball physics...everything is so exaggerated and unreal. They have done nothing to improve on the previous instalment in the series. It’s a joke what they do to this beautiful game of football.

    Decepcionante trabajo de EA en este juego. La menor cantidad de novedades añadida hasta la fecha en un FIFA y la peor jugabilidad en años. Siempre este juego empieza con buen pie en cuanto a la jugabilidad, pero a los dos parches de la salida (unas semanas después) esta vuelve a ser la misma de siempre (muy simple en el online, basándose en correr y aprovecharse de exploits). El hándicapDecepcionante trabajo de EA en este juego. La menor cantidad de novedades añadida hasta la fecha en un FIFA y la peor jugabilidad en años. Siempre este juego empieza con buen pie en cuanto a la jugabilidad, pero a los dos parches de la salida (unas semanas después) esta vuelve a ser la misma de siempre (muy simple en el online, basándose en correr y aprovecharse de exploits). El hándicap continúa presente en el juego y eso hace muy injustos los partidos; y además han empeorado la interfaz con respecto a juegos anteriores. A todo esto se le suma el pay to win del online, siendo muchísimo más fácil progresar pagando por sobres de jugadores. Ya puede dar un cambio la franquicia porque actualmente este juego no merece la pena. A pesar de todo ello, posee muchos modos de juego y es entretenido de jugar con amigos. 4/10

I haven’t played PES for 10 years and I asume that clubs don’t have their original badges and kits.     If the developers were just learning to code, they would've made a better game. I can't imagine how low fifa got this year. (No wonder they didn't give us the demo)

Lee Dixon is the worst commentator of all time. In career mode it bugs out where the manager you create t gets lost and replaced. The worst game not just for football but any genre ever made. Defending this year is a joke you can tackle with Van dijk, Varane, or any op defender in the game and it will deflect back to the opponent making it a greater chance. Goalkeeping is a joke getting beaten near post or the dropping the ball and giving the opener an easy goal. The worst game what happen to the good ole days.The game state is the worst.     Game for fans who either need to work online at FUT every day, or instead want to try a modified career mode, which is starting to really look like Football Manager. Otherwise, it's a decent update for the full price. [Issue#307]

    The FIFA series desperately needs a fresh start. Right now, it relies mainly on the Ultimate Team mode and marketing, while going around in circles. Instead of leaping into the future, FIFA 21 takes half a step forward and two steps sideways in an attempt to differentiate itself from its predecessor well enough to rationalize spending money. If you already own FIFA 20 and are not addicted to Ultimate Team, you can sit this one out. [12/2020, p.44]
