    Let’s be clear that while Code51: Mecha Arena looks good and the gameplay design makes for a comfortable fighting title, it does still feel like its lacking substance. With so few additional options it can’t compete with Archangel: Hellfire for shear gameplay finesse. Code51: Mecha Arena needs more, otherwise it’s one of those videogames that’s great for 30 minutes or so before you want to move onto something else.

On the one hand, in the long run, the content we receive is modest, there are no campaigns, no other game modes, and the map is only 3. On the other hand, the fight itself can be engaging and in 15-30 minutes you can de-stress in VR. In total, at the current price of PLN 67 this is not such a bad investment, although in a PLN 40 price would be even better.

    I've wanted a multiplayer mecha game since the beginning of PSVR This game does not fulfill that desire. I appreciate that there a decent number of mechs to choose from and that they each have their own unique abilities and feel different. But the lack of music, terrible sound design, poor online structure, lack of game modes, and lack of maps make this game a huge, unfinished disappointment.
