It's a fun novel game with some unique mechanics and ideas. A great and faithful remake, but ultimately this game was forgotten for a reason and hasnt aged particularly well.

Answer: 75 characters is between 10 words and 19 words with spaces included in the character count. If spaces are not included in the character count, then 75 characters is between 12 words and 25 words.

I played Destroy All Humans! (2020) in 2020 and thought it was a great game that I liked.

It retains the same feel and the graphics are so well done. This is a genuine attempt at a remake and thank you so much Black Forest, they have executed excellently and sets a standard. Old and new fans will love this, the story is on point, it's very well polished and is so much smoother (probably even better on next gen consoles). Holds replay ability value too, for cosmetics and upgrades.

The game had nice graphics and a tolerable story, but I LOVED the game-play. Shooting the zapper and using the anal probe to stealth kill, it was just fun. I would have given a 9, but i suffered on getting the ace of space trophy for platinum. The last mission I needed is a hoverboard mission through the city, which is rng determined and also BS. 8/10, could be better

I give it a 10 strictly from being a fan of the first 2 when I was a kid. This is probably top 3 remakes of all time it is extremely well done and if it looks just a little interesting to you get it don’t even think about it . Also part 2 Remake should be out this year so I’m excited about that love this series!!!

Bought this remake out of nostalgia. Remember my childhood friend used to play this all the time. It’s a real fun experience, just the way I remember. A lot of charm, and stupid fun in a good way. Controls are very smooth and easy to use. It’s like GTA, but alien style!

I picked up a physical copy of this Destroy All Humans game at a local GameStop for the excellent price of $9 NEW! I hadn’t played any version of DAH old or new. It’s an old school game where you can have a lot of fun destroying the environment & people in a lighthearted manner. A good game that’s not serious, stressful & allow you to escape into some goofball fun. 8 out of 10 for me playing on a PS4 Pro. I’m guessing all versions are similar. Expand

The controls are solid and the open world feel makes it fun. You can travel back to certain areas before you complete the game too. Finding the collectibles and doing the various challenges are possibly one of the best features in the game. Although, finding drones, for instance, is going to require a web tutorial unless one wants to scour every inch of every level. At least one level has 50 drones to find. The difficulty level was solid also - with the exception of at least one of the challenges and the Silhouette boss fight which was just a ridiculously disproportionately more difficult fight compared to anything leading up to it. The game could have scored higher if not for those kinds of cheesy difficulty aberrations.

The upgrades are attainable and the weapon variety gives each battle or stealth mission a degree of freedom in how to approach, which makes it fun and replayable.

The visuals are nice and the terrains and settings are large and fitting. The humans and government are a little stereotypically dumb, but in a way, that fits with the silliness of the game. I also do have a preference for games with recharging energy and health, and this game delivers.

It can be a little crass at times, but nothing compared to some of the foul-mouthed and worse obscene games out there.

Destroy All Humans! is a good remake overall. The story and humor are probably the best part, though gameplay is often very enjoyable too. There are some technical issues when there is much going on at the same time, but playing this game is still an advisable experience.

Game was great untill the final boss just convoluted the game and splashes lasers everywhere and having the red screen appear and stuttering frame rate has put me so off from the game. Original game had a fun challenge with the final boss but this remake ruins it entirely.

Good remake. Pretty mush same game but better graphics. Still fun to play today, but all the time you can see shortcomings and understand that its game from 2005 :) I dont think it will work for new people. But for old fans is good.

You get what you paid for and then some. If you were a fan of the original game from 2005 then you'll LOVE this again with updated graphics but keeping the core gameplay and story exactly the same.
If you take a 50's Sci-Fi B movie but make it into a video game then this is what you get, a silly action game that makes you, quite literally as the title implies, destroy all humans.

Crypto 137 is probably one of the most hilarious, likeable and playable, "bad guy" in any video game. His dialogue and the way he acts is what I imagine an Alien who truly doesn't give a crap about Earth or his missions. Well maybe not talk perfect English but I digress.
Set in 1950's America, you and your forces travel to Earth to find another member of your species but soon discover a bigger plot on this planet and it's up to you to uncover it and destroy it before the whole world finds out.
Not much else I can say except I would recommend this to anyone because it's a super fun game that is truly easy to beat but rewarding especially if you want to complete every side missions and stuff.
Here's hoping we get a remake of Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.

Its a blast from the past, everything a remaster needs to be.
If you didnt played the original i recommend picking this up its only 40 bucks and a great run for a platinum trophy. Even the people who played the original on PS2 this still was as enjoyable as back then if not more because the imrpoved graphics!

Proof that games made during the 5th and 6th generation we're the best as this game joins many others as a remake or remaster. My only issues with this game are that after completing it and achieving all the trophies, there isn't much replayability. You unlock everything and then there isn't much to do that you haven't done before. Though it is replayable if you leave the game on your shelf for a while and come back to play it again. A simple fix could be to have a mission creator for the community to establish. Overall though, I hope the rest of the destroy all humans games get the same treatment this one received. Expand

The worst part is, is that I am a huge completionist with trophies so now I am going through absolutely miserable, poorly check pointed, rage trying to beat this game. The worst part is probably the fact that I have had the health bar of the final boss completely empty two or three times now and that isn't when they die. Expand

This game is exactly what it set out to be. A freshly coated Destroy all Humans!. The charm of this game is forever. It will be the most appealing to fans like me however I think the silliness is entertaining to people who have never played it either. This is a budget title for a reason, it wasn't deceiving anybody however I am so glad THQ Nordic did this. Hoping this trend continues.

Brilliant remake, a new classic, having so much fun with it, I loved this game as a kid and Black Forest and THQ have done a fantastic job of reminding me of that with updated gameplay mechanics, graphics and additional content. Bring on Destroy All Humans 2 remake!!!

a trip to childhood, improved the graphics without forgetting the soul of the game.
a lot of improvements that makes each choice feel unique, the bad thing is that it is too stealthy and has a repetitive dialogue, but taking that out is pretty good.

Such a rad remake!! Destroy all Humans takes you back to the days when game developers put their love into a game and took chances that would be deemed heresy nowadays. This game is a breath of fresh air even for being a remake and anybody who loves or misses that old ps2 feeling should give it a shot!

Another masterfully done remake from top to bottom. Jump into an aliens skin and reek havoc upon the humans with blasters and space saucers. New and old players should definitely look to picking this remake up.

Mission objectives are simplistic and the multiple sandbox maps are small by modern standards, but creative abuse of the game’s destructive weapons never fails to raise a smile. A welcome reinvasion. [Issue#179, p.70]

A decent remaster. Despite some shortcomings it still is fun to join the destructive alien on his adventure, that not only appeals to a new audience, but to old Crypto-fans alike.
