Nov 29, 2020The developers and even in the game it claims it is enhance this is a lie. There is no enhancements on the Xbox or PS4 version the game is 1080p 30 frames which is crazy being an isometric game. The game itself is average at best but I can't abide Studios lying to their customers I've wasted my money on this game.

Apr 1, 2020no, no, no! not at all happy with the overhead perspective. i absolutely HATE it. i cant even get interested enough to play it. i wish i hadnt bought it, thinking it would be like the other darksiders. One popular phrase says it all: IF IT AINT BROKEN, DONT FIX IT!

Oct 7, 2021Platforming has not worked properly in any Darksider game I have played and that would be all of them now. Platforming and puzzling in this series is dog **** I know these games could be really good but they are always disappointing. I am done with this developer

Apr 9, 2021If you wanted to continue Darsiders, why did you change the core gameplay? This is terrible. Also the guy that designed SCAR level should never ever work as a game designer...

Nov 15, 2021While by no means the pinnacle of the series, it’s a more than worthy successor to Vigil Games’ legacy and a very enjoyable action-adventure title that fans will get a kick out of. I can only hope that Airship Syndicate will one day be able to finally give us the conclusion to this epic saga of Heaven, Hell, and the Balance between them.

Apr 22, 2020Darksiders Genesis is a pretty good spin-off to the main series. For sure, it will entertain and please the fans.

Playstation Official Magazine UKMar 12, 2020It’s a terrifically fun game to throw on, whether you’re playing alone or with a mate, and it proves that Darksiders still has plenty of stories to tell. [Issue#173, p.91]
