    This games multiplayer is pretty good. The gun play was improved from BO4 and time to kill is a win or a loose. The maps are ok but the new map that released is better and there are no loot boxes. The campaign is kind of historically incorrect and makes the Russian Army seem like Nazis. Also, I'm an American.

    I hate when people say that this game is trash, its really good, the campaing is really good and i enjoy it, maybe it could be longer but this is and introduction to a new story so i could say that its really enjoyable, in the MP i hate that there are just campers anywhere but discarting that its really good too.

    Do not purchase this game. It’s trash Pros : graphic, sound

    Cons 1. Balance(still M4 is king) 2. Match making(They don’t separate Micr & Pad, so usually players turn off Cross matching)
    3. Map design : Most map is good for camping and we can’t select map when game starts. The system managers are lier. I will never buy Activion game again

    Great campaign. Awful multiplayer. A game designed for campers. It's actually sad with all the hype. Hopefully upcoming updated can fox the problem. Otherwise I don't see support for this game on forward.

    Probably the best COD since MW2 in my opinion. More realism makes this game much more fun than a few of it's predecessors. It is definitely frustrating to turn corners and be blown to pieces by a random claymore is super frustrating to the point of wanting to turn the game off the best way I know how... RAGE QUIT!!!     Infinity Ward once again proved that they are the true developers of the game.
    The game is incredibly beautiful even on PS4 Slim ( if the console was more powerful in 2 times, then the graphics would be even better )

They make the Russian look like evil monsters and even though it's set in a fictional country, they manage to slip in actual places and events. Way to go, Infinity Ward, this game can actually pass as anti-Russian propaganda and you got the game banned in Russia.

    The multiplayer is a mess. I don't know if the maps are good or bad because I die at spawn constantly. I'm not sure how the playtesters at Infinity Ward played these maps, but it sure isn't the way they're playing now. The ground war maps are a sniper's paradise.

    The spec ops is a shell of its former self. It's boring and in no way could keep your attention long enough to get through the four boring operations. Not only that! The spec ops doesn't even tie in with the campaign. It's just filler. At least the spec ops missions in mw3 happened alongside the story. I would not know how the survival mode it because I am on pc and cannot afford a $300 Playstation 4.    … Expand

They are trying to protect new players instead of letting them learn the traditional play style of Call of Duty. Camping is a terrible problem right now and the maps are awful… Expand

    Worst call of duty I have ever played. No skill ceiling since the TTK is like 1 bullet and the maps are porous enough to where you can be shot from any direction or angle. Moreover, most maps have layers which just adds to the rng factor. This game is no longer about skill, it's more about rng in that winning a gun fight consists solely of being in the right place in relation to yourWorst call of duty I have ever played. Also, the game seems to have SBMM; this holds no place in a casual game because people are not going to be having fun constantly having to try their absolute hardest like it's a damn competition. We want a matchmaking based on connection rather than skill because otherwise everyone is going to be experiencing issues with lag and latency coupled with a very short time to kill. Overall, the game is a mess, and I recommend you avoid it. Any previous CoD title will be better than this heaping pile of garbage.… Expand

    Still have many glitches and they still can't fix rooms, always losing but at the top of my team. Does not make any sense. My KD is great, but win loss ratio sucks. Fix it!!!

    I bought this game out of anger due to the review bombing. Using a grudge against people who worked tirelessly on a passion project is simply, just wrong.

    This is a re-imagining / prequel possibly to the MW line of the series. The story is tight and fleshed out, the visuals and sound are fantastic. The “realistic” difficulty (basically just no HUD) was a lot of fun to play through. The    I bought this game out of anger due to the review bombing.     Single player- excellent. Really a new breath of fresh air in the series. Taking risks and really stretching the boundaries.

    Highway of Death is American crime, not Russian. The whole game is Russia-hating and it's great nobody believes Activision nonsense.
    Game play is just the same as 10 years ago, nothing changes at all. They try to sell you the same game the 5th and 6th time, every time with worse and worse story (lie).

    Absolutely enjoyable game, beautiful, realistic. Whole time feels like I'm in mission, I'm soldier ect. For me game is 10/10 but i give 8 because of Russians and politics. We all know Russians are innocent about this mess in Syrisa

    The campaign sadly is ok, the first hour is amazing but then it just goes dark to shock the player, which I don’t agree on, it has to feel earned not just their for shock value. The ending feels rushed, sure it has some nice callbacks but I didn’t care to this new reboot so I will probably skip mw2 reboot.     The multiplayer is insulting. Too slow and way too many windows which lead to campers, which just ruins the experience for me and many others. The maps are horrible and very few variety between them. Ground War is the best mode but sadly it only has two maps and is very barebones.

    Special Ops is horrible and is way too difficult and tedious. What a way to ruin an absolute classic mode which now sadly is just their for nostalgia and buying purposes.    … Expand

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
