    I like this game. Got this edition when it came out. Nice controls, graphics, sound. It's easy to level up and get geared up and do dungeons - heroic dungeons and finally raiding/heroic raiding. I still haven't done raids but I can't wait! If I had friends to play with it would be amazing.

    Some quests need a team to trigger and that's frustrating.

    I did not buy Destiny when it came out so when I jumped in it was with this version which had all the expansions and I played with friends online so I enjoyed Destiny. It is a very solid shooter and although the story is a disappointment there is a lot of fun to be had if you play with friends.

The new user interfaces are a nice treat, but let's be honest, these things should have been here since day one. There are still gaping holes in the story, massive caverns of missed mechanics - trade system, in game economy, in game chat, or what the actual point of a ship is supposed to be?

    Overall Destiny the taken King is a step in the right direction for Bungie, and although it isn't perfect it has made a lot of improvements. The taken King improves on the lackluster story and provides more content for year one players. Destiny still isn't what we hoped for before releasing, but it's getting there.

    With the release of The Taken King Activision seeks to be the first company ever to pull a "fast one" on the general public by basically telling its current users to pay of GTFO (quit). If you have destiny and have not upgraded they have taken away most of the core game to the point that it is worse than a DEMO. What you can do is limited to irrelevant content. You cant buy any gear old or new. You cant level up to compete in Iron banner or Trials of Osiris, 2 of the competitive PVP modes. You are denied access to daily story missions and daily pvp games which earn currency to make purchases, and they also no longer sell old gear so if you don't already have some your up the creek. You are denied access to the nightfall strike, which has some of the best gear drops and challenging game play. You are denied access to heroic strike playlist.

    Basically you are denied playing a game that you already spent $60-$100 unless you pay them an additional $40 for another lackluster DLC. That is if you live in the US, other countries like Australia, and India get to pay $70-$90 US dollars for the exact same product.

    Activision is trying to set a bad precident in gaming. They want you to continually be forced into a more and more expensive upgrade to play a product you already purchased, and they want you to so grateful that you'll "throw money at the screen" (Luke Smith Bungie creative designer)    … Expand

    I got this bundle for 30 euros and I must say, this was totally worth it! The last time I really enjoyed a first person shooter this much, was when I last played the original FEAR. It just feels so good. Already put in more than 20 hours and still enjoying it. Looking forward to see where Bungie goes from here.

    I only began playing Destiny after the Taken King release, bought the legendary edition, and boy I love this game! Don't know what were the issues in the past, but now this game is simply great. I rarely give 10/10 and even more rarely I give this mark to a FPS, but Destiny Taken King Legendary Edition most definitely deserve it! Me and my friends we're having a blast with this game everyI only began playing Destiny after the Taken King release, bought the legendary edition, and boy I love this game! Don't know what were the issues in the past, but now this game is simply great.     Sure, there are still issues, but that's normal for every game. However the sheer entertainment this game provides is simply unmatched. Loot is great - I keep coming back to the base with full inventory, coop is great, lots of content, lots of replay-ability potential. I love this game!    … Expand

    I saw the ratings for this game and thought they were so ridiculous. 3.4 average?! I can see how year one players could be mad, but theyre being ridiculous. Anyway, i absolutely freakin love this game. This is the only destiny version I've had, and I can tell you theres a whole lot of content for 60 dollars.
