    The most boring game I’ve ever played. I’m actually pretty sad because I was really hyped for this game but it was just a chore to play. The story was good but that hardly matters if the gameplay was terrifically bad. It was basically just a delivery simulator with good cutscenes. This should’ve been a movie.

    This game is a masterpiece.
    The gameplay is about planning a route and overcoming obstacles. Expect a beautiful scenario and an amazing soundtrack that is so well designed, that will give you emotions such as loneliness and accomplishment depending on the situation you are in. It’s not for everyone, but for those who can really appreciate the emotion that the game intends to make you feel,    This game is a masterpiece.

    The story is nothing less than what we can expect from Kojima, and is very rewarding to finally see how it turns out.
    Multiplayer is also very satisfying, something I’ve seen only in Journey, where strangers help each other out.

    This is obviously one of the most divisive games in recent memory. I’ve seen some say it’s an astounding achievement and others say it’s downright terrible. I fall somewhere in the middle. It’s very pretty to look at and the story is somewhat interesting. The performances are all very well done too. But, that’s where the good things stop. I found it to be a chore just to play. In fact, it’s like you’re working for the USPS, all the while micromanaging constantly. It’s certainly a double-edged sword. It has its pros and cons, I just feel like it ultimately ends up being average. I want to see Kohima do some type of horror game next.… Expand

    Ok entiendo por qué a algunas personas no les gusta este juego, es cierto que no es para todo el mundo. Hace un montón de cosas nuevas en términos de juego, rima y narrativa, pero en serio, no merece esa puntuación de usuario, es injusto. No confíes en el bombardeo de revisión.

    No es un juego aburrido, pero es lento. es un juego que tienes que jugar de cierta manera.     No es un juego aburrido, pero es lento. es un juego que tienes que jugar de cierta manera. No es el tipo de juego que pones cuando regresas del trabajo y tienes una hora para jugar. Tienes que empatizar con los personajes y el mundo para obtener la experiencia completa. Si lo juegas como tiene que ser, pasarás muchas horas ayudando a la gente, tomando su carga perdida y usando estructuras de otras personas. O simplemente ver los paisajes y explorar. En serio, es fácil invertir más tiempo que piensas lejos de la narrativa, pero como dije, si no puedes hacerlo, probablemente este juego no es para ti.

    Ahí es cuando los conceptos de conexión se hacen más fuertes. La comunidad siempre está tratando de ayudarse mutuamente a construir estructuras, o dejando sus herramientas para ayudarse unos a otros, sin esperar nada a cambio. La comunidad es saludable y colaborativa.

    Tiene algunos segmentos de acción que son "ok", nada nuevo pero lejos de terrible, un poco genérico, tal vez. Pero este juego es más fuerte en los pequeños momentos y eventos, cuando por ejemplo sufres mules ataque cuando estás lleno de carga. No es para el combate: es por la tensión, tienes miedo de perder tus cosas porque era muy difícil de obtener, y perderlo no es una opción. O los primeros encuentros con los VT, tu estrategia vs el tiempo...

    Me encanta este juego, en serio. No es perfecto, no es para todos, pero si tienes un poco de criterio en los videojuegos creo que puedes apreciar las grandes cosas de este juego.

    Como currículum...

    Pros:
    -Una propuesta de juego arriesgada y revolucionaria que se siente muy original y hace que una tarea repetitiva de otro videojuego sea muy entretenida
    -La historia es increíble y los personajes, la tradición y el universo son muy únicos.
    -A medida que avanza el juego, siempre tienes nuevas opciones, herramientas y descubrir cosas nuevas.
    -Los momentos de "música" son simplemente increíbles. Un montón de "momentos bonitos" para recordar mientras se juega.
    -Las características en línea añaden mucha profundidad en el juego. El complejo es increíble.

    Contras:

    -Las primeras 1-2 horas (+/-) son un poco extrañas, tu conexión con el mundo hace frío y no tienes información sobre nada en el primer segmento.
    -Si no te gusta el juego lento, tal vez este juego no tiene demasiados segmentos de acción para usted.
    -Un poco más de variedad en las condiciones de carga de las misiones sería genial
    -Jugar sin conexión mata la experiencia.    … Expand

    A great post-apocalyptic world but the gameplay is so bad and boring. Completing the plot is enough. Don't try to get Platinum 100% walkthrough, it's a waste of time

Very beautiful world, amazing graphics and wonderful scenario. Sound design and soundtracks on next level. Gameplay is very interesting exactly by the thing many players don't like: you have to manage your inventory well and carefully, you need to calculate your route and think your every step. Atmosphere drops you inside the world you're playing and you feel that fear when these "Things" appear around! You are teleported into brand new post apocalypse world which you haven't seen ever. You collect the story of the world piece by piece and you feel for every character in this game for they all are alive!
    Game contains so many easter eggs that make it even more interesting and beautiful. There is huge amount of secrets and side mission are also impressive. Finishing side missions never was so enjoyable and easy. Also the game was never so rewarding.
    But after all this game is not one that any person will like, it is oriented for only narrow type of people who will like it.    … Expand

    Great story, immersive world, wonderful characters, BUT the gameplay is pretty bad. With the repetitiveness of just delivering packages, you would get bored pretty fast and the lack of combat just makes it worst. Often it best that you just run away from the thieves the fact killing them plants bb's.

    Basically it's a walking simulator with a big ass world repeating **** 24/7

    I never was a Kojima fanboy but this game clearly made me one. Despite many people claming about the boringness of this game, its slowness and calmness combined with great soundtrack and story made me absolutely love it.

    - разработчик (который гений) полностью не уважает и ненавидит своего игрока, заставляет выполнять самые нудные задания и заниматься просто анонизмом, долбиться об камни часами на мотоцикле (автомобиль там вообще просто бесящее говно), падать, все ронять и собирать. ходить по одним и тем же местам туда/сюда снова и снова с тупыми заданиями.
    + сюжет (опять же сюжет подается не постепенно, а только в самом конце и снова все затянуто)
    + актеры и графика

    древняя игра "вангеры" про доставку - на голову продуманнее.

    но самое ужасное - это реакция "говорящих голов" - проплаченных стримеров и журналистов о том, что игра шедевр. Игра просто лютое говно. Ужаснее и скучнее я еще не видел. Грош цена всему журналистскому сообществу, кто освещал эту игру и пел ей дифирамбы.    … Expand

    **** Standing. This game is so annoying in so many ways... The first 30 mins are great, lots of expectations, nice graphics, cool music... Soon you realize the storytelling is slow and bad done, and the game becomes boring and repetitive, far too long and... uuugr I regret so much having paid for it...

    I’ve taken **** that are more interesting and fun than the gameplay. The story is as per Kojima MO convoluted and makes no sense. Now I completely understand why he was fired from Konami, he’s a hack who wants to make **** movies and his games are now just as bad as his cut scenes. Avoid at all costs.

    Walking sim delivery service game. Looks great, but boring as hell! The graphics are great, but the fact that most of is, is carrying supplies ftom a to b, is just so boring and repetitive.

    Not the best AAA ps4 game!

    Interesting game, I like how different it is. Very beautiful and has a nicely moody soundtrack and unique world. The downside is that around 90% of the characters are white men. Very little diversity. Very few women and those that do exist are pretty one-note (they all seem to be "mother" figures).

    Death Stranding is creating a new game genre and therefore paves its own path towards more interactive experiences. It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
