    God what can I say well first off I have put well over 1000 hours into this game the zombie mode is a master piece the story is ok though and the multiple player is really good.

    El black ops definitivo, el juego con más variedad de mapas de zombies de todos, incluye mapas de black ops 1 y 2 más los propios de este juego, haciendo así la versión definitiva para jugar zombies, la cantidad de horas que le metí fue insana. Eso si estos mapas están disponibles por medio de dlc por lo cual los tienes que comprar aparte del juego base.

    The campaign holds this game back heavily. It is so boring but the rest of the game is so good. The multiplayer is really fun. The movement had never been done better and wall running around your friends has never been more fun. The zombies is also by far the strongest it had been. It is very consistend with every map being a masterpiece in its own right.

    This was a time where the COD developers spent more time for endless activities over a story. The story for this game I liked but it is not worth it. The main attraction is zombies and multiplayer. The advanced movement is a lot more refined in this game allowing for a lot of fluidity.

Зато они научились делать отличную тактильную отдачу от стрельбы. Голливуд на этот раз сконцентрировали в самом конце, экстаз на час, это прямо уровень. Жалко, что по остальной игре уровни не так красивы. Но скучно не будет, игра содержит прямо+ Озвучка и сам перевод настолько ущербный, будто его делали через Гугл переводчик, причем без знаков восклицая или вопроса в нужных местах.     I liked it, my opinion is that it was fun to play through, yes the campaign was weird and hard to follow, but fun to play through just for game play, but the story sucked.

    This game, everybody hates it but I loved the multi-player, story and if your a zombie fan then I feel this is one of the best cods for zombies in my opinion

    best call of duty game ever and maybe the best video game ever even though this game is old it is amazing the online is so good story mode is so fun and zombies is the best i recommend buying this call of duty instead of the new ones it so good and it is fun.

    The campaign is really bad. Multiplayer was a blast to play and never got boring. The main reason to buy this game in my opinion is for the zombies mode. It might be complicated at first, but as soon as you learn the maps, the mode becomes a masterpiece. You can also do the Easter eggs if you want a fairly decent story of our 4 heroes and you don't really need to play the other black opsThe campaign is really bad.     Tenemos un CoD que ha intentado mejorar lo ya visto en Advanced Warfare y que lo ha conseguido en bastantes aspectos.Combates mapas y armas muy divertidos unidos a grandes novedades y un buen modo zombies.

    I love Black Ops 3. I know I'm most likely in the minority, but I feel the boost jumping and wall running was a good feature in this game. It increased the skill gap. Made it so more competitive players such as myself would easily be better than the people who have not mastered the mechanics.

    this game is my favourite cod game for me since I started playing cod at ghosts. I have been playing the game for over 3 years due to the fact the Cod games released after were good and the more recent ones are just terrible but bo3 I have been playing the whole time since it released. I have learned to become great at Cod by playing this game and eventually I got a 2+ kd, nuclears, andthis game is my favourite cod game for me since I started playing cod at ghosts.     This game is quite strange we could say, it follows the typical Call of Duty formula, with a Campaign, a Multiplayer, and a 3rd Gamemode, in this case, Zombies, so I'm going to review them separately, but let's first start with the more technical stuff shall we:

    The gameplay here is great, it all runs smoothly for all platforms, the gunplay is good, the graphics are great as well, even    This game is quite strange we could say, it follows the typical Call of Duty formula, with a Campaign, a Multiplayer, and a 3rd Gamemode, in this case, Zombies, so I'm going to review them separately, but let's first start with the more technical stuff shall we:

    The gameplay here is great, it all runs smoothly for all platforms, the gunplay is good, the graphics are great as well, even five years later the game looks pretty good, and the soundtrack is also great, the only technically bad thing about this game is the AI, which, well, has never been too good let's be honest.

    Campaign:
    Oh boy where to even start? The campaign, while being fun to play, is an absolute mess, the story makes zero sense, it f*cks with your brain for the purpose of f*cking with your brain, no deep storytelling or anything, just a plain mess, and the characters are SOOOOOO forgetable, the plot was interesting at least but the way they excecuted it was absolutely terrible, and has the recognition of Worst CoD campaign ever for that reason. 4/10

    Multiplayer:
    I have some very mixed feelings for multiplayer, as a game it is good, it is well designed, but what about the other stuff? The map design in most maps are pretty good for the jetpack+wall run movement which already took a point away for me, but the visual design for almost every single map is just, way too colorful and with barely any sort of destroyed things around, and doesn't give those WAR atmosphere feeling, taking away the immersion, it feels more like, there are some exceptions of course. The personalization in this game is pretty decent, even though most gear looks... Weird and goofy, but here's where we approach to the thing that takes the most points away, and that, or those are, the infamous Supply Drops, oh my god, when we talk about look crate systems, the worsg one is obviously Black Ops 4, Black Ops 3 is basically Black Ops 4 but a little less aggressive for the player, the weapons are extremely rare and are hidden between THOUSANDS of emotes, emblems, camos, gear, andnother useless sh*t nobody really wants, and while some of those guns absolutely suck, others are way too OP like the MSMC, or well... XMC. Overall, the multiplayer is Fine, I guess, it's mehh. 6/10

    So I already talked about this game in a rather negative point of view, so why do I give this entire game an 8/10? Here's where I spent most of my over-a-thousand-hours of gameplay, and by most I mean... MOST, like 75% or 80%.

    Zombies:
    While the campaign was terrible and the multiplayer was rather mediocre, the Zombies mode is what you could even call a MASTERPIECE, every single thing about the Zombies mode is GOOD, not solid or decent, but GOOD or better than good (except the revelations easter egg steps), there's not a single bad map, Zetsubō no Shima had a pretty rough launch but redeemed itself with patches and updates, turned into one of the best maps of all time, just like the rest of the Black Ops 3 maps, Revelations was a huge nostalgia boner but it was easily the worst of the maps since it brought NOTHING new, Zetsubou no Shima, as I said, turned from trash to great, Shadows of Evil is arguebly the best free map, The Giant is the definition of a PERFECT remaster, and Gorod Krovi and Der Eisendrache turned into fan favourites and INSTANT CLASSICS, and the same goes for the easter eggs, the map design in most maps is perfect for high rounds, and the gobblegums are a great addition for Easter Egg hunt, that made it easier and more enjoyable, the maps also tell players that being lazy is gonna bring DEATH to them, because most of the wonderweapon builds are quite the puzzles, and that effort is rewarded with AMAZING wonderweapons, the only exceptions of buldable WWs are: Raygun MK3 (Gorod Krovi), Apothicon Servant (Revelations), Thunder Gun (Revelations), Ragnarok Spikes (Revelations), Wunderwaffe (The Giant). The Easter Eggs are also amazing with the exception of Revelations, which was disappointing for a finale to BO3Z, but the rest are great, the bossfights were fun as hell, especially the GK boss and the DE boss, and so is the Lore behind them, including Revelations, which is a perfect buildup for the Black Ops 4 plot. But that is not it, oh no it is not it, the Characters are, unlike the campaign, extremely memorable and iconic, AL OF THEM, especially the primis crew of course, and that's still not it, the final DLC for BO3 was a 30€ DLC pack that contained 8 REMASTERED MAPS, 30€ was at first a conteoversial price, but the controversy didn't last long because The Giant costs 5€, 5 x 8 = 40, we got a price lower than the value of that DLC pack, and did it pay off? Absolutely, the remasters were perfect, and you could even say that they were better than the original maps because of the BO3 engine, which felt like it was literally made for Zombies. 10/10    … Expand

La storia è molto divertente se giocata con gli amici.     Es un juego muy bueno pero con muchos fallos. La campaña se me hizo irrelevante y aburrida, pero lo que más disfruté fue el modo Zombies, aunque deben tener más consideración con el Local Multijugador; debe ser mejor optimizado.

As of today the mutiplayer seems pretty dead, so if you want to get it only consider it for the campaign or possible coop action with Zombies Chronicles. I played this game on my PS4 Pro SSD and would rate the solo campaign 8/10.

    The engine runs smooth although I realized    I m rating Black Ops 3 solely for its solo player campaign so please be aware of that when you consider buying it.     The engine runs smooth although I realized smaller frame drops during certain cutscenes. The gameplay itself is very smooth and fluent. No hiccups, no frame drops, no bugs, no bluescreens encountered. The weapon system is very nice. The grade on customization is really cool and the weapons have a really nice feedback. The way you want to play the game, grab the weapon of choice, customize it and go. A minor downrate goes to the unlock system. I know that encourage more gameplay but for the campaign itself it should be possible to unlock all the weapons and be able to use it. That wasnt possible for me which is a bit sad in my opinion.

    Graphics and sound are supreme I have to say. The visual presentation is really good, effects are overwhelming at times and the sound feels right. The sound could be improved a bit I feel. Other games made full use of my atmos system thus bringing immersion even further. Still BO3 does most things right. The levels from time to time giving a nice slice of everything to the player. The developers were creating as usual in finding cool gameplay and interesting stages.

    The story is nothing special although I liked the combination of it without spoiling to much. It felt sci-fi-ish with a rogue like AI and military consiprancy somewhat mixed up a little bit too much. I have to say that at a certain point the story lost me a bit. Character customization is nice, although there are not too many options. You unlock around 10 outfits just by regular gameplay which is very cool to me.

    After all I enjoyed the short but intense trip. I dont care much about multiplayer of CoD games but I still love to play its campaigns when the games are on sale after a while. The price tag of at least 20 bucks is still not cheap considering I didnt play multiplayer. The Zombie Chronicles pays a bit back but it probably all depends on what you like. For me this brings the game to a 8/10.    … Expand

    Best multiplayer since mw2 even tho it’s not exactly boots on the ground the maps streaks specialist and weapons are all great and fun to use. There is a supply drop system unfortunately however most of the best weapons are in the base game and available to everyone

    I played this game like crazy and i still enjoy it! I love this game a lot because of how much stuff there is to do. Though micro transactions are a pain in this game.

    BO3 is pretty sweet and it's not cause their are double jumps that this game is bad it just makes the game more fast pace and gives you more offensive or defensive tactics. It has nice maps and a nice gun range the campaign actually has a good plot with an intriguing evil. It has a wide range of guns the zombies is really nice offering different mechanics from casual zombies. Overall IBO3 is pretty sweet and it's not cause their are double jumps that this game is bad it just makes the game more fast pace and gives you more offensive or defensive tactics.     Treyarch still got it going with the futuristic approach with Black Ops 3, and yet it is pretty good. The campaign is honestly pretty forgettable, but the multiplayer and zombies mode and the new bonus modes on the other hand, stands out to be strengths in this all-in-one COD entry.

    In general, a solid game, but unfortunately it also comes with a pretty toxic community.

The advanced movement can get tired but the rest of the game far outweighs these sparse moments. Zombies is awesome and tells interesting stories. The campaign hits no stellar notes, and floats along sometimes forgettably, which to this day baffles me beyond reason. (I,Black Ops III is excellent and fun and incredible. The Multiplayer is super fun and the gameplay loop is intoxicating. The advanced movement can get tired but the rest of the game far outweighs these sparse moments. Zombies is awesome and tells interesting stories. The campaign hits no stellar notes, and floats along sometimes forgettably, which to this day baffles me beyond reason. (I, frankly, **** loved BO1's campaign and BO2's was cool) Where the BO1 and 2 level of Campaign storytelling went, I'll never understand.     Un juego muy completo, la historia de la campaña principal no es muy buena y considero que pudo ser mucho mejor no obstante es una campaña que se puede jugar split screen algo que en la actualidad es muy difícil de encontrar en los juegos, cuenta con una campaña secundaria de zombis que tambien se puede jugar multiplicador y split screen logrando que hasta 4 personas puedan jugar en solo 2Un juego muy completo, la historia de la campaña principal no es muy buena y considero que pudo ser mucho mejor no obstante es una campaña que se puede jugar split screen algo que en la actualidad es muy difícil de encontrar en los juegos, cuenta con una campaña secundaria de zombis que tambien se puede jugar multiplicador y split screen logrando que hasta 4 personas puedan jugar en solo 2 consolas, en multijugador es el mejor multijugador que e jugado hasta el momento, implementando mecánicas que podemos ver en otros títulos como titanfall muy bien adecuados al juego así mismo tambien incluye split screen, creo que lo único que le fallo fue que la campaña pudo tener mejor historia con eso hubiera obtenido el 10… Expand

    Personally, I love this game, the only bad thing I see is the way to get supplies, although they fixed it with their latest updates, because the contracts, the crypto coins are quite useful and make things easier. In the history mode section, they reduced the quality of past deliveries, with a mediocre and unconvincing bow, which for the mythology of the games is out of place.

    In the multiplayer section, they did quite well, following the patterns of map creation to which we were accustomed. The Zombies mode does not disappoint either, since it expands the mythology of the saga, answering questions that had been left in past instalments and opening a new series of these for the next instalment. In the graphics section there are no complaints because in itself it is nothing new, but neither disappoints. The gameplay is pretty good, because unlike Advanced Warfare, the Jetpack does not feel out of place, because it does not interrupt the versatility of the game, this added to the weapons and the constant patches that were received throughout the life of the game, as well as the additions that were made in that time. Well the DLC was not bad either, delivering more multiplayer maps, zombies and new objects from time to time. In conclusion, this is one of the best CoDs, competing only with MW2 and its predecessor BO2.    … Expand

    This game is a blast. The campaign is wacky and fun, offering things that I never thought I'd see in a CoD game such as robot battles, touring through human psyches, metaphysical gunfights on beautiful cyber-plane of existences, and a story that actually hooked me. I played each mission a good 4-5 times and as I mastered the level design, I never felt tired of any of them. I can't tell you how many hours (yes I can, it was 84) I spent in the game and although the grinding for camos was a chore, I'd still like to go back and play more of it.
    The zombies was okay, I played it just enough to get the trophies and stopped then and there. I much prefer the WWII zombies mode, and that's saying something as it was fairly uninspired.
    The multiplayer was quite a bit of fun. I sucked at it until about rank 13, then I was decent until 40, pretty good until 50, and then amazing until 55. That's usually how CoD games go for me as I unlock better weapons, abilities, and get a better understanding of the intricacies of the maps. However, I can't see myself playing any more of it. WWII was the first and (most likely) last CoD game that I go for master prestige, and this is far from being one of the frontrunners to Master Prestige next.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the game as a whole. This is definitely the most content heavy Cod (if only they updated free-run). The gameplay in the campaign is fun, though to be honest the story doesn't make a bit of sense. Multiplayer is filled with customization, as well as Zombies. It even made Treyarch my new favorite dev for COD. I even went and bought BO1 and 2.

    In my opinion, the game is really great and super super funny to play with friends in zombie, multiplayer and co-op campaing, the game give us a new experience and another perspective about the zombies story. Showing really good graphics in PC and the new generation.
    The real problem is the campaing even been co-op, it doesn’t have a relation with black ops 1 or 2, making the player fells lost in the game history.
    The multiplayer is nice and very equilibrated ( thx Vonderhaar) it has nice wepons and mechanics making a good experience to play with friend all day and all night.

    This was the only COD I played for 3 years. The game felt great, the movement was enhanced, the perks, attachments, secondary’s were all balanced perfectly so that I could play different styles. This was the natural progression of BO games and BO 4 is a step backwards.

    I got this game when it was free for PS plus members on July, and i do not enjoy the game as i thought i would, but i do enjoy playing it with friends not as team up to winning but as in a few of us 5 to 8 make a private lobby and play among us and enjoy the community game modes, challenge each other and playing the campaign together, but overall i enjoy this game with friends and not solo.

I don’t really have much to say about the multiplayer because its not really what I play for, its fun, its addictive. But im here for the campaign which is where this special move is pulled from…
    And I was pleasantly surprised with what we get here with black ops 3..
    This isn’t my favorite campaign in the series, but I feel this campaign is by far the coolest.. it doesn’t even feel like a call of duty campaign, this could’ve easily been a standalone ip as it tells the story of man vs machine, and this campaign is a hefty 10 hours long give or take depending on the difficulty, I played half of the campaign on easy and half of it on hard..
    And this campaign does so many cool things..
    at the beginning of the store a robot just rips you apart so you spend the rest of the game as an augmented human, but of course the agments and the dni is being messed with, controlling the minds of your comrads, you spend the game trying to get to the bottom of this…
    With these augments youre able to do crazy things, each mission you cn choose if you want moves for control, chaos, or combat.. I played mostly with chaos as I felt there was an equal balance of attacks I could use against humans as well as robots, also It allows you to unleash these fireflied that eat the humans in your wy and you get to sing the fireflies song while they do that..
    but there are multiple ways you can playthrough this campaign thanks to these controls, such as hackig everything and taking control watch dogs style if youd like…
    the first half of the campaign I felt to be pretty soulless though..
    I felt like I was really just going through the motions.. but as the story goes on things just get weirder and weirder an I would have to stop myself to remind myself that this is indeed a call of duty game..
    and a war vs robots.. they play with illusions and memories here, its nice to see that the team was let of the leash and allowed to be free, and they crated something truly unique..
    Though this campaign does suffer pacing problems and annoyances if you are playing on higher difficulties..
    Checkpoints can be infuriating at times and theres this giant wall of garbage in the final chapter that I just couldn’t take anymore on hard because of its infinite spawning drones and robots.. this mission felt completely unbalanced for the difficulty, its jus just not fun or fair to have infinite drones that can kill you in 1 or 2 his while youre trying to weaken a larger enemy yards away to get in one rocket shot at a time with no progress being saved while you do this.. on top of that friendly fire is on and your team mates will run in front of you instantly failing the mission..
    I just didn’t have the patience AFTER CHIPPING away at this mission for what was at least an hour…
    though this was the only section of the game that I found to be unfair and unbalanced..
    I didn’t necessarily have fun with this campaign, but I ultimately appreciate it for trying new things
    showing players that call of duty is its buttery smooth shooting more than its military focus don’t get me wrong, this is still a military based campaign.. but its so far in the background that you hardly notice, I wouldn’t mind if call of duty contined to let one of its teams play around with its campaigns like it did here and actually step away from military a but, I dubt that would happen, but with this game I see the possibility..
    I give Call of Duty Black Ops 3

The Multiplayer is an amazing and diverse landscape of what feels like somewhat endless customisation, with a very wide variety of Specialists, with Ranged, Specialised, Launched, and Melee weapons. The movement system is quite flowing and well brought out once you get the hang of it and really know the map's physical landscape. However, there are quite a lot of people that have played weeks worth of in-game multiplayer like myself that continue to play because of how seemingly unending it is, so you will encounter quite a few try-hards. If you want to start playing, it's probably best to do it when there's a sale on of sorts (digital, as store sales are often regional) where quite a few newer players like yourself will be playing. The matchmaking is a bit dull now that the player-base has dropped off dramatically, so I (PM 954) do quite often get placed with quite low level players, on PS4 at least, I do not know how other platforms fare population wise. Additionally, the multiplayer system does include an in-game currency system that allows you to unlock new weapons and a variety of cosmetics, and this system does include Micro-transactions, so just be aware of that, as they may be a bit too tempting, and boi are they expensive. The Zombies portion of the game is absolutely great, and parallels well to the style from WaW, BO1, and BO2, as it follows The Four on their continued adventure through mind boggling realities and worlds. The Zombies gameplay does however feel off at times, as it is set in the early to mid 1900s, and much of the normal weaponry is from the multiplayer/campaign section. The weapons function any would in all 3 modes, they simply look, sounds, and feel quite modern, which doesn't always suit the Zombies play-style, considering that those types of qualities are generally reserved for the renownfully copious Wonderweapons. There is also a Nightmares campaign, which you unlock after you complete the campaign, and is very, very, very interesting. There are also the Freerun and a Dead Ops Arcade portions, which though minute in comparison to the other 3, are still quite good. All in all, Black Ops Three has been an amazing game for me, though I am however very biased, as I've accumulated many many weeks of in game time across all of the game, and because of this, I have somewhat forgotten the learning curves and so I do not know how severe they are, additional to being quite experienced and mostly unhindered by any "flaws" there might be. 100/100… Expand

To start, the multiplayer is amazing and I love choosing the different characters and playing with the special abilities (kind of an overwatch and COD mix). This was the first game I ever got to master prestige. I loved playing Search and Destroy and Domination in this COD and I loved the different maps, especially Hollywood. IBlack Ops III is one of my favorite call of duty games. To start, the multiplayer is amazing and I love choosing the different characters and playing with the special abilities (kind of an overwatch and COD mix).     I loved this game at launch! I am not the typical COD guy, much prefer TF but this is a good game to come back to! My only issue is the D-heads you ending playing with sometimes. Also seems that some players have advantage based on ping but, until the world is cover in Fiber op I guess deal? Better than COD Advanced WarF.

I'm a prestige master lvl 150-ish, I have Dark Matter and all dlc weapons except for 5 of them (only bought cod points once and that was for a singular big box bundle, it gave me a few weapons) but despite the game being fun for myself I could see why other's wouldn't like it. e.g. thrust jumping, micro transactions, also if one doesn't have any friends and plays solo the game is less enjoyable but still really fun to play.

    Zombies, Treyarch are the masters of this gamemode, All the maps in my honest opinion are amazing. I'm a prestige 10 nearly Master and I have all Easter Eggs done. Wether you like going for high rounds, easter eggs or having fun with friends this gamemode is for you if you even remotely like the zombies genre.

    Overall the game is worth getting and grabbing the season pass along with it is just a benefit    … Expand

    Locations in the mission are good.
    Local coop seems fun,i played it for about an hour with my brother and it's fun,nothing spectacular,but fun.

You really have to hand it to Treyarch for successfully finding a way to incorporate MoBA style badass playable characters with awesome abilities into a hardcore fast-paced FPS gameplay style. It took about half the game to understand all the mechanics, not interested in finding every collectible or leveling up and don't want frustrating grinds to find the exact "right" route through a map... the ammo boxes were a bit too plentiful and the boss-type robots were a bit too repetitive and basically just a matter of firing and hiding for 20 minutes until you wear them down. But the graphics and sound were fun and the game has at least a hint of A.I. philosophy behind it and was about the right difficulty to just casually play when I had a few hours to relax. The ending was pretty fun, especially the last 3 minutes when "White Rabbit" is playing in the background.
    I don't generally care for the futuristic stuff and there's minimal strategy here but it was a fun escape for 20 hours or so. $2-3 an hour isn't a bad deal to be entertained and that's not even including the multiplayer or the few times me and a friend have played zombies together. I imagine playing campaign with a friend would've been even more fun.
    Not too shabby, like most everyone else I'm tired of all the futuristic stuff and hope they go back to WW2 or Vietnam or a current-day Middle Eastern theme but I don't regret buying or playing it.    … Expand

    The amount of fun I had with friends both in multiplayer and zombies exceeds any other game I have ever played. The graphics, the gameplay and the constant variety in guns, maps and customization make this a fantastic COD. I didn't try out the single-player campaign but to be honest that isn't really worth talking about. All in all a brilliant game.

Interesting story lots of varied missions, just solid. tons of replay ability. The multiplayer is fun and addictive, Im not a huge multiplayer fan but it has tons of modes and bots too! Love that. I love they now have a safe house where you can go and chill before missions, build guns, change outfits, upgrade cyber cores, whatever. You can also do combat simulations here too. I can't say enough about this package. I only played call of duty black ops 1 & 2 so Im not a call of duty guy, I a black ops guy though... lol. I was concerned they were starting a new story line that maybe it would be not good or lame but surprise, surprise!!! Highly recommended!… Expand

    I'm also not interested in Zombies.

    But multiplayer is pure gold.
    Jetpacks are well made and has no such influence as everyone might think.
    Everything is balanced and works properly.
    There is sooo much content and challanges to unlock.
    Also lor inside multiplayer is cool thing.

Good game, great addition to the Black Ops franchise, maybe not the best of the three, but definitely the most fresh.     This game is a good change of the call of duty franchise, the team at trey-arch really spent a while into this game and it is very fun to play.
    Only real problem with this game is that the 'future' style is getting quite stale but this has really over powered the previous game advanced warfare, I would really suggest this game to anyone who likes first person shooters.

    This game is very fun but not a lot of new things were brought to the table from previous call of duties would recommend for call of duty fans but i am getting into more realistic games.

It's a solid FPS overall, however it does have its shortcomings. The campaign is best enjoyed with friends, however the story itself is as boring as your typical CoD game. Plus, the new movement system isn't really all that. I know the constant argument will be that it's just the same game just re-skinned, but if you just take a step back from the hatred of the CoD franchise, it's a good game, and it shouldn't be written off as nothing.

    First off, let's talk about value:

    2)    First off, let's talk about value:

    2) Multiplayer - the icing on the cake that I play that seems to be balanced, almost too balanced. The maps are a bit basic making the game almost too simple which make the 3-way map design generic. Sniping from blops2 aim assist is gone making it a diluted game play w/o snipers. Every game lobby you enter will have smgs or ARs, which loses its luster after 2 months of playing this game continuously.

    3) Zombie and arcade zombie: these are additions to the game which makes this game pretty valuable across the board.

    4) innovation: You get the new mode called Free Run. Although there's not a lot going on it it is a step in the right direction as for innovation. It's stepping into boundaries of another game called Mirror's Edge which is something to be excited about. I wish they put more of an effort for this particular mode like Co-op and racing against others as well as shadow AI to see how players above you completed this course.

    I'm surprised at all that people are giving such low credit for this game as it is quite valuable for what they're giving you. Yes, it is quantity over quality, but allowing 4 games in one is still worth the price even when it's dropping substantially.

    Multiplayer:

    This is pretty much the only game mode I play, which says a lot about me, however I have tried all modes before giving this review. The multiplayer isn't as good as previous CoD games like blops2 or MW2. I feel as though this should've been released before AW as well to give people the chance to progress through y-axis movement. If anything this is an upgrade to blops2 with much slower gameplay even with boost movement is involved. The maps feel smaller than any of the basic previous Treyarch maps from blops1, blops2, and WaW. For maps being this small w/boost movements I must say they put things in a pickle.

    The game, again, is balanced. Almost too balanced. Shotguns aren't good anymore making them almost useless when it comes to basic TDM. Even the argus takes real skill for it to be par with the worst smg. Almost all ARs and smgs are relatively close to being the same weapon with minor tweaks like higher rpm, better recoil or more damage. It's like they had a basic semi and gave the gun points for auto, damage, recoil, magazine, and rpm while making different combinations using the same point system just for guns to make their guns.

    Sniping is low tier due to the fact that aim assist is gone. Anyone who still uses sniper rifles in this particular CoD is using pure skill at this point. LMGs feel extremely heavy compared to blops2, but w/perk manipulation that some of the pubstompers have figured out you can use it almost like an AR. But because this game is faster paced for smgs to rule the game using LMG is outclassed in most situations besides modes like Domination and safeguard.

    I'm giving the game higher than 7 because of its value. If it didn't include the extra mode freerun I would've given it just 7 because it would've been a lesser version of blops2. I can't say this game for multiplayer is better than blops2 because of how generic the gameplay feels and the bland feeling that my opponent is either wielding an smg or AR rather than go shotgunning, knifing, sniper rifle or LMG.    … Expand

    CoD 3 might not have a great story or characterization but it does one thing right - it's fun. The shooting is solid and there's enough varied content to offer re-playability for a long time. Sure this game lacks in almost all supporting aspects (forgettable story, soundtrack, and graphics could be better) but none of that interfered with gameplay.

    Wonderful game! Multiplayer maps are great, although combine is a bit too popular. Campaign is great too, and zombies is very very fun. Not the best Call of Duty, but is by far the best since Black Ops 2.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Was quite looking forward to this but am quite dissapointed with the campaign, its beautiful graphics but it feels flat and at times feels quite lost. The multiplayer is the same as any other COD.
    This feels like nothing more than a sequel to Modern Warfare 3 and Ghosts. Very difficult for my middle aged eyes to see the enemy's with this graphics. Thoroughly enjoyed Advanced Warfare but really bummed I purchased this game for $60. Luckily I didn't pay for the DLC's.This is the most fun I've had with a COD since 4, I think all of the mixed and negative reviews are unfounded and honestly Meteoritic should require some kind of proof before you can post bile or come **** on something that's "cool to hate."    … Expand

    Best game after cod 4. Feels nothing like AW. Most of the maps are good on multiplayer. The campaign is good too. I personally loved the zombie. I loved the game.

    My only complaint about this game is you have to play $50 to play the same zombie map that you played in WaW and BO1 2 million times. Oh and wallrunning will get you killed and the auto aim is ridiculous

    After 2 months of playing this i can now rightfully say this is the best Call of Duty since World at War. It has great multiplayer with some issues but makes up for it with content. Zombies is cool but i find it insaney boring to do the exact same things over and over. Zombies has been stale since Black Ops 1.     The best attraction is multiplayer. It's much more well rounded, though still has some issues.
    The left side/middle/right side map crap needs to stop as it's causing huge spawn trapping problems in this one. It's on just about every map and is just about every match.
    The abundance of explosives is getting ridiculous. They either need to nerf explosives, or limit them much better as they're spammed, sometimes to the point of making the match unplayable.
    Light machine guns and thermal needs to stop coming back. It's way over used and spammed. They did even out LMGs though.
    Aim assist/Target assist is WAY, WAY too strong in this one. Obviously it's to cater to the younger crowd, even though they shouldn't even be playing the 17+ game. This feature causes a lot of issues. IF you're aiming at someone, and his team mate walks behind him, even if it's behind a wall, the aim will follow in his direction strongly.
    Putting players into a game that's already half finished and being very unlikely for the losing team to make a comeback is absurd. It happens constantly.

    Even with it's flaws, this game rocks. All these day one 0/10 reviews are bogus. They didn't experience much of the game. Give it a shot. Go to gamestop and buy it used to try it first, so if you don't enjoy it you have 7 days to return it.    … Expand

    Solid and balanced MP game. Good maps. A lot of fun on it. I can't put it down.

    Cons:
    The SP campaign is bad. The characters and storyline are uninteresting.

    Conclusion: This is the best Call of Duty out there.

    I cannot believe some of the negative reviews from other gamers. How does this game have a lower user score than Primal Carnage Extinction and Deadpool? Anyway Call of Duty Black Ops III is one of the best games of 2015. The multiplayer and campaign is highly addictive and the core gameplay and graphics is certainly better than a 4.5/10.

    Both the single player and online modes are fun but don’t expect to be blown away. Despite a great story and a couple of very enjoyable missions the campaign as a whole is a tad boring. [13/2015, p.50]

    What we have here is the best Call of Duty single player experience to date. The multiplayer is solid too, though the much-talked re-design has resulted a multiplayer experience that really doesn’t differ all that much from the previous ones. [Nov 2015]
