    Due to the extremely effective skill-balancing system, (always finding ways to keep the scores close, artificially increasing the winning side's error frequency higher, shots going into center, or the post too frequent), you were able to keep everyone invested in the game but what you actually accomplished was dumping everyone that had cared for the game away while trying to keep the thrash in.

    In patch notes, the developers sound as if they are actively trying to fine-tune the experience but what they are actually doing is just reversing the things that required perception, anticipation and patience into things that favour "recklessness" and random chance.

    Incase your developers are NOT ill-intended businessmen; here is what the latest v2.2 introduced to the game....

    1: Goal keepers are too powerful against shots. Game at least should require the defending player to modify the keepers position to be able to save those unchallenged shots.

    2: Almost no goals outside the box, every match , everyone knows that keepers will save everything and thus everyone try to score the same goals inside the box.

    2: When a pass is played to a direction where there are two players on that direction; game always chooses the wrong passing option(the one that will get intercepted or the player on the off-side), it does not take into account the pass power for determining the intended receiver.

    3: When a pass gets intercepted by the opponent, the defenders gets confused and stop intercepting passes for a few passes, defenders despite their high defensive stats, act as if they have zero awareness. For example if your pass gets intercepted while a attacking, your opponent is able to pass to a very far player surrounded by 3 defenders easily due to defensive AI getting disabled for a few seconds.

    4: Passes goes through defender's legs despite the defender's good awareness and "interception" skills.

    5: Defenders losing balance and fall while trying to intercept the pass too frequently ( despite 80-89 defensive awareness and interception skill)

    4:Only two marking options, it should at least be three. People abusing the lack of defence options by using 2 CFs and an SS , so either one CF or the SS will be marking free. This leads to the whole user base using the same counter attacking tactic.

    5: When a pass is intercepted, the intercepting player gets unresponsive and transitioning into an attack gets more difficult than it should be due to bad passing+online latency+immediate team pressure.

    6: Cant not dash around or through sprinting head-on defenders, can not avoid sprinting defenders, almost no fouls are given against powerful teams, game

    7: Players with high attacking stats and almost no defending attributes or skills , do incredible defending for the player un-attended. Benzema, man marking a winger, Neymar shadow-marking and AMF , these are all done in favour of helping out the reckless and inferior side while the winning side gets the opposite. this not FUN.

    8: There is no effective way to reach developers, no discord channel, not a responsive twitter account, no forums, no moderator response. No developer streams where they play their own creation online against other players.

    The game completely looks like a rigged software occasionally showing glimmer of brilliance only to take it away for some time.    … Expand

    tired of playing against noobs that i would destroy with my eyes closed, but coinami helping them with retarded manipulating scripting. this game is there to push the microtransation. you need Zero skills to play this game, thats why there are 4!!!! passing options. PES IS DEAD!!!

    Lousy football game. No CooP. Ranked matches feels fixed with Rank level 9 get matched against Rank level 3. Graphics plainly sucks. Just as bad as Fifa but with less modes to play.

    Nekada sam davao 10 za omiljenu igru PES , ali vec koju godinu prevrsilu su svaku meru , tolko nepostovanje igrača , da svake godine ista priča, stalno nesto kasni, nesto nedoradjeno, pa oni kao to ispravljaju , gluposti . O uzasnom grafičkom meniju, kao da su se deca igrala , nemam reči , katastrofa.

    Sramota KONAMI , čime se bavis .

    Countless times 60 to 65 percent possession and lose by getting the only goal scored against me in the 88th minute or stoppage time. While at the same time not able to create a single chance all game long. This game has been deleted from my games list. Never deleted a game so fast and with so much certainty and relief. Even when I can create a clear goal scoring chance, 80% of the time the player doesn't score an easy chance. Ball feels like it's 50 lbs, can't create any beautiful, sweeping plays. Players won't run into space when any normal player would do it automatically. Possession games = no progression forward. The passing game in this game is just garbage. Last time this trash ever took my energy and joy. Stay away from games that take your energy. 0 stars.… Expand

    Efootball 23 is a very good game the new update bring more animations,better ball control the shooting is better, the gameplay is more more fluid and the game is rewarding gives you much more efootball points,gp points so is not pay to win much more rewarding than fifa.... So yeah give this game a chance its much more better than efootball 22 since the new updates patches and changes!!!

    I can only give 6 for the lack of content but It is much better. There are not many licensed teams but it Is more of a football game now.

    eFootball 2023 is a huge improvement when compared to its predecessor.
    I am really enjoying the gameplay from all aspects so far; it actually reminds me of the genuine Winning Eleven/PES feeling (with a more realistic approach)...and all for free:)

    ignoring the various bugs is a viable alternative to fifa. Some say it's buggy, with an outdated system and few game options, but being free I think it's normal. If you want to play a quiet game of football without spending anything, I recommend this game

Well, this is the perfect example of Konami doing what EA does best, makes low quality games ( by that I mean that the game is full of bugs and that the game doesn't differs much from its predecessor) with many ways to pick pocketsAfter Konami renamed its successful sports game PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) into eFootball I already knew that the game franchise was coming to its downfall.     Well, what could you expect from a free-to-play game, well, microtransactions of course and the worst thing is there are almost to no singleplayer modes, we all remember PES from its „Master League“ and „Become a Legend“ game modes, well in this game apart from the multiplayer, the only thing you have is „Trial Match“ with just few clubs available to choose, no „Custom Championships“, no „Custom Leagues“, nothing.
    What else to say, well, the game does use Unreal Engine, but the latest PES I have, PES 2019 looks 10x better than this, no shadows, blurry edges, grass details non-existent, user interface makes your eyes wanna scream and also always the same recycled commentaries and no fans chanting.
    Just 30% of all clubs are licensed and almost only 5% of them available in „Trail Match“.

    All in all I would rather recommend you to buy an older game of either PES or FIFA for 20$ or lower as this game isn't worth it even if it's for free. Better to spend some money into a higher quality game than to spend money on this and then after a year or so, Konami releases a new title and then turns off the servers of the older one which makes all your hard earned money a waste.    … Expand

    Not much to say really.. Konami from a gaming company messed everything up and decided to focus on mobile and card games. They created a mobile game and launched it for consoles as well. Graphics and sounds its nothing special bui its not bad either. The main problem with the game its the messed up mechanics and AI that make it unplayble.     eFootball wasn't always my favorite. I enjoyed PES much much more. For me the biggest issue is the lack of content. The game is 50 GB big, More than in FIFA, but where does it go? Since release, im waiting for at least some kind of career mode. Download eFootball when you're genuinely tired of FIFA. It makes kind of fun. Eu poderia ter uma auto-responsabilidade e dizer que eu que sou ruim mesmo, ou que é meu controle de 5 anos atrás que está quebrado, entretanto em outros jogos o controle funciona perfeitamente, e nesse, ele se recusa a aceitar os comandos.     Giocato dal day one e questo gioco è feccia allo stato puro. Non merita neanche il titolo di peggior gioco calcistico di sempre poiché sarebbe già qualcosa. L'intelligenza artificiale è scandalosa, dal punto di vista tecnico non sembra minimamente un titolo che usa l'Unreal Engine, pochissime modalità, pochissime licenze e un livello di difficoltà imbarazzante nel costruire una squadraGiocato dal day one e questo gioco è feccia allo stato puro. Non merita neanche il titolo di peggior gioco calcistico di sempre poiché sarebbe già qualcosa. L'intelligenza artificiale è scandalosa, dal punto di vista tecnico non sembra minimamente un titolo che usa l'Unreal Engine, pochissime modalità, pochissime licenze e un livello di difficoltà imbarazzante nel costruire una squadra regalando calciatori over90 come se fossero caramelle. Gameplay di una lentezza indescrivibile, basti pensare che per passare il pallone spesso e volentieri passano secondi e il dribbling è pressoché impossibile da realizzare. Fisica del pallone scriptata dato che il 90% delle volte in cui il pallone viene parato dal portiere va in automatico sui piedi dell'altro giocatore avversario a cui basta semplicemente toccare il pallone per far goal. A proposito, lo script è presente in maniera assoluta, i tuoi giocatori passano dall'essere dei fenomeni a dei pipponi nell'arco di minuti, non riuscendo per interi minuti se non intere partite a passare palloni a calciatori liberi a pochi metri da loro nonostante siano dei calciatori over90. In conclusione, avendomi procurato un nervosismo incredibile per mesi essendo a dir poco frustrante, se chiudessero i server e fallisse il team di sviluppo stappo lo champagne.… Expand

    KONAMI used to have amazing PES games but when it become Efootball. It turn down really bad and I hate this game so much. Worse Football SIM game I have ever play.
    Please bring back PES Series, KONAMI! And don't mess anything up again. I'm begging you. Make it pay-to-play again. Or just learn to play actual football before make any game about football. Please

    Uninstall. Online match, script match. Youre skillful but if the system want you lose you surely lose. You shoot hit the crossbar etc. You never make a goal. Unreasonable pinalty. Unreasonable free kick. Your opponent just make a normal shoot and your goalkeeper suddenly become noob goalkeeper and your opponent make a goal. Do not install this game. The system in this game is failure

    Konami is done. Dead. Bad servers, AI is a mess, it's impossible to play more than 2 matches without a connection problem, Lag all over the place.

    It seems like this year’s edition of eFootball needed to take more risks. There is too much invested in licenses and petty makeup and next to nothing to improve the core and the heart of this beloved game. It may be free to play, but it is also free to pass. EFootball fans deserve more than this.
