    Call of duty as it meant to be. Boots to the ground and modern day weaponry is what community asked for the last years and now we have it. One of the best shooters I have ever played and believe me I have played a lot.

    These 0 reviews and their quotes and reasoning make me want to play this game that much more. My favorite quote thus far is the one where a guy complains about how mean the game is to Russia and then says it's likely to be censored by the government there. Gold. Something tells me the next season of Jack Ryan won't be a fave here either. I love Russians.... Artemi Panarin!

    Best COD in years!!! MP is awesome, with a lot of options, crossplay and no paid DLC!!! Campaign and coop modes are excellent too!! This is the COD game the community was hoping for!!! Congrats Infinity Ward!!!

    I grew up with COD and started to play since COD 2. The franchise became too repetitive so I took a break for a few years right after COD Ghosts. Key points for me and observations made since COD Ghosts:
    - the single campaign is absolutely great. One of the best I’ve ever played in my life.    OK clearly everyone is upset about Russians labelled as the bad guys. Fair enough sensitive people.
    I grew up with COD and started to play since COD 2. The franchise became too repetitive so I took a break for a few years right after COD Ghosts. Key points for me and observations made since COD Ghosts:
    - the single campaign is absolutely great. One of the best I’ve ever played in my life. Yes a lot of people are morally upset but that’s how society is turning into. Soon you won’t be able to fart freely without offending anyone
    - the MP has - imo- greatly changed. It’s not the COD I used to know (spray and pray, SMG running, dual G18 spray), it feels more tactical, slightly slower pace which allows you to plan and think! You can now revive team mates which is interesting

    Game is very nice. Constant updates. Added warzone which is currently imo the best battle royale game mode to date. Very nice skins and operatives that give no competitive advantage. The money you spend is just for cosmetic purposes. Story was amazing. Every one here complaining about the Russian storyline have no clue what they are saying. In war there is always an enemy.     I see the Russian bots have reached Metacritic too nowadays. Saying that the games is "russophobic" is ridiculous. In the game you work together with Russian agents against the evil Russian general! Also, the Americans are portrayed negatively several times in the game, including dishonorably abandoning their allies (just like real life). What are you all talking about?     Playtime 22 days. Its my first cod. Love it. Graphics and updates are great. Warzone is much fun but i prefer multi-player.

    First of all the campaign is amazing, so hats off to IW for pulling this off! Second, the multiplayer is awesome. It brings back the great times I had with the original MW trilogie. This is what we needed! And finally spec ops is back! Always fun to play with my friends!

    Forgot to mention something important! NO lootbox anymore!

    Very good and realistic game, main campaign is well written. Do not listen to russian trolls, that down vote this game, because they don't have healthy distance to their country, and as long as some other country is portayed as evil, (and what is very ironic, a lot of US citizens are main antagonists, like in MW2) everything is fine. But when poor, "perfect" Russia is portrayed as that,Very good and realistic game, main campaign is well written.     Hands down, the best COD since MW2. Everything about the game has been reimagined to be incredibly pro-player. The gunplay is sublime, graphics are best in series, maps are intricate and fun, all play styles are catered for, some actual depth to the game for the first time in a long time.

А вообще там отличная стрельба, отличная графика, в мультиплеер появилась техника как в батлфилд, все очень круто. Я бы ещё в режим большой войны добавил разрушаемость.!Отличная игра, кремлеботы пытаются обрушить рейтинг игры. В этой игре хороший сюжет, да один полковник поехал головой и все.     This is an excellent COD after a string of hits and misses. Not sure why there are so many complaints about Russians being the villains. COD has always taken on dictatorships, and unfortunately the country is still being lead by one of the worst dictators this world has ever known. Solid game with great multiplayer.

    Perfect FPS everyone has been waiting for! Great graphics, gameplay and single player campaign. This game depicts the horror of war excellently; especially the part when you play as young girl trying to escape from russian soldiers. I have played 10 hours, and still have a lot to do in this game. Great buy!

    Wow! Just played a few hours with friends and it's amazing! There's not much to complain about - spawn kills are still a thing from time to time but I guess they'll get rid of this in that title. Finally, cross-platform is available. Love it!

It's criminally short and for this, the game suffers. MP is pretty straight and not too much to rant about. Visuals are fantastic, there is much to see. A very beautiful game.

The movement, awareness and randomness is pretty much a cornerstone of the game. That’s why COD veterans can have problems with it — it’s hard to completely predict the outcome. Compared to just released Cold War — the game designSpeaking of SnD — One of the best COD games. Sophisticated map design instead of primitive 3 lane map layout.     This game is just soo much fun, i haven't had fun in years in a cod game, neither in Battlefield, it really feels good when you play it, feels satisfying.

    The bad is having really high ping in some matches, but the game is really good.

    They keep adding maps and weapons each season, i really love some items on season 4 so i had to buy it, im having a blast with friends in crossplay.

    Ignore the bad reviews it’s just people that are offended by the campaign I take it. People need to realize it’s just a game. I haven’t played campaign but I have the multiplayer. It’s freaking amazing it’s more tactical and a little more slow pace which I love. 10/10

    If you like COD or FPS in general, this game will deliver on several occasions. Firstly, Let me address the Multiplayer critiques.

    This multiplayer is not perfect. Some would say it needs a lot of adjustments, but this game has only been out for a few days. To say such things would mean you'd have to already be accustomed to the game. That said, the spawns are poorly handled, the map designs favor a ton of defense, and the game lacks unique, quality modes. I will say that this is by far my favorite engine in any COD ever. Being a player of the series, the combat has never felt more polished and natural. Every single thing I can name - animations, weapons specs, perks, kill streaks, physics, recoiI, bullet speed/drop, HUD - has been expertly crafted to offer a fair and fun experience. No other FPS has surprised me with this amount of effort put in at release.

    Campaign, in short, is probably the greatest it's ever been. No longer are missions hallways where you shoot enemies until you reach cutscene after cutscene. They've implemented a NONLINEAR level design where players can choose how they kill, who they kill, and what they use to kill. You can gather equipment, strategize, and conquer anything however you go about it, as long as you do it well.
    Cutscenes and graphics go without saying, they're absolutely impeccible.

    Last but not least, my favorite mode, Special Ops. Openworld missions with sprawling layouts filled with vehicles and weapons. Compared to MW2, instead of doing things quickly and with skill, there's now periods where you can talk things out and strategize. This mode can still kick your ass, which is both frustrating and beneficial to the player. Me and my friends had a blast playing this mode, and no amount of detail can explain how it feels unless you play it for yourself.

    A great welcome to this franchise which has struggled with it's recent identity. This game could almost be considered as impactful and influential as the game it owes it's name to.

    Call of duty is back. Never expected this solid of a release. Multiplayer is fun and barebones while the campaign may actually be the best fps campaign I've played. Beatiful graphics, beatiful and technical weapons. Just pure fun. My mouth dropped at the cutscenes and some gameplay scenes as well.

    Incredible game with stunning graphics and great gun play. Multiplayer is very fun, especially ground war. Campaign is one of the best CoD campaigns, absolutely wonderful. 11/10

    An awsome CoD refresh, feels like a completely diffrent game from recent ones like BO4, i think for me it realy feels like the original modern warfare.

    Been playing since release and still going strong!

    This is exactly what COD needed (full stop).
    The gun play is amazing, we finally run at a realistic pace and not usain bolts pace, which eliminates alot of run and gun.
    No more bullet sponge to kill (finally) I think every fps fan should give this game ago...
    The special ops REQUIRES teamwork

    Could dock it one point (but I won’t) for the fact there’s only two Ground War maps and Spec-Op classic and survival being garbage (Operations are cool). Best gunplay, maps, and movement ever in a COD. Campaign was excellent, especially the house/building clearing sections (I’d buy a whole game of those missions).

    One of the best game in the series. Well known characters, likeable story and by far the best stealth missions COD has ever seen. Loved every moment of the campaign.
    On top of that they changed nearly everything related to movement, gun control etc. This is what players wanted and it turned out really really well.

    It's such a good Game, not only because his multiplayer but for the single player. I havent enjoyed playing a CoD for a long time, but now I am doing It. I feel like I am looking forward to playing It again while I am working.
    Of corse, it is not a 10, but I give it to it to fight against people that give it a 0, regardless of havent played it.

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
