Mar 1, 2022Opening up the gruesome and adult world of Conan to school-aged children is a hilarious surprise but Chop Chop’s greatest feat is lowering the rogue-lite barrier of entry for the curious solo adventurer or group only to slay them mercilessly.

Mar 23, 2022While it can be very challenging for solo players at first, when playing with others Conan Chop Chop is a great party game that will have you coming back for more.

Mar 1, 2022Conan Chop Chop does its duty: you can play it for a big bunch of hours enjoying the gameplay and the combat dynamics. It's not a revolution of the genre or an important evolution but playing it with some friends can be really fun.

Apr 8, 2022Conan Chop Chop is a friendly rogue lite, which goes beyond the joke by offering a fun universe, lots of weapons to try and above all a fun co-op experience. Rather not recommended for solo play, the title is not without flaws and makes some questionable gameplay choices, but there is still a rather good surprise that has the merit of not taking itself seriously.

Mar 28, 2022Conan Chop Chop offers a (mostly) lovingly violent local co-up dungeon crawling experience. Sadly, a few too many frustrating gameplay issues rather take the shine off what would otherwise be a brilliant party game.

Mar 9, 2022With a simple but cute art style that’s hard not to love, and an enjoyable gameplay loop that sees you hacking and slashing your way through a range of well-designed enemies, there’s plenty to like about Conan Chop Chop. If you dig roguelikes and enjoy being challenged to improve yourself with each subsequent run, it’s well worth jumping into.
