Nov 18, 2020i loved every second of this game it has an intriguing story, a loveable cast and an amazing soundtrack
if you like graphic novels, detective stories and noir settings then this is a must buy! -
Jan 14, 2022I enjoyed this. a good story, i liked the character design. it borders on a visual novel with a few little mini game and action sequences to keep it flowing. it's a short game and leaves some loose ends. looking forward to a sequel.

Nov 16, 2021Great voice-acting, unique atmosphere, memorable characters and decent story. A bit too short, can't wait for 2nd part.

Mar 3, 2022For me, it was a little bit boring and short. Which is contradictory, isnt it? The game lacks of more shooting scenes. The plot is ok. I missed more attention to details, for example, at the end, you'll get a telephone number. It could be awesome if there was a minimalistic plot around it if you call it, making the game more replayable. But i guess, it's actually entertaining to play it once.

Sep 20, 2022Surprisingly GREAT.
Great voice acting, great aesthetics, great characters, good humor. It doesnt promise to much but it delivers a great experience. Short but fun.
One of the best main characters i've played. -
Apr 28, 2023It's clucking masterpiece
great voice acting
interesting story
more than visual novel -
Aug 10, 2023This was fun. A fantastic plot, and the character designs were great. It has a few brief minigames and action scenes to keep it moving, but it also resembles a visual novel. It's a brief game that has some unfinished business.

Playstation Official Magazine UKDec 14, 2020From the cinematics to the script to the sound design, Chicken Police delivers. If you’re a lover of film noir aesthetics and solid witty dialogue, peck it up. [Issue#183, p.67]

Dec 2, 2020Chicken Police is far better than I'd expected it to be, due in no small part to the way it nails the noir aesthetic. It's clearly had a lot of care and attention put into it, with puns, jokes and background information tucked behind every corner and in every bit of dialogue. It's a surprise, but Chicken Police is excellent and comes highly recommended to anyone whose egg it pickles.

Nov 18, 2020Chicken Police is not the most innovative or complex adventure game, but it is one of the most atmospheric ones. It is immersive and fun, with an excellent soundtrack and stellar voice acting. The puzzles are a bit simple and limited in number, but you will not miss them so much thanks to the excellent story and well-written dialogues. The noir atmosphere is the most important element of the recipe, Chicken Police charming you from the very first minutes and guiding you gently to the end by fueling your sense of accomplishment with new discoveries. It is not perfect, but it is an experience you will not regret.
